Definitions
- the invention refers to alottery and correspondence advertise object, meant to turn in to good account by an original method a new product, the lottery sticker.
- the problem that is trying to solve this invention is to carry out a new product that can be used as an efficient advertiser and in the some time to accomplish the demands of a lottery system, a lottery ticket (and so on).
- the advertising, lottery and correspondance object is based on a product conceived as a adhesive folio with a cardboard support printed on both sides as a playing card.
- the product will have a rectangular shape with variable dimensions of about 4.5x 6 cm, 6x9 cm, 9x12 cm (and so on), a variant for the young people, for postcards etc.
- the adherent folio will be stapled or glued to the cardboard's support in order to be sealed.
- the cardboard support of the adherent folio will be like an ordinary playing card, on the exterior side having printed an arabesque and on the inside the classic form of a playng card.
- the lottery sticker may become a distinct component of the mass-media.
- FIG. 6 Frontal view of the cardboard support B interior side 4 in a lottery variant no straight winner, but participant to the lottery in subvariant in weekly series.
- FIG. 7 Frontal view of the cardboard support B interior side 4 in a lottery variant that can participate in daily subvariant series with a text refering to star signs.
- the lottery sticker will have a rectangular shape with variable dimensions of about 4,5 x 6 cm in mini variant, 9 x 12 maxi variant (for postcards) and about 6 x 9 cm for the best variant. It will have a folio (fig 1 & 2) made of plastic, paper or other matherials A which on side 1 will have - for the advertising variant - a promotional message of a firm a or/and an advertising image (picture) b. In other variants an advertising slogan can be added c. In the periods when there is not made an advertising campaign, on the side 1 of the folio A different kind of images will be printed e or postcards, congratulation cards, different messages d.
- the A folio on side 2 will have a kind of adhesive which gives in fact the idea of adherent folio.
- the adherent folio will be overlaped on the cardboard support B and sticked with a strip, will be stapled or sealed by other means on the outline C.
- the cardboard support B will be printed on both sides as a playing card on the interior side 4 and with an arabesque f on the interior side 3.
- On side 3 of the cardboard support B can be drawn geometrical shapes or arabesques f in the drawing can be included a sign g of the lottery system (fig.3) or in the same arabesque f can be included a sign h or a word, an advertising key-word h"of an important permanent sponsor.
- the cardboard support B On the interior side 4 (protected by A folio) of the cardboard support B will be printed the images of the classical playing card.
- the type of the playing card will be given by the symbol i and can be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, A, Queen, King, Joker and so on and the colour of the card given by the symbol j can also take the classical hearts (red - f ⁇ g.5)
- the middle of side 4 of the cardboard B will be the increased image k of the symbol j coresponding to a certain card.
- k In the space from the central image k can be printed letters, figures, symbols or texts.
- the central image contains the example of a lottery ticket with straight winning.
- fig.5 the central image contains the example of a lottery ticket with straight winning.
- the adhesiv folio can be used as a support for correspondance D.
- the correspondance folio can have several shapes, dimensions and diferent materials to be made, with transparent windows or not, but in principle will be made as in figure 9 where folio D with frontal view of side 5 has a border w which borders the part used for correspondance A part will be cut out on the outline w' from the border w so that in case of a central overlaping on folio A side 2 ( fig.ll) with a w" part with adhesive so that the envelope can be glued after it is folded up the D folio on ax x' overlapping the w border on outline w".
- the D folio will have on side 6 (fig.10) a shaded zone 6' which gets in contact with the adhesive from the side 2 of the folio A.
- the splitting on the bending axis x' is the typical correspondance envelope: the lines y for the expeditor's addresse and the addressee's addresse the z space and stamp and z' for the post stamp, for advertising text and pictures or informativ text.
- the folio D on folio A we will get another product (fig.12) a kind of envelope with two sides, on one side will be the side 1 of the folio A (the example given in fig.2) and on the other side will be the side 6" of the D folio.
- This new kind of envelope has all the advantages of an ordinary envelope (it is glued, sealed, can be introduced all kind of sheets, photos, etc.) but more it has the qualities of the postcard a congratulation card.
- the lottery ticket will be glued on the outline with a seal C so that the opening can be made only by cutting up or cutting out of the support folio.
- the cutting out of the folio will be made with a puncher, a guillotine that will cut off the seal of the lottery sticker, without damaging the shape and dimensions of the playing card.
- This system is based on the periodical emissions (weekly, daily) of lottery stickers.
- the cardboard B covered by an adhesive folio A - sealed with glue or stapled on the borders, on the outline C will be desealed by a guillotine by cutting it out, or thorned etc.).
