Überspannungsschutzmagazin (1) für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik, umfassend ein Gehäuse (2), eine Leiterplatte (3), mehrere Überspannungsableiter (6) und mindestens einen Erdkontakt (4), wobei die Überspannungsableiter (6) auf der Leiterplatte (3) angeordnet sind und über Leiterbahnen mit auf der Leiterplatte (3) angeordneten Kontaktpads (10, 11) verbunden sind, wobei das Gehäuse (2) an der Unterseite (20) mindestens eine Öffnung für den mindestens einen Erdkontakt (4) aufweist, wobei der durch die Öffnung gesteckte Teil des Erdkontaktes (4) als Einfach-Gabelkontakt (41, 42) ausgebildet ist, und wobei der Erdkontakt (4) einen zweiten Einfach-Gabelkontakt (42) aufweist, der die Leiterplatte (3) kontaktiert, wobei die Ebenen (E1, E2) der beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte (41, 42) zueinander um 90° gedreht sind, wobei der Erdkontakt (4) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
Description
Überspannungsschutzmagazin für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikationsund Datentechnik
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Überspannungsschutzmagazin für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik.
Aus der DE 103 17 621 Al ist ein gattungsgemäßes
Überspannungsschutzmagazin für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikationsund Datentechnik bekannt, umfassend ein Gehäuse, eine Leiterplatte, mehrere Überspannungsabieiter und mindestens einen Erdkontakt, wobei die Überspannungsabieiter auf der Leiterplatte angeordnet sind und über Leiterbahnen mit auf der Leiterplatte angeordneten Kontaktpads verbunden sind, die im gesteckten Zustand in elektrischen Kontakt mit Kontakten der Einrichtung für Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik kommen, wobei das Gehäuse an der Unterseite schlitzförmige Öffnungen für die die Kontaktpads tragenden Teile der Leiterplatte aufweist und mindestens eine Öffnung für den mindestens einen Erdkontakt aufweist, wobei der durch die Öffnung gesteckte Teil des Erdkontaktes als Einfach-Gabelkontakt ausgebildet ist. Der andere Teil des Erdkontaktes, der zum Kontaktieren einer Masseleitung auf der Leiterplatte dient, ist dabei als Doppel-Gabelkontakt ausgebildet. Des Weiteren ist die schlitzförmige Öffnung für den Erdkontakt versetzt zu den schlitzförmigen Öffnungen der Leiterplatte angeordnet.
Aus der DE 197 08 802 C2 ist eine elektrische Schaltungsanordnung einer Staffelschutzschaltung bekannt, umfassend einen dreipoligen Überspannungsabieiter, zwei PTC-Widerstände und zwei Dioden zur Absicherung einer a,b-Doppelader.
Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Überspannungsschutzmagazin zu schaffen, das einfacher in Aufbau und Herstellung ist.
Die Lösung des technischen Problems ergibt sich durch den Gegenstand mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Hierzu umfasst das Überspannungsschutzmagazin für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik ein Gehäuse, eine Leiterplatte, mehrere Überspannungsabieiter und mindestens einen Erdkontakt, wobei die Überspannungsabieiter auf der Leiterplatte angeordnet sind und über Leiterbahnen mit auf der Leiterplatte angeordneten Kontaktpads verbunden sind, die im gesteckten Zustand in elektrischen Kontakt mit Kontakten der Einrichtung für Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik kommen, wobei das Gehäuse an der Unterseite schlitzförmige Öffnungen für die die Kontaktpads tragenden Teile der Leiterplatte aufweist und mindestens eine Öffnung für den mindestens einen Erdkontakt aufweist, wobei der durch die Öffnung gesteckte Teil des Erdkontaktes als Einfach-Gabelkontakt ausgebildet ist, wobei die Öffnung für den Erdkontakt eine schlitzförmige Öffnung für die Leiterplatte ist oder eine separate schlitzförmige Öffnung ist, die auf einer Linie mit den schlitzförmigen Öffnungen der Leiterplatte liegt, wobei der Erdkontakt einen zweiten Einfach-Gabelkontakt zum Kontaktieren der Leiterplatte aufweist, wobei die Ebenen der beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte zueinander um 90° gedreht sind, wobei der Erdkontakt einstückig ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch liegt die Leiterplatte in einer Ebene mit dem Einfach-Gabelkontakt, der durch die Gehäuseunterseite gesteckt ist und die externe Masseverbindung beispielsweise durch Kontaktierung eines Schenkels einer Montagewanne herstellen soll. Vorzugsweise weist dabei das Überspannungsschutzmagazin zwei Erdkontakte auf.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind an der Innenseite der Unterseite mindestens eine Führung und ein Anschlagelement für den Erdkontakt angeordnet, zwischen denen die schlitzförmige Öffnung verläuft. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Erdkontakt nicht durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung durchrutschen kann. Durch die Führung wird dabei
