具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。 本发明的复合板厨柜可分为一种 复合衣橱、 一种复合带门独立橱柜、 一种复合独立橱柜、 一种复合书橱一以及 一种复合书橱二。
实施例一
一种复合衣橱, 如图 1所示,包括左侧支撑板 10、右侧支撑板 12、上横支 撑板组 14、 下横支撑板组 16、 后侧支撑板组 18、 左内隔板 20、 右内隔板 22、 左横内隔板 24、 右横内隔板 26以及四个中横内隔板 28。
左侧支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、 上横支撑板组 14以及下横支撑板组 16 固定联接构成一个矩形的外框架。
左内隔板 20和右内隔板 22分别固定联接于外框之内, 且平行于左侧支撑 板 10和右侧支撑板 12。
上横支撑板组 14包括左上横支撑板 30、中上横支撑板 34以及右上横支撑 板 32。 左上横支撑板 30固定联接于左侧支撑板 10上端面和左内隔板 20上端 面; 中上横支撑板 34固定联接于左内隔板 20上端面和右内隔板 22上端面; 右 上横支撑板 32固定联接于右内隔板 22上端面和右侧支撑板 12上端面。 下横支撑板组 16包括左下横支撑板 36、中下横支撑板 40以及右下横支撑 板 38。 左下横支撑板 36固定联接于左侧支撑板 10下端面和左内隔板 20下端 面; 中下横支撑板 40固定联接于左内隔板 20下端面和右内隔板 22下端面;右 上横支撑板 38固定联接于右内隔板 22下端面和右侧支撑板 12下端面。
后侧支撑板组 18包括左后侧支撑板 42、中后侧支撑板 46以及右后侧支撑 板 44。 左后侧支撑板 42固定联接于左侧支撑板 10后端部和左内隔板 20后端 部之间;中后侧支撑板 46固定联接于左内隔板 20后端部和右内隔板 22后端部 之间;右后侧支撑板 44固定联接于右内隔板 22后端部和右侧支撑板 12后端部 之间。
左横内隔板 24固定联接于左侧支撑板 10和左内隔板 20之间;左横内隔板 24固定联接于右内隔板 22和右侧支撑板 12之间; 四个中横内隔板 28分别均 匀的固定联接于左内隔板 20和右内隔板 22之间。
上述的固定联接均通过可拆卸的挂式固定联接。
左侧支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、 左上横支撑板 30、 中上横支撑板 34、 右 上横支撑板 32、 左下横支撑板 36、 中下横支撑板 40、 右下横支撑板 38、 左后 侧支撑板 42、中后侧支撑板 46、右后侧支撑板 44、左内隔板 20、右内隔板 22、 左横内隔板 24、 右横内隔板 26以及四个中横内隔板 28均为塑料复合板。
下面先具体描述塑料复合板的结构。 下面描述的塑料复合板的结构共有十 一种类型。
(一)、 复合板一, 如图 2、 图 2. 1所示。 所示, 包括面板 48、 底板 50、 蜂窝 52以及内衬件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56, 或, 面板 48周边缘呈向下弯折; 底板 50的外周缘向上延伸成第一下包边 58, 或, 底板 50边缘向上弯折。
内衬件 5 的横截面类似于 "口"字型。 蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50之间,且内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完 全包覆蜂窝 52。第一下包边 58的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于蜂窝 52的外侧面; 第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于第一下包边 58的外侧面。
(二)、复合板二, 如图 3所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的外周缘向上延伸 成第一下包边 58。 第一下包边 58中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的髙度约 为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的 位置。
