Abstract

L’invention entend proposer un corps avec un film adhésif que l’on peut coller à une base comme une carte postale ou une autre carte facilement amovible par frottement et un indicateur d’informations ayant un film adhésif sur lequel des informations sont indiquées. L’invention concerne une carte postale questionnaire (indicateur d’informations) (10) possédant une base (11) et un film adhésif (13) appliqué à une partie de la base (11). L’adresse (14) de la personne cible du questionnaire est imprimée sur le film adhésif. Le film adhésif (13) réalisé principalement en caoutchouc et en adhésif se retire en frottant d’un doigt, et les morceaux de film retirés forment facilement une petite masse. La personne cible du questionnaire remplit les blancs du questionnaire (17) sur la carte postale, retire le film adhésif (13) en frottant, et le poste. De cette manière, il est impossible de connaître l’adresse et le nom de la personne d'un simple coup d'oeil à la carte postale. Le rédacteur du questionnaire acquiert des informations comme l’adresse et le nom de la personne cible du questionnaire à partir du code barres (19).
