[0019] 一対の足夸 !Jり形成部 32の間は、股部パーツ 16が連結される後股部 34であり、僅か に上方に湾曲する曲線で形成されている。そして、後身頃 14のウェスト部 28から後 股部 34までの長さは、前身頃 12のウェスト部 20から前股部 26までの長さよりも長く 形成されている。足剖り形成部 24, 25により形成される足繰りの形状は、ウェスト部 2 0に一番近いところを頂点とする略三角形状であり、ウェスト部 20に近い頂点は丸く 湾曲して設けられている。
[0020] 大腿部パーツ 18は、僅かに内側に湾曲する曲線で形成された裾部 36が設けられ 、裾部 36の両端部力も裾部 36に対してほぼ直角に離れる方向に延出するほぼ直線 の大腿部後側縁 38が形成されている。各大腿部後側縁 38間の、裾部 36とは反対側 の縁部には、外側になだらかに膨出する山 40aが形成された足付根部 40が設けら れている。足付根部 40は、スパッツ 10を縫製したときに前身頃 12の足夸 !Jり形成部 24 、後身頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 25, 32、股部パーツ 16も足夸 !|り形成部 46が連続して形 成する開口部に縫い合わされるものである。足付根部 40の山 40aの縁部は、前身頃 12の足夸 !Jり形成部 24と等しい長さに形成され、足夸 !Jり形成部 24に縫い合わされる部 分である。ここで、足付根部 40の、足夸 !Jり形成部 24, 25に取り付ける山 40aの高さを hiとし、足剖り形成部 24, 25の湾曲深さを h2とすると、 hiは h2よりも低い形状であ る。また、足付根部 40の山の幅を wlとし、足夸 !Jり前部 24, 25の湾曲部分の幅^ w2 とすると、互いに縫い付けられる同じ位置間で、 wlは w2よりも広い形状となっている
[0021] 股部パーツ 16は、一方向に長い略鼓状に形成され、長手方向の一端部は前身頃 12に連結される前身頃連結部 42であり、長手方向の他端部は後身頃 14に連結され る後身頃連結部 44である。いずれも外側に湾曲する曲線で設けられている。股部パ ーッ 16の長手方向に沿う両側縁部は、足夸 !Jりの一部を形成し大腿部パーツ 18に連 結される足剖り形成部 46であり、内側に湾曲する曲線で設けられている。股部パー ッ 16は、前身頃連結部 42よりも後身頃連結部 44が長くなるように、後身頃連結部 44 に近づくほど足剖り形成部 46が徐々に離れて幅広に形成されている。
[0022] そして、後見頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 25, 32及び股部パーツ 16の足夸 !|り形成部 46の 股底点までの型紙での長さが、人体上の長さで転子点 bからヒップ裾ラインを通り股 底点脇に至るまでの長さよりも短いものである。
[0023] この実施形態のスパッツ 10の製造方法は、まず、左右の臀部ダーッ 31及びウェス トダーッ 29を縫い合わせる。次に、前身頃 12の前股部 26に股部パーツ 16の前身頃 連結部 42を取り付ける。前身頃 12と後身頃 14の、左右の腰部前側縁 22と腰部前側 縁 30を縫い合わせる。そして、一連に連結された各足剖り形成部 24, 25, 32, 46に 大腿部パーツ 18の足付根部 40を縫い合わせる。このとき、大腿部パーツ 18の片方 の大腿部後側縁 38と足付根部 40の成す角の部分が、前身頃 12に既に取り付けら れている股部パーツ 16の後身頃連結部 44と足夸 IJり形成部 46が成す角部分に位置 する。また、大腿部パーツ 18のもう片方の大腿部後側縁 38と足付根部 40の成す角 部分が、後身頃の後股部 34と各足剖り形成部 32の成す角部分に位置する。
[0024] 次に、片方の大腿部パーツ 18の大腿部後側縁 38同士を縫い合わせ、そのまま連 続して後身頃 14の後股部 34と股部パーツ 16の後身頃連結部 44を縫い合わせ、更 に連続してもう片方の大腿部パーツ 18の大腿部後側縁 38同士を縫い合わせる。最 後にウェスト部 20, 28、裾部 36の仕上げ処理及び縫い端の処理をする。なお、縫い 合わせる順番はこれに限定されず、適宜変更可能である。
[0025] 縫い合わされたスパッツ 10は、後身頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 32が丸く下方に回り込み 、筒状に形成された大腿部パーツ 18が前方の斜め下方に突出する立体形状となる 。即ち、基本の立体形状が、着用者が前屈みに軽く屈曲した姿勢に沿う形状になつ ており、足の運動性に適した形状に形成される。
[0026] 縫製されたスパッツ 10を着用したとき、前身頃 12の足夸 !Jり形成部 24は、図 1に示す ように、股底点脇力 上方に延出して足の付け根の腸骨棘点 a付近を通過し、大腿 部外側上方の転子点 b付近の上方を通過して湾曲し、後側下向きに延出して、後身 頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 32に連続する。後身頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 32は、臀部の下端 部に沿って股底点付近に達して 、る。足剖り形成部 24の一番高 、ところは腸骨棘点 a付近である。また、臀部ダーッ 31の縫合線は、臀部の一番高いところよりも僅かに 側方に位置して上下に通過している。