内衬件 54的横截面类似于 "口 "字型。 蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50之间,且内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完 全包覆蜂窝 52。 位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接 于蜂窝 52的外侧面; 第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于位于台阶上 的部分第一下包边 58的外侧面。
(三)、复合板三, 如图 4所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的外部下凹成一沟 槽 60, 沟槽 60的外侧支撑板构成第一下包边 58。
第一下包边 58 中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的髙度约为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的位置。
内衬件 54的横截面类似于 "口"字型。 沟槽 60的深度约等于内衬件 54 的高度。蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50之间, 且内衬件 54固定粘接于沟槽 60内。 第一上包边 56的上部的内侧面 通过胶水固定粘接于蜂窝 52的外侧面; 第一上包边 56的下部的内侧面通过胶 水固定粘接于位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58的外侧面。
(四)、复合板四,如图 5所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的外部下凹成一沟 槽 60; 沟槽 60的外侧支撑板向上延伸构成第一下包边 58。
第一下包边 58 中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的髙度约为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的位置。
内衬件 54的横截面类似于 "侧 L"字型。 "侧 L"字型的内衬件 54包括下 边件以及固定联接于下边件的侧边件。 沟槽 60的深度约等于 "侧 L"字型的内 衬件 54的厚度。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间; 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52, 且 "侧 L"字型的内衬件 54的下边件固定粘接于沟槽 60内; 侧边件的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于蜂窝 52的外侧面。 如图 5. 1所示。
位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58 的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于侧边件的 外侧面;第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于位于台阶上的部分第一下 包边 58的外侧面。
(五)、复合板五, 如图 6所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的外部下凹成一沟 槽 60; 沟槽 60的外侧支撑板向上延伸构成第一下包边 58。
第一下包边 58 中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的高度约为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的位置。
内衬件 54的横截面类似于 "侧 L"字型。 "侧 L"字型的内衬件 54包括下 边件以及固定联接于下边件的侧边件。侧边件的内侧面上设置有若干波浪凸起。 沟槽 60的深度约等于 "侧 L"字型的内衬件 54的厚度。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间; 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52, 且 "侧 L"字型的内衬件 54的下边件固定粘接于沟槽 60内; 侧边件的波浪凸起的抵靠于蜂窝 52的外侧 面。
位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58 的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于侧边件的 外侧面;第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于位于台阶上的部分第一下 包边 58的外侧面。