- the adhesive folio A having on it an advertising message or just an occasional one will be detached and sticked on a sheet of paper, on a personal object, on the car, bike, on a pole etc...
- On the interior side 4 of the cardboard support B will be printed the image of a playing card with a gain written on it 1 - a sum of money, an object etc.
- the star sign lottery ticket emissions can be parallel . It is more efficient if they are one and the same with the standard lottery tickets.
- the star sign will have a text o or a successiveion of codifyed symbols p that can be easily decodifyed with a "key”.
- the sign of the zodiac for wich the symbolistic of the star sign is valid will be made on the exterior - printed on the sealing band C or included in the arabesque f.
- the rhythm of the emisions can remain weekly or - better - can become daily, not being dependent on news, "end of edition” etc, things that are specific to the daily mass media; it can be printed with a year earlier.
- the only elements specific for the daily ones, will be the changing of the corresponding week n with the corresponding day n' from the drawing's year.
- symbols of interpretation p simple signs can be used, chequers or circles devided in four. The colouring of the quarters will give the quantity of bad - good, a lot - a little.
- the zodiac can be decodifyed by the computer.
- the Advertising system includes
- the main advertising type will be made by the adhesive folio A.
- the f arabesque will be used, in order to insert a sign h of a important permanent sponsor, or a word h' that can be included in an arabesque (see fig.4)
- the classical efficiancy of advertising by stickers is given by the quality of the images and the printing colours on the plastic - shining folio, it can be easily put everywhere, the fact that once sticked on something it resists on time as a sticker but also as a picture.
- the adhesive A will present a commercial for the system, and the f arabesque will be replaced with a short rule of the game. No one will get sick of it if the commercial is changed, if the messages will change their text and images, the colour, if they will be dedicated to certain occasions, holidays etc...
- the lottery ticket with occasionaly message (for Christmas, Eastern etc)
- the product can be used as a congratulation card or postcard on hollidays or occasional events or when is printed a new memorizing in certain towns, countries or cities, in resorts (it is created a lottery ticket with a local - patriotic message or as a touristic souvenir.
- the postcard lottery ticket will have ordinary sizes (6 x 9 cm) or bigger (9 x 12 cm).
- the adhesive folio A will be printed with the occasional image or a postcard, a representative landscape for the region.
- the cardboard support B goes on as a lottery ticket-playing card.
- the folio A having sticked the sheet of paper D (fig.11-12) becomes a postcard. So it is combined the beauty of a postcard and a bigger space for corresponding, that can be closed and sticked, protecting the intimacy of the written message.
- a lottery ticket emission by a special mark when it is sold with a n or n' symbol can be sent to the last draw, being thus introduced in the "big" lottery circuit.
- the lottery ticket made for diferent ages.
- the prizes for children will be of course toys or objects that interests them. In this group of age is also the teenagers specialization (with prizes as electronical games, computers, sport equipement) old men and women - holidays in resorts, the money for some expensive surgeries.
- the touristic lottery ticket - the prizes and advertising is ofered by the touristic agencies from the country or abroad.

- the gains can be in stocks, assurance money, accounts with attractive interests, accounts with no interest and many other
- the economic lottery ticket (industrial, commercial, agricultural).
- the advertising and the prizes will be in products and services offered by the economic societies.
- the Graffitti Phenomenon that means the haotic sticking, everywhere, the misery and all that. It can be prevented if from time to time "advertising pause" will be inserted by publishing some stamps albums (which have to be filled in, sent, with prizes etc). In that case, the adhesive folio can be replaced with an unsticky folio, stapled or glued on the boarders by the cardboard - playing card.
- an exchange office can be made and with its help can be bought, sold or exchanged the stickers that are missing from the collection or the wholl picture, the prizes can be exchanged among them, some prizes can be made up for (a bike for a Tv - for example) just like stock - exchange. Even winning cards can be sold in order to get the big prize, eventually by association.
- This office will also take into consideration the demandes from the other part of the country of advertising emissions with local destiantion (local emissions cut out of the national emission).
- Some advertising exchanges can be initiated with the advertising agencies, with the mass media. Soudings can be made in order to find out the opinion, the tendency and many other information about the sticker consumers.
- each agency will have a device that will cut out the card in an exact shape and dimension.
- the device will be like a quillotine - puncker with the size and functioning of an office puncher. It can be bigger worked by electric power or mechanically in order to cut out once several playing cards, with a counting register (to be registered how many cards were cut out - in case of a paying service).
- the cards will be checked up (not to be folded, torn or dirty or with marks on them) then they will get through a dimensional standardized cutting out/some punchers will deteriorate in time and the redimensionated cards will not be allowed to get into the recicling/recovering circuit of the lottery).