der Einfach-Gabelkontakt zur schlitzförmigen Öffnung ausgerichtet und gleichzeitig auch definiert zum Anschlagelement geführt. Bei Ausführungsformen mit zwei Erdkontakten sind entsprechend zwei Führungen und zwei Anschlagelemente vorhanden, die vorzugsweise vertauscht zur schlitzförmigen Öffnung angeordnet sind, so dass nur eine Bauform vom Erdkontakt benötigt wird.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Führung als Erhebung mit U-förmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet, wobei die Schenkel der Erhebung zur schlitzförmigen Öffnung weisen.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Anschlagelement als Quader ausgebildet, der flacher als die Führung ist. Dabei gilt, dass vorzugsweise das Anschlagelement unabhängig von seiner Ausgestaltung flacher als die Führung ist.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das Überspannungsschutzmagazin einen Deckel auf, der mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist, vorzugsweise verschraubt ist, und die Leiterplatte im Gehäuse fixiert.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Fig. zeigen :

In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist jeweils ein Überspannungsschutzmagazin 1 dargestellt. Das Überspannungsschutzmagazin 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 2, eine bestückte Leiterplatte 3, zwei Erdkontakte 4 und einen Deckel 5. Auf der Vorderseite der Leiterplatte 3 sind zehn dreipolige Überspannungsabieiter 6, zwanzig PTC-Widerstände 7 und auf der Rückseite zwanzig Dioden 8 angeordnet, um einen 10-DA-Überspannungsschutz zu realisieren. Hinsichtlich der Vorschaltung von Überspannungsableitern 6, PTC-Widerständen 7 und Dioden 8 wird auf die DE 197 08 802 C2 Bezug genommen. Aus der Leiterplatte 3 sind zehn Einsteckzungen 9 herausgeschnitten, wobei auf jeder Einsteckzunge 9 auf der Vorderseite zwei Kontaktpads 10 und auf der Rückseite zwei Kontaktpads 11 angeordnet sind, wobei hier nur die Kontaktpads 10, 11 für eine Einsteckzunge 9 dargestellt sind. Die Kontaktpads 10, 11 der Vorder- und Rückseite sind dabei nicht durchkontaktiert. Bei Ausführungsformen ohne PTC-Widerständen 7 und Dioden 8 können die Kontaktpads 10, 11 hingegen durchkontaktiert werden. Des Weiteren weist die Leiterplatte 3 mindestens zwei Kontaktpads 12 für die Erdkontakte 4 auf, die mit den Masseleitungen der
Überspannungsabieiter 6 verbunden sind. Dabei können für jeden Erdkontakt 4 auch jeweils ein Kontaktpad 12 auf der Vorder- und Rückseite der Leiterplatte 3 angeordnet sein, wie dies auch in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellt ist, die auch durchkontaktiert sein können.
Zunächst soll anhand der Fig. 3 und 4 der Erdkontakt 4 näher erläutert werden. Der Erdkontakt 4 umfasst einen ersten Einfach-Gabelkontakt 41 und einen zweiten Einfach-Gabelkontakt 42, die über einen gebogenen Verbindungssteg 43 miteinander verbunden sind. Der Erdkontakt 4 ist dabei vorzugsweise als einstückiges Stanz-Biegeteil ausgebildet, wobei die beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte 41, 42 zueinander um 90° gedreht sind, die Ebene El steht also senkrecht auf der Ebene E2. Der elektrische Kontakt des zweiten Einfach-Gabelkontaktes 42 mit den Kontaktpads der Leiterplatte 3 erfolgt dabei im Kontaktbereich 44. Der elektrische Kontakt des ersten Einfaeh- Gabelkontaktes 41 mit elektrisch leitenden Teilen eines Montagesystems wie beispielsweise den Schenkeln einer U-förmigen Wanne erfolgt im Kontaktbereich 45. Die Unterseiten 46, 47 bilden Anschlagkanten, was später noch näher erläutert wird. Des Weiteren bildet die vorstehende Unterseite 48 bzw. die Kante 49 des Verbindungsstegs 43 eine Einführungskante, was ebenfalls später noch näher erläutert wird.
In der Fig. 5 ist das Gehäuse 2 ohne Leiterplatte 3 und Deckel 5 dargestellt. Die Unterseite 20 des Gehäuses 2 weist sechs schlitzförmige Öffnungen 21 auf, wobei die eine schlitzförmige Öffnung 21 durch eine Stirnseite 22 optisch verdeckt ist. An Innenseiten von Front- und Rückseite 23, 24 sind Versteifungsrippen 25 angeordnet, die gleichzeitig als Auflage für den Deckel 5 dienen. Weiter weist das Gehäuse 2 zwei im Querschnitt U-förmige Erhebungen 27, zwei Anschlagelemente 28 und zwei Leiterplattenführungen 29 auf, wobei auf der einen Seite Erhebung 27, Anschlagelement 28 und Leiterplattenführung 29 wie die schlitzförmige Öffnung 21 durch die vordere Stirnseite 22 verdeckt sind. Die verdeckte Erhebung 27 und das Anschlagelement 28 sind dabei hinsichtlich ihrer Anordnung zur
schlitzförmigen Öffnung 21 vertauscht, d.h. die verdeckte Erhebung 27 ist auf der der Frontseite 23 zugeordneten Seite der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 21. Entsprechend wird der Erdkontakt 4 um 180° gedreht. Zwischen der Erhebung 27 und dem Anschlagelement 28 verläuft die schlitzförmige Öffnung 21, durch die der Erdkontakt 4 sowie die jeweils äußerste Einsteckzunge 9 der Leiterplatte 3 gesteckt werden soll. Dabei ist die Erhebung 27 zur Führung des Erdkontaktes 4 höher als das Anschlagelement 28.