(六)、复合板六, 如图 7所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的外部下凹成一沟 槽 60, 沟槽 60的外侧支撑板构成第一下包边 58。
第一下包边 58 中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的髙度约为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的位置。
内衬件 54的横截面类似于 "口"字型。 沟槽 60的深度约等于内衬件 54 的高度的一半。 蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48 与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52, 且内衬件 54的 下半部固定粘接于沟槽 60内, 上半部的内侧面固定粘接于蜂窝 52的外侧面。
第一下包边 58的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于内衬件 54的外侧面; 第一上 包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58的外侧 面。
(七)、复合板七, 如图 8所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56,第一上包边 56的下边缘向 内加工成边角; 底板 50的向下延伸成一个台阶。
内衬件 54主体的横截面类似于 "口,,字型, 其内固定联接有两辅助层 64。 内衬件 54主体的下边缘的某位置向下凸起成凸块 62。 该位置位于台阶的外端 面与边角之间, 既, 凸块 62抵靠于台阶的外端面与边角的内端面之间。 凸块 62下凸的深度等于面板 48的厚度。台阶的高度约等于内衬件 54的髙度的一半。
台阶以及第一上包边 56构成一类似的沟槽。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52, 且内衬件 54的下半部固 定粘接于沟槽内, 上半部的内侧面固定粘接于蜂窝 52的外侧面。
第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于内衬件 54的外侧面。
(八)、复合板八, 如图 9所示, 包括面板 48、底板 50、蜂窝 52以及内衬 件 54。
底板 50的向下延伸成一个主台阶。 内衬件 54主体的横截面类似于 "口 " 字型, 其内固定联接有若干辅助层 64, 以增加其强度。 内衬件 54主体的外侧 面设置成弧形面。 内衬件 54主体的上面向下加工出上台阶,其髙度约等于面板 48的厚度; 内衬件 54主体的下面向上加工出下台阶, 其髙度约等于底板 50的 厚度。 内衬件 54主体的高度约等于面板 48与主台阶之间的高度。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 且内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52。
内衬件 54主体的上台阶抵靠于面板 48的外端面; 下台阶抵靠于主台阶的 外端面。 内衬件 54主体的上下面分别通过胶水固定粘接于面板 48的下底面和 主台阶的上表面。
(九)、 复合板九, 如图 10所示, 包括面板 48、 底板 50、 蜂窝 52以及内 衬件 54。
内衬件 54主体的横截面类似于 "侧 U"字型, 其上下端面分别相对延伸成 定位抵件。 内衬件 54主体的外侧面设置成弧形面。 内衬件 54主体的上面向下 加工出上台阶, 其髙度约等于面板 48的厚度; 内衬件 54主体的下面向上加工 出下台阶, 其髙度约等于底板 50的厚度。 内衬件 54主体的高度约等于面板 48 与底板 50之间的高度。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间, 且内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四周边完全包覆蜂窝 52。
内衬件 54主体的上台阶抵靠于面板 48的外端面; 下台阶抵靠于底板 50 的外端面。 内衬件 54主体的上下面分别通过胶水固定粘接于面板 48的下底面 和底板 50的上表面。
(十)、 复合板十, 如图 11所示, 包括面板 48、 底板 50、 蜂窝 52以及内 衬件 54。面板 48的外周缘向下延伸成第一上包边 56;底板 50的边缘向下凹成 一阶梯槽 66, 阶梯槽 66的外周边向上延伸成第一下包边 58。
