背景技術

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題

[0013] 前記電力線は、複数の車載機器を有する車両内に配線され、前記通信装置は、前 記車載機器に設けられていてもよい。この場合、この電力線通信システムでは、車両 のノ ッテリー力 電力供給が行われる電力線を介して車載機器間で通信が行われ、 車両内の配電盤等の分岐点に中継装置を備えることで、車両における車載機器間 で良好な通信品質を得ることができる。
[0014] 本発明の電力線通信システムは、前記分岐線の端部に設けられ、前記通信装置を 着脱可能に接続するコネクタ部をさらに備え、前記コネクタ部が、前記車両の複数箇 所に取り付けられていてもよい。この場合、この電力線通信システムでは、コネクタ部 が車両の複数箇所に取り付けられているので、例えば車両内に通信装置としてスピ 一力を複数箇所及び任意な位置に設置した ヽ場合に、設置箇所に一番近!ヽ場所の コネクタ部にスピーカを接続することで、レイアウトフリーかつ多様なスピーカレイァゥ トを実現することができる。また、車両のシートアレンジなどに応じて、スピーカの配置 を任意に変更したり、スピーカの追加をしたりすることも可能となる。さらに、ドア等に 近いコネクタ部に車外のスピーカを接続することで、アウトドア等において、車外で音 楽再生等が可能になる。
[0015] 前記分岐点は、前記複数の分岐線を分岐、結合する電気接続箱内に配されてい てもよい。この場合、この電力線通信システムでは、分岐点を電気接続箱内に配して いるので、電力線の分岐配線が容易になり、作業性及びメンテナンス性の向上を図 ることがでさる。
[0016] 前記中継装置は、リピータ、ブリッジ及びルータのいずれか一つであってもよい。こ
の場合、この電力線通信システムでは、同一の LANが接続されている場合、中継装 置にリピータを用い、中継装置で信号を増幅すると共に信号の歪みを補正して折り 返し送信する。また、個別の LAN同士が接続されている場合、中継装置にブリッジを 用い、送信元及び送信先のアドレス力 通信装置のポートを選択しデータフレームを 送信する。また、電力線力 Sインターネット等の外部ネットワークに接続され複数の LA Nが接続されている場合、中継装置にルータを用い、送信元及び送信先のアドレス 力 外部ネットワークのポート及び通信装置のポートを選択しデータフレームを送信 する。
[0017] また、本発明の電力線通信システムは、前記中継装置と複数の前記分岐線とを結 合すると共に前記分岐線毎に異なる共振周波数を有する複数の結合器力 なる分 岐装置をさらに備え、前記中継装置が、前記データを送信する前記分岐線の共振周 波数に通信周波数を変えて前記データの送信を行ってもよい。この場合、この電力 線通信システムでは、分岐線毎に異なる共振周波数の結合器がアレイ構造とされた 分岐装置を備え、中継装置により、送信する分岐線の共振周波数に対応した通信周 波数に変更するので、各分岐線が通信周波数で独立化され、周波数帯域の利用効 率を向上させることができる。
[0018] また、本発明の電力線通信システムは、前記分岐装置に設けられ、接続される前記 分岐線の通信周波数帯でインピーダンス特性が最大となる高インピーダンスのヒユー ズをさらに備えてもよい。この場合、電力線の分岐点はバッテリーに近ぐ低インピー ダンス状態となっているため、インピーダンスマッチングの点で伝送信号を通し難い 場合があるが、この電力線通信システムでは、通信周波数帯で最大インピーダンス が得られるヒューズを分岐装置内で各分岐線に接続して ヽるので、分岐線で使う通 信周波数帯で高インピーダンス化を分岐点で行ってインピーダンスマッチングを行い 、中継装置に所望の信号を通し易くすることができる。
[0019] 前記ヒューズは、過剰電流が流れた際に溶断するヒューズエレメントと、前記ヒユー ズエレメントの両端部を支持する支持端子部と、前記支持端子部に設けられたフェラ イトビーズとを有してもよい。この場合、この電力線通信システムでは、フェライトビー ズが設けられた支持端子部でヒューズのヒューズエレメント (溶断線)が支持されて ヽ
るので、フェライトビーズによりインピーダンス特性が結合共振周波数で最大となるよ うに設定すると共に、フ ライトビーズの有する高周波損失特性により高周波ノイズが 遮断されてより良質な通信が可能になる。
発明の効果
[0020] 本発明によれば、以下の効果を奏する。
[0021] すなわち、本発明に係る電力線通信システム及び電力線通信方法によれば、電力 線の分岐点に中継装置を備えているので、装置間の通信距離を最短で構成すること ができ、小さな送信電力でも高品質な通信を行うことができる。これにより、漏洩電界 を小さくすることができ、干渉波を少なくできる。さらに、通信品質の向上により高速伝 送が可能になり、品質の高い高速のアプリケーションに対応することが可能になる。 図面の簡単な説明

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0024] 以下、本発明に係る電力線通信システム及び電力線通信方法の第 1実施形態を、 図 1から図 5を参照しながら説明する。