[0027] この実施形態のスパッツ 10によれば、伸縮性のある素材を使用し、臀部の生地分 量を確保し、足夸 !Jりのパターンの形状の工夫により、身体の腸骨棘点 a付近から前方 の生地の立体的方向性が確保されるため、着用時に股関節の前方への屈伸抵抗が 少なく運動しやすぐ疲れにくいものである。即ち、臀部に関しては、股関節の屈曲時 に臀部に過度の生地張力が掛力 な 、ように生地分量を十分に多く取り、且つヒップ 裾ラインがずれないようヒップ裾ライン長を短くしている。特に、このスパッツ 10は、着 用者が軽く前屈みになった姿勢に沿う立体形状に作られ、この姿勢では生地にあま り張力が発生しないため身体が圧迫されず、またさらに深く屈む動作をするときの負 荷も少なく抑えられるものである。また、大腿部パーツ 18が前方に盛り上げられた立 体形状になるため、図 4、図 5に示すように足を上げたりしゃがんだりする動作のとき、 大腿部に力かる生地の抵抗が小さぐ容易に運動することができる。さらに、生地が 身体の動きに追従するため、衣服ズレも軽減することができる。また、後身頃 14が前 身頃 12よりも上下に長く形成されているため、図 4、図 5に示すように足を上げたりし やがんだりする動作のとき、後身頃 14に大きな張力がかからず、このことからも円滑 に運動することができ、後見頃 14が摺り上がることもない。
[0028] その他、臀部ダーッ 31の縫合線は、臀部の一番高いところよりも僅かに脇のほうへ 移動した位置を通過しているため、屈伸時の臀部の動きに追従する生地分量を十分 に持つことができる。また、縫合線は周囲の生地よりも伸縮性がやや落ちるため、この ことによる着用時の違和感もなくすことができる。
[0029] なお、この発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなぐ図 6に示すような各パ ーッ形状でも良い。この実施形態の下肢用衣料もスパッツについてのもので、互いに 対称に 2分された形状の後見頃 48, 49を有し、ウェスト部にウェストパーツ 50を設け たものである。そして、上記実施形態の臀部ダーッを無くし、後見頃 48, 49の上端縁 中央付近とウェストパーツ 50の中央下部との間の一対のダーッにより、臀部の形状 を立体的に形成している。これにより、上記実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができ、 さらに、ウェストパーツ 50に張力の強い生地を用いることにより、腰部のホールド感を 向上させることができる。
[0030] また、図 7に示すように、上記臀部ダーッを無くし、前身頃 12と後見頃 14の間の腰 部前側縁 22, 30による一対のダーッにより、臀部の形状を立体的に形成しても良い 。さらに、前身頃 12の側縁部に張力の強い素材を使うことで、ヒップホールドとヒップ アップ効果を持たせることが出来る。
[0031] さらに、図 8に示すような展開図形状のものでも良い。この実施形態では、上記臀部 ダーッとウェストダーッを繋いで、前身頃 12と後見頃 14の 1本の切り替えラインにす ることで、上記実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができるとともに、より多くの臀部部分 のゆとりを自然な形状で持たせることができる。 [0032] また、大腿部パーツ 18は、図 3に示す形状の裾部 36の端縁を対称軸とした生地形 状に形成し、その裾部 36の対称軸で折り返された 1枚の生地で構成しても良い。そし て、折り返した状態で裾部 36に対する両側縁部である 2枚の足付根部 40を互いに 重ね合わせて、前身頃 12の足夸 !Jり形成部 24や後身頃 14の足夸 !Jり形成部 32等に縫 い付けても良い。この場合、折り重ねられた大腿部パーツ 18の生地同士は、相対的 に摺動可能に形成されて 、る。
[0033] これにより、図 5に示すような動作の連続屈伸運動においても、大腿部パーツ 18が 大腿部の上方に摺り上がるのを防止し、より良好な着用感を得ることができる。
[0034] その他、裾の長さやウェストの位置など変更可能であり、用途も球技や水泳等のス ポーッ用の衣料や、下着等いろいろな物に利用することができる。各パーツの形状も 、スポーツの種類や着用者の体形等に合わせて変更可能である。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 大腿部が挿通する開口部の湾曲した足剖りとなる足剖り形成部を備えた前身頃と、 この前身頃に接続され臀部を覆うとともに前記前身頃の足剖り形成部に連続する足 剖り形成部を有した後身頃と、前記前身頃と前記後身頃の各足夸 I」り形成部に接続さ れ大腿部が挿通する大腿部パーツとを有し、前記前身頃の足剖り形成部の湾曲した 頂点が腸骨棘点付近に位置し、前記後身頃の足夸 I」り形成部の下端縁は臀部の下端 付近に位置し、前記大腿部パーツの山の高さを前記足剖り形成部の前側の湾曲深 さよりも低い形状とし、前記足剖り形成部の湾曲部分の幅よりも前記山の幅を広く形 成し、取り付け状態で筒状の前記大腿部パーツが前記前身頃に対して前方に突出 する形状となることを特徴とする下肢用衣料。
[2] 前記後身頃のウェスト部力 股部までの長さは、前記前身頃のウェスト部から股部 までの長さよりも長く形成され、前記大腿部パーツに大腿部を挿入した状態において 、大腿部が前身頃に対して前方に突出した状態で、前記後身頃に大きな張力が掛 力 ない形状であることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の下肢用衣料。
[3] 前記足剖り形成部は、身体の転子点付近から腸骨棘点付近を通り股底点脇付近 に至る湾曲した足剖り部分と、前記転子点付近から股底点脇まで膨らんだ曲線で臀 部裾ラインを包み込み、且つ臀部裾部分に密着する形状であることを特徴とする請 求項 1記載の下肢用衣料。
[4] 前記大腿部パーツは、裾部で折り返された 1枚の生地の両側縁部が互いに重ねら れ、前記前身頃の足剖り形成部と前記後身頃の足剖り形成部とに積層状態で接続さ れ、前記大腿部パーツの折り重ねられた生地同士が相対的に摺動可能に形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の下肢用衣料。
[5] 前記大腿部パーツは、股下力 踝付近までの間の適宜の長さに形成されているこ とを特徴とする請求項 1記載の下肢用衣料。