第一下包边 58 中下部向内加工出一个台阶, 台阶的高度约为第一上包边 56的厚度, 且台阶所处的位置对应于第一上包边 56的下端面的位置。
内衬件 54包括下边件以及固定联接于下边件的侧边件。 下边件包括下底 边、 下底边向上延伸的 1形件以及固定联接于 1形件端面的上顶边。 下边件的 结构配合于阶梯槽 66。
蜂窝 52填充于面板 48与底板 50之间, 内衬件 54夹于面板 48与底板 50 之间,侧边件的波浪凸起的抵靠于蜂窝 52的外侧面,且内衬件 54沿蜂窝 52四 周边完全包覆蜂窝 52。
位于台阶上的部分第一下包边 58的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于内衬件 54 的外侧面;第一上包边 56的内侧面通过胶水固定粘接于位于台阶上的部分第一 下包边 58的外侧面。
(十一)、 复合板十一: 图 44为橱柜复合板的又一结构, 其复合板由面板 48、 底板 50构成, 其内芯是蜂窝 52, 其特点是蜂窝内芯非一体的, 由蜂窝内 芯主体 52及蜂窝角 52. 1构成, 这种结构可以需要在四周提髙强度或便于内衬 件的装配。
上述的塑料复合板的面板 48和底板 50均为由吸塑、 直接成形加工而成的 单层的或多层的塑料板, 塑料板厚度为 0. 3〜4毫米。上述的塑料复合板的面板 48和底板 50的表面均印刷有印刷层或复合有薄膜层, 印刷层上带有木紋或大 理石的天然材质的颜色, 薄膜层上带有木纹或大理石的天然材质的颜色。
根据需要在上述的塑料复合板内均设置有加强件 68, 加强件 68可以增加 塑料复合板的强度, 其可固定设置于内衬件 54内或固定联接于内衬件 54外侧 面,加强件 68实际上也即为一种内衬件。塑料复合板内埋设的加强件 68为管件、 挤出型材、 注塑件或由五金件构成的复合件。 即, 上述的塑料复合板内除设加 强件 68及或内衬件 54外填充有蜂窝 52。 蜂窝 52为纸蜂窝内芯或塑料蜂窝内 芯或发泡填充料。蜂窝 52为蜂窝纸芯, 其为一体的, 设于内衬件中央, 或为分 块的, 设于内衬件内或外。 蜂窝纸芯由单层蜂窝纸芯构成。 蜂窝纸芯由单层蜂 窝纸板构成, 蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、 面纸、 底纸组成, 蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸和底 纸之间, 并与面纸、 底纸黏结相固定联接。
左侧支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、 左上横支撑板 30、 中上横支撑板 34、 右 上横支撑板 32、 左下横支撑板 36、 中下横支撑板 40、 右下横支撑板 38、 左后 侧支撑板 42、中后侧支撑板 46、右后侧支撑板 44、左内隔板 20、右内隔板 22、 左横内隔板 24、 右横内隔板 26以及四个中横内隔板 28均为塑料复合板。 其中 的每两块的塑料复合板之间的联接均为可拆卸的挂式联接。 每两块挂式联接的 塑料复合板:第一塑料复合板,其内埋设的加强件 68上开有显露于第一塑料复 合板外的扣槽 70; 第二塑料复合板, 其内埋设的加强件 68上固设有凸伸于第 二塑料复合板外的扣件 72; 第一塑料复合板和第二塑料复合板通过该扣件 72 扣合于该扣槽 70中而固定联接。 第二塑料复合板上的扣件 72与第二塑料复合 板内埋设的加强件 68通过焊接、铆钉联接或螺纹联接而固定联接。第一塑料复 合板和第二塑料复合板呈 L形、 T形或一字形固定连接。
扣件 72为塑料挂钩、折弯成 L形的钣金件、直接落料成 L形的片状体或阶 梯状销钉; 扣槽 70为矩形槽、椭圆形槽或阶梯槽。扣槽 70结构与扣件 72结构 相对应。
下面具体介绍本实施例中的复合板厨柜的各塑料复合板的扣槽 70 以及扣 件 72的配合以及设置结构。
根据需要在左侧支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、左内隔板 20、右内隔板 22上 分别设置有定位环, 另匹配有水平的左上横杆 74、 左下横杆 80以及水平的右 横杆 76。 左上横杆 74、 左下横杆 80的左右两端均分别固定联接于左侧支撑板 10的定位环和左内隔板 20的定位环; 右横杆 76的左右两端分别固定联接于右 侧支撑板 12的定位环和右内隔板 22的定位环。在左侧支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、 左内隔板 20、 右内隔板 22的塑料复合板内设置若干个辅助件 78, 辅助件 78固定联接于内衬件 54或加强件 68上。 定位环固定联接于其中的某一个辅助 件 78, 并凸出于塑料复合板外表面。