In der Fig. 6 sind insbesondere die Erhebung 27 und das Anschlagelement 28 vergrößert dargestellt, wobei in Fig. 7 der Erdkontakt 4 in der eingesteckten Position dargestellt ist. Dabei wird der Erdkontakt 4 zunächst so gedreht, dass der Einfach-Gabelkontakt 41 zur schlitzförmigen Öffnung 21 ausgerichtet ist. Der Einfach-Gabelkontakt 42 wird zur Erhebung 27 ausgerichtet und die Unterkante 48 bzw. Kante 49 in die U-förmige Führung der Erhebung 27 gesteckt. Gleitet dann der Erdkontakt 4 herunter, so rutscht der Einfach-Gabelkontakt 41 durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung 21, bis die Unterkante 46 auf das Anschlagelement 28 schlägt und so ein Weiterrutschen verhindert.
In der Fig. 8 ist die bestückte Leiterplatte 3 mit aufgesteckten Erdkontakten 4 dargestellt, wobei auf die Darstellung der Kontaktpads verzichtet wurde. Die beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte 41 liegen dabei in der Ebene der Leiterplatte 3. Die Leiterplatte 3 drückt dabei auf die Unterseite 47, die als Anschlagkante für die Leiterplatte 3 dient. Bei der Montage werden zunächst die beiden Erdkontakte 4 eingesteckt und anschließend die Leiterplatte 3 eingesteckt. Dabei sind die beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte 41 jeweils bezogen auf eine gedachte Mittellinie ihrer zugeordneten Einfach-Gabelkontakte 42 zur benachbarten Stirnseite 22 versetzt angeordnet, um so Platz für die beiden äußeren Einsteckzungen 9 der Leiterplatte 3 zu schaffen.
In der Fig. 9 ist schließlich das Überspannungsschutzmagazin 1 im zusammengesetzten Zustand dargestellt, wobei der Deckel 5 aufgeschraubt wird, wobei die nicht dargestellten Schrauben durch die Öffnungen 50 in die Hohlzylinder 26 geschraubt werden.

Claims
1. Überspannungsschutzmagazin für eine Einrichtung der Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik, umfassend ein Gehäuse, eine Leiterplatte, mehrere Überspannungsabieiter und mindestens einen Erdkontakt, wobei die Überspannungsabieiter auf der Leiterplatte angeordnet sind und über Leiterbahnen mit auf der Leiterplatte angeordneten Kontaktpads verbunden sind, die im gesteckten Zustand in elektrischen Kontakt mit Kontakten der Einrichtung für Telekommunikations- und Datentechnik kommen, wobei das Gehäuse an der Unterseite schlitzförmige Öffnungen für die die Kontaktpads tragenden Teile der bestückten Leiterplatte aufweist und mindestens eine Öffnung für den mindestens einen Erdkontakt aufweist, wobei der durch die Öffnung gesteckte Teil des Erdkontaktes als Einfach- Gabelkontakt ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung für den Erdkontakt (4) eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (21) für die bestückte Leiterplatte (3) ist oder eine separate schlitzförmige Öffnung ist, die auf einer Linie mit den schlitzförmigen Öffnungen (21) der Leiterplatte (3) liegt, wobei der Erdkontakt (4) einen zweiten Einfach-Gabelkontakt (42) aufweist, der die Leiterplatte (3) kontaktiert, wobei die Ebenen (El, E2) der beiden Einfach-Gabelkontakte (41, 42) zueinander um 90° gedreht sind, wobei der Erdkontakt (4) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
2. Überspannungsschutzmagazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Überspannungsschutzmagazin (1) mit zwei Erdkontakten (4) ausgebildet ist.
3. Überspannungsschutzmagazin nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite der Unterseite (20) mindestens eine Führung und ein Anschlagelement (28) für den Erdkontakt (4) angeordnet sind, zwischen denen die schlitzförmige Öffnung (21) verläuft.
4. Überspannungsschutzmagazin nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung als Erhebung (27) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
5. Überspannungsschutzmagazin nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (28) als Quader ausgebildet ist, der flacher als die Führung ist.
6. Überspannungsschutzmagazin nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Überspannungsschutzmagazin (1) einen Deckel (5) aufweist, der mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist.