[0025] 本実施形態の電力線通信システムは、図 1に示すように、車両に配線され電力源で あるバッテリー Βから車両の複数の車載機器 Μ1〜Μηへ電力供給を行うと共に分岐 点である電気接続箱 JBで複数の分岐線 LBl〜LBnに分岐された電力線 Lと、車載 機器 Ml〜Mnに搭載され電力線 Lの分岐線 LBl〜LBnに接続されてデータの送受 信を行う通信装置 Tl〜Tnと、上記分岐点の電気接続箱 JBに設けられデータの送信 を中継する中継装置 1と、中継装置 1と分岐線 LBl〜LBnとを結合すると共に分岐 線 LB 1〜LBn毎に異なる共振周波数を有する複数の結合器 K 1〜Knカゝらなる分岐 装置 Υと、を備えている。
[0026] 上記電気接続箱 JBは、いわゆるジャンクション 'ブロック、ジョイント 'ボックス、ジヤン クシヨン'ボックス等と称されるものであって、車両全体のハーネスをインスツルメンタ ルパネル、ボディ、エンジンルーム等に分割して接続する場所に設置され、本実施形 態では、インスツルメンタルパネル近くでメンテナンスし易!ヽ場所に設置されて!ヽる。
[0027] 上記分岐装置 Yは、電気接続箱 JB内に、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnに接続され各分岐 線 LBl〜LBnの通信周波数帯でインピーダンス特性が最大となる高インピーダンス のヒューズ 2と、リレー(図示略)とを備えている。
[0028] 上記結合器 Kl〜Knは、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnと中継装置 1とを接続する複数の中 継線 LM 1〜: LMnと、各中継線 LM 1〜: LMnに直列に接続され分岐線 LB 1〜: LBn 毎に異なる共振周波数とするコンデンサ C 1〜Cn及びインダクタ L 1〜Lnとを備えて いる。すなわち、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnは、各結合器 Kl〜Knによってそれぞれ互い に異なる共振周波数 fcl〜fcnに設定されている。
[0029] 上記中継装置 1は、リピータであり、送信されるデータの信号を増幅させると共に歪 みを補正し、さらにデータを送信する分岐線 LB 1〜LBnの共振周波数 f c 1〜f cnに 通信周波数を変えてデータの折り返し送信を行う処理回路を有している。
[0030] 上記ヒューズ 2は、図 1及び図 2に示すように、過剰電流が流れた際に溶断するヒュ ーズエレメント 2aと、ヒューズエレメント 2aの両端部を一端で支持すると共に他端が端 子となる一対の支持端子部 2bと、各支持端子部 2bに固定されたフェライトビーズ 2c と、これらを収納するケース 2dと、を備えている。上記フェライトビーズ 2cは、フェライト により円筒状に形成され、支持端子部 2bを挿通させた状態で支持端子部 2bに固定 されている。なお、ヒューズ 2は、等価回路的には、図 1に示すように、ヒューズエレメ ント 2aと、インダクタとなるフェライトビーズ 2cと、が直列接続されて構成される。このヒ ユーズ 2のインピーダンス特性は、フェライトビーズ 2cにより、接続される各分岐線 LB l〜LBnの結合共振周波数で最大となるようにそれぞれ設定されて!、る。
[0031] また、各ヒューズ 2は、図 3に示すように、分岐装置 Y内の基板 3上に実装されている 。すなわち、基板 3上には、ノ ッテリー B側の電力線 Lに一端が接続される配線バタ ーン 4と、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnに一端が接続される複数の分岐線用端子 5と、が銅 箔等でパターン形成され、各ヒューズ 2が配線パターン 4の他端と各分岐線用端子 5 の他端とを懸架するように設けられて 、る。
[0032] なお、分岐装置 Yは、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnが容易に抜き差し可能な分岐線 LB1 〜LBnのコネクタ構造を備えている。また、図 4に示すように、中継装置 1は、分岐装 置 Y上に固定されている。
[0033] なお、上記車載機器 Ml〜Mnは、車両に予め搭載されている機器及びシガーソケ ット等を介して後付け的に電力線 Lに接続される機器のいずれでもよい。例えば、車 両に予め搭載されている車載機器 Ml〜Mnとしては、カーオーディオ機器やカーナ ピゲーシヨン機器等がある。また、車両に後付けされる車載機器 Ml〜Mnとしては、 ETC車載機器やバックモニタ用カメラ等がある。
[0034] 次に、本実施形態の電力線通信システムにおける電力線通信方法について説明 する。
[0035] 本実施形態では、例えば、車両において、車載機器 Mlから他の車載機器 Mnに、 映像信号やオーディオ信号をデータとして送信する場合について説明する。
[0036] 始めに、車載機器 Mlの通信装置 T1 (通信装置の一方)から、電力線 Lの分岐線 L B1に高周波信号を重畳して映像信号等のデータを送信する。この際、送信されるデ ータは、所定の変調方式によって変調されている。