左侧支撑板 10, 如图 12、 13、 14、 15所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在顶部的加强件 68上设置有两个扣件 72, 在后部的加强件 68上开有五个扣槽 70, 后部的加强件 68的右侧面上开有一个插件 82。 其底部的加强件 68设置有 托件 88。 左侧支撑板 10的中部的右侧面的辅助件上设置有一个扣槽 70。
右侧支撑板 12, 如图 16、 17、 18、 19所示,其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在顶部的加强件 68上设置有两个扣件 72, 在后部的加强件 68上开有五个扣槽 70, 后部的加强件 68的左侧面上开有一个插件 82。 其底部的加强件 68设置有 托件 88。 右侧支撑板 12的中部的左侧面的辅助件上设置有一个扣槽 70。
左内隔扳 20, 如图 20、 21、 22所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在顶 部的加强件 68上设置有两个扣件 72, 在后部的加强件 68上开有五个扣槽 70, 后部的加强件 68的左侧面上开有一个插件 82, 右侧面上开有四个插件 82。 其 底部的加强件 68设置有托件 88。左内隔板 20的中部的左右侧面的辅助件上设 置有一个扣槽 70。
右内隔板 22, 如图 23、 24、 25所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在顶 部的加强件 68上设置有两个扣件 72, 在后部的加强件 68上开有五个扣槽 70, 后部的加强件 68的右侧面上开有一个插件 82, 左侧面上开有四个插件 82。 其 底部的加强件 68设置有托件 88。右内隔板 22的中部的左右侧面的辅助件上设 置有一个扣槽 70。
左后侧支撑板 42, 如图 26所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左右侧 的加强件 68上都均匀间隔设置有五个扣件 72, 左侧五个扣件 72分别可拆卸的 固定扣接于左侧支撑板 10的五个扣槽 70内,右侧五个扣件 72分别可拆卸的固 定扣接于左内隔板 20的五个扣槽 70内; 同时左右两侧均开有一个插孔 84, 左 侧的插孔 84可拆卸的固定插有左侧支撑板 10的插件 82, 右侧的插孔 84可拆 卸的固定插有左内隔板 20的插件 82。
右后侧支撑板 44的结构与左后侧支撑板 42的结构相同。 其与右侧支撑板 12、右内隔板 22的固定联接与左后侧支撑板 42与左侧支撑板 10、左内隔板 20 的固定联接相同。
中后侧支撑板 46, 如图 27所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左右侧 的加强件 68上均勾间隔设置有五个扣件 72, 左侧五个扣件 72分别可拆卸的固 定扣接于左内隔板 20的五个扣槽 70内,右侧五个扣件 72分别可拆卸的固定扣 接于右内隔板 22的五个扣槽 70内; 同时左右侧均开有四个插孔 84。 左侧的四 个插孔 84分别可拆卸的固定插有左内隔板 20的四个插件 82, 右侧的四个插孔 84分别可拆卸的固定插有右内隔板 22的四个插件 82。
左上横支撑板 30, 如图 28所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在右侧的 加强件 68上均匀间隔设置有两个扣槽 70, 两个扣槽 70分别可拆卸的固定扣接 有左侧支撑板 10的顶部的加强件 68上的两个扣件 72。 右侧的加强件 68上均 匀间隔设置有两个扣件 72。
右上横支撑板 32, 如图 29所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在右侧的 加强件 68上均匀间隔设置有两个扣槽 70, 两个扣槽 70分别可拆卸的固定扣接 有右侧支撑板 12的顶部的加强件 68上的两个扣件 72。 左侧的加强件 68上均 匀间隔设置有两个扣件 72。
中上横支撑板 34, 如图 30所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左侧的 加强件 68上均勾间隔设置有两个扣槽 70, 两个扣槽 70分别可拆卸的固定扣接 有左上横支撑板 30的右侧的加强件 68上的两个扣件 72。 右侧的加强件 68上 均勾间隔设置有两个扣槽 70。 两个扣槽 70分别可拆卸的固定扣接有右上横支 撑板 32的左侧的加强件 68上的两个扣件 72。
同时左上横支撑板 30、 右上横支撑板 32、 中上横支撑板 34均抵靠于左侧 支撑板 10、 右侧支撑板 12、 左内隔板 20、 右内隔板 22的上端面。
左下横支撑板 36, 如图 31、 32所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左 右侧的加强件 68下均设置有连接件 86。 连接件 86固定联接于左侧支撑板 10 的托件 88以及左内隔板 20的托件 88上。
右下横支撑板 38的结构与左下横支撑板 36的结构相同。其连接件 86固定 联接于右侧支撑板 12的托件 88以及右内隔板 22的托件 88上。
中下横支撑板 40, 如图 33、 34所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左 右侧的加强件 68下均设置有连接件 86。 连接件 86固定联接于右内隔板 20的 托件 88以及右内隔板 22的托件 88上。
左横内隔板 24, 如图 35、 36所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在左右 侧的加强件 68下均设置有一个扣件 72, 两扣件 72分别可拆卸的固定扣接于位 于左侧支撑板 10的中部的辅助件的扣槽 70以及位于左内隔板 20的中部的辅助 件的扣槽 70内。 左横内隔板 24的下部设置有固定杆 90。
右横内隔板 26的结构如左横内隔板 24的结构。其两扣件 72分别可拆卸的 固定扣接于位于右侧支撑板 12的中部的辅助件的扣槽 70以及位于右内隔板 22 的中部的辅助件的扣槽 70内。
四个中横内隔板 28, 如图 37、 38所示, 其四周边均设置有加强件 68, 在 左右侧的加强件 68下均设置有一个扣件 72。 两扣件 72分别可拆卸的固定扣接 于位于左内隔板 20的中部的辅助件的扣槽 70以及位于右内隔板 22的中部的辅 助件的扣槽 70内; 中横内隔板 28的下部设置有固定杆 90。
实施例二
一种复合带门独立橱柜, 如图 39所表示, 包括顶门板 92、 后板 94、 下隔 板 96、 中隔板 98、 两侧板 100以及两门板 102。 其中的顶门板 92、 下隔板 96、 两侧板 100均为支撑板。顶门板 92、下隔板 96、两侧板 100组成矩形外框; 后 板 94固定联接于外框后部之间; 中隔板 98固定联接于外框内; 两门板 102的 一侧边可转动联接于外框前部左右两侧边。
顶门板 92、 后板 94、 下隔板 94、 中隔板 96、 两侧板 98以及两门板 100 均为上实施例所述的塑料复合板。
顶门板 92、 后板 94、 下隔板 96、 中隔板 98、 两侧板 100之间的固定联接 为固定联接均通过可拆卸的挂式固定联接。 其中的每两块的塑料复合板之间的 联接均为可拆卸的挂式联接。每两块挂式联接的塑料复合板:第一塑料复合板, 其内埋设的加强件 68上开有显露于第一塑料复合板外的扣槽 70; 第二塑料复 合板, 其内埋设的加强件 68上固设有凸伸于第二塑料复合板外的扣件 72; 第 一塑料复合板和第二塑料复合板通过该扣件 72扣合于该扣槽 70中而固定联接。 第二塑料复合板上的扣件 72与第二塑料复合板内埋设的加强件 68通过焊接、 铆钉联接或螺纹联接而固定联接。第一塑料复合板和第二塑料复合板呈 L形、 T 形或一字形固定连接。
两门板 100内加强件 68上固定设置凸出于复合板表面的第一联接件;顶门 板 92、 下隔板 96内加强件 68上均固定设置露出于复合板表面的第二联接件; 第一联接件和第二联接件可转动联接。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例二不同之处在于:一种复合独立橱柜,如图 40所示,其 包括顶门板 92、 下隔板 96、 中隔板 98以及两侧板 100。 其中的顶门板 92、 下 隔板 96、 两侧板 100均为支撑板。 顶门板 92、 下隔板 96、 两侧板 100组成矩 形外框; 中隔板 98固定联接于外框内。
实施例四
一种复合书橱一, 如图 41示, 其包括四块支撑板 108以及六块横板 110。 两块支撑板 108纵向相固定联接, 组成一纵板; 另两块支撑板 108纵向相固定 联接, 组成另一纵板; 两纵板相对应。 六块横板 110固定联接于两纵板之间。
四块支撑板 108以及六块横板 110均为实施例一所述的塑料复合板。
四块支撑板 108以及六块横板 110之间的固定联接为固定联接均通过可拆 卸的挂式固定联接。 其中的每两块的塑料复合板之间的联接均为可拆卸的挂式 联接。 每两块挂式联接的塑料复合板: 第一塑料复合板, 其内埋设的加强件 68 上开有显露于第一塑料复合板外的扣槽 70; 第二塑料复合板, 其内埋设的加强 件 68上固设有凸伸于第二塑料复合板外的扣件 72; 第一塑料复合板和第二塑 料复合板通过该扣件 72扣合于该扣槽 70中而固定联接。 第二塑料复合板上的 扣件 72与第二塑料复合板内埋设的加强件 68通过焊接、 铆钉联接或螺纹联接 而固定联接。 第一塑料复合板和第二塑料复合板呈 L形、 T形或一字形固定连 接。
实施例五
一种复合书橱二,如图 41、 42所示,其包括四块支撑架 110以及六块横板 108。两块支撑架 110纵向相囿定联接, 组成一纵板; 另两块支撑架 110纵向相 固定联接, 组成另一纵板; 两纵板相对应。 六块横板 110固定联接于两纵板之 间。 支撑架 110包括两纵架 112以及联接于两纵架 112之间的三个横杆 114。 两纵架 112为塑料复合架, 包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝、 加强件以及内衬件。 蜂窝 填充于面板与底板之间, 内衬件夹于面板与底板之间; 面板、底板组成外周板, 外周板内加强件以及内衬件外填充蜂窝。 加强件上开设有三个露出于外周板的 固定孔。 三个横杆 114的两端部分别固定插接于固定孔内。 加强件以及内衬件 固定联接, 以增加纵架 112强度。
横板 108分别固定架设于两个横杆 114上。
上述的塑料复合板的面板和底板均为由吸塑、 直接成形加工而成的单层的 或多层的塑料板, 塑料板厚度为 0. 3〜4毫米。 上述的塑料复合板的面板 48和 底板 50的表面均印刷有印刷层或复合有薄膜层,印刷层上带有木紋或大理石的 天然材质的颜色, 薄膜层上带有木紋或大理石的天然材质的颜色。
实施例六:
如图 43所示: 其橱柜由纵支撑板 10、横支撑板 14组成橱柜框架, 并与内 隔板 14、 16组成数个置物空间, 其特点是纵支撑板的上、下 82、 86段由面板、 底板、 内衬件、蜂窝内芯组成构成二局部的面板, 其内衬件 84部分外露, 上下 段包覆在面板内。其内隔板的内衬件 74、 76也是部分外露于面板, 成为橱柜挂 杆。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 故不能以此限定本发明实施的范 围, 即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰, 皆应仍属 本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种复合板厨柜, 是由数个支撑板以及数个内隔板联接固定组 成框架, 内隔板联接于支撑板之间, 由内隔板和支撑板配合构成数个放置空间; 支撑板、 内隔板为或部分为复合板, 使得复合板厨柜整体重量较轻, 运输、安装 方便, 本发明可大批量工业化生产, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

1、一种复合板厨柜, 包括数个支撑板以及数个内隔板, 支撑板分为侧支撑 板以及横支撑板, 数个支撑板联接固定组成框架, 内隔板联接于支撑板之间, 由内隔板和支撑板配合构成数个放置空间; 其特征在于: 所述的支撑板、 内隔 板为或部分为复合板; 复合板包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝内芯以及内衬件, 蜂窝内 芯填充于面板与底板之间, 内衬件夹于面板与底板之间, 内衬件起着复合板之 间的连接作用或同时为加强作用。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的复合板厨柜,其特征在于复合板的内衬件沿蜂窝 内芯四周边完全包覆或间隔部分包覆蜂窝内芯, 布置于各支撑板的相互联接处 或支撑板与内隔板的联接处。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的复合板橱柜,其特征在于内隔板为与上述支撑板 结构相同的复合板, 或者为无内衬件的上述复合板。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的复合板橱柜,其特征在于所述的复合板是在局部 设置板材内衬件, 内衬件直接叠压在蜂窝内芯上或下。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的复合板橱柜,其特征在于所述的复合板的内衬件 为框架结构, 框架底面四周焊接延伸板材制作的角, 并靠近下底板或上面板的 一侧。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的复合板橱柜, 其特征在于所述复合板的蜂窝内 芯可以是一体的, 设于内衬件中央, 或是分块的, 在内衬件内或外。
7、根据要求 1所述的复合板橱柜,其特征在于支撑板之间、内隔板之间或 支撑板和内隔板之间的固定联接为可拆卸的挂式联接。
8、根据权利要求 7所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述内隔板为与支 撑板复合板; 数个支撑板均为复合板; 所述的每两块挂式联接的复合板: 第一 塑料复合板, 其内埋设有内衬件, 该内衬件上开有显露于第一塑料复合板外的 扣槽; 第二塑料复合板, 其内埋设有加强件或者内衬件, 该加强件或内衬件上 固设有凸伸于第二塑料复合板外的扣件; 第一塑料复合板和第二塑料复合板通 过该扣件扣合于该扣槽中而固定联接。
9、根据权利要求 1所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述塑料复合板的 面板和底板均为吸塑成形的塑料板的结合板, 面板、 底板的重合边位于塑料复 合板侧面或底面, 面板、 底板的重合边通过焊接或胶水粘接连在一起。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述一种复合板厨柜, 其特征在于: 所述塑料复合板 的面板和底板均为塑料片材, 面板、 底板周边包裹有封边条。
11.根据权利要求 9或 10所述一种复合板厨柜, 其特征在于: 所述塑料复 合板的面板和底板的边缘重合相连接, 底板的周边缘上向内吸出一台阶, 其高 度等于面板的厚度, 面板边缘与台阶配合。
12.根据权利要求 8所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述底板周边缘向 上弯折并部分包覆内衬件侧面, 面板周边缘向下弯折包覆内衬件侧边以及底板 周边缘, 面板侧面边在内衬件侧边处与底板相固定联接。
13.根据权利要求 8所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述底板周边缘贴 靠于内衬件的底边, 底板边缘与内衬件的底边中部相固定联接, 面板周边缘呈 向下弯折包覆内衬件侧面, 面板边在内衬件的底边处与底板边相固定联接。
14.根据权利要求 1所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述蜂窝纸芯由单 层蜂窝纸芯构成。
15.根据权利要求 14所述一种复合板厨柜, 其特征在于: 所述蜂窝纸芯由 单层蜂窝纸板构成, 蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、 面纸、 底纸组成, 蜂窝纸芯夹于面 纸和底纸之间, 并与面纸、 底纸黏结相固定联接。
16.根据权利要求 8所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述扣件为塑料挂 钩、 折弯成 L形的钣金件、 直接落料成 L形的片状体或阶梯状销钉; 所述的扣 槽为矩形槽、 椭圆形槽或阶梯槽, 且扣槽结构与扣件结构相对应。
17.根据权利要求 8所述一种复合板厨柜,其特征在于:所述第一塑料复合 板和第二塑料复合板之间呈 L形、 T形或一字形固定连接。
18.—种复合板厨柜,包括数个支撑板以及数个隔板,内隔板固定联接于支 撑板,支撑板相互连接构成橱柜架, 由内隔板和支撑板配合构成数个放置空间; 其特征在于所述的支撑板、 内隔板为或部分为复合板, 所述复合板由面板、 底 板、 内衬件、 蜂窝内芯组成, 其内衬件部分外露, 局部包覆有蜂窝内芯、 面板 和底板。
19. 一种复合板厨柜, 包括框架以及数个内隔板, 内隔板固定联接于外框 内, 由内隔板和外框配合构成数个放置空间, 外框由金属管材制成框架, 其特 征在于: 内隔板为或部分为复合板, 其复合板包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝内芯, 蜂 窝内芯填充于面板与底板之间。
20、根据权利要求 19所述的复合橱柜,其特征在于所述的复合板还包括内 衬件, 其内衬件沿蜂窝内芯四周边完全包覆或间隔部分包覆蜂窝内芯, 布置于 各支撑板的相互联接处或支撑板与内隔板的联接处。
21、 一种复合板厨柜, 包括数个支撑板以及数个内隔板, 支撑板分为侧支 撑板以及横支撑板, 数个支撑板联接固定组成框架, 内隔板联接于支撑板之间, 由内隔板和支撑板配合构成数个放置空间; 其特征在于: 所述的支撑板、 内隔 板为或部分为复合板; 复合板包括面板、 底板、 塑料发泡内芯以及内衬件, 塑 料发泡内芯填充于面板与底板之间, 内衬件夹于面板与底板之间, 内衬件起着 复合板之间的连接作用或同时为加强作用。