[0037] 次に、中継装置 1は、分岐点の電気接続箱 JBにおいて分岐線 LB1を介して伝送さ れるデータの信号を受信し、信号を増幅すると共に歪みを補正し、別の分岐線 LBn に接続された車載機器 Mnの通信装置 Tn (通信装置の他方)へ、データを分岐装置 Υの結合器 Κηを介して折り返し送信する。この際、結合器 K1では、コンデンサ C1及 びインダクタ L1により分岐線 LB1の共振周波数が fclに設定されており、通信装置 Τ 1からの通信周波数も共振周波数 fclに設定されて ヽる。
[0038] 一方、結合器 Knでは、コンデンサ Cn及びインダクタ Lnにより分岐線 LBnの共振周 波数 fenが共振周波数 fclとは異なる値に設定されている。このため、中継装置 1は、 一方の通信装置 T1から分岐線 LB1を介してデータを共振周波数 fclと同じ通信周 波数で受信し、折り返し他方の通信装置 Tnにデータ送信する際には、分岐線 LBn の共振周波数 fenに通信周波数帯を変えてデータ送信を行う。
[0039] そして、他方の車載機器 Mnの通信装置 Tnは、分岐線 LBnを介して送信されたデ ータを受信すると共に復号回路(図示略)で受信データ力も復元した映像信号に基 づいて、車載機器 Mnの画面に映像を表示する。
[0040] このように本実施形態では、電力線 Lの分岐点である電気接続箱 JBに中継装置 1 を設けているので、図 5に示すように、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnに接続された各通信装
置 Tl〜Tnに対して、通信距離を最短で構成することができ、小さな送信電力でも高 品質な通信を行うことができ、漏洩電界を小さくすることができる。また、 SN比を高く することができ、高速伝送が可能になる。
[0041] さらに、分岐線 LBl〜LBn毎に異なる共振周波数 fcl〜fcnの結合器 Κ1〜Κηを アレイ構造とした分岐装置 Υを備え、中継装置 1により、送信する分岐線 LBl〜LBn の共振周波数 fcl〜fcnに対応した通信周波数に変更するので、各分岐線 LB1〜L Bnが通信周波数で独立化され、周波数帯域の利用効率を向上させることができる。
[0042] また、電力線 Lの分岐点である電気接続箱 JBはバッテリー Bに近ぐ低インピーダン ス状態となっているため、インピーダンスマッチングの点で伝送信号を通し難い場合 があるが、本実施形態の電力線通信システムでは、通信周波数帯で最大インピーダ ンスが得られるヒューズ 2を分岐装置 Y内で各分岐線 LBl〜LBnに接続しているの で、分岐線 LBl〜LBnで使う通信周波数帯で高インピーダンス化を分岐点で行って インピーダンスマッチングを行い、中継装置 1に所望の信号を通し易くすることができ る。
[0043] さらに、フェライトビーズ 2cが設けられた支持端子部 2bでヒューズエレメント 2aが支 持されて!ヽるので、フェライトビーズ 2cによりインピーダンス特性が結合共振周波数 で最大となるように設定すると共に、フェライトビーズ 2cの有する高周波損失特性によ り高周波ノイズが遮断されてより良質な通信が可能になる。
[0044] また、電力線 Lの分岐点を電気接続箱 JB内に配しているので、電力線 Lの分岐配 線が容易になり、作業性及びメンテナンス性の向上を図ることができる。すなわち、電 気接続箱 JBにおいてハーネスを分割し、内部に分岐を吸収することで、生産性や作 業性を向上させることができると共に、ヒューズ 2やリレーを一箇所にまとめることで、メ ンテナンス性を向上させることができる。なお、電気接続箱 JB内にヒューズ 2やリレー を集中させることで、大電流ライン (バッテリー Bと電気接続箱 JBとの間)が短くなるの で、電圧降下の低減も図ることが可能である。
[0045] 次に、本発明に係る電力線通信システム及び電力線通信方法の第 2及び第 3実施 形態を、図 6及び図 7を参照しながら説明する。
[0046] 第 2実施形態と第 1実施形態との異なる点は、第 1実施形態の中継装置 1がリビー
タであるのに対し、第 2実施形態の電力線通信システムでは、図 6に示すように、中継 装置 21がブリッジであって、各分岐線 LBl〜LBnに接続された各通信装置 Tl〜Tn のポート Ρ1〜Ρηを備えている点である。
[0047] すなわち、第 2実施形態では、電力線 Lを介して個別の LAN同士が接続されてお り、中継装置 21がブリッジとして、送信元及び送信先のアドレスから接続された通信 装置 Tl〜Tnのポート Pl〜Pnを選択しデータフレームを送信する。
[0048] 第 3実施形態と第 2実施形態との異なる点は、第 2実施形態の中継装置 1がブリッジ であるのに対し、第 3実施形態の電力線通信システムでは、図 7に示すように、中継 装置 31がルータであって、インターネット等の外部ネットワークのポート Pw及び各通 信装置 Tl〜Tnのポート Pl〜Pnを備えている点である。
[0049] すなわち、第 3実施形態では、電力線 L力インターネット等の外部ネットワークに接続 され複数の LANが接続されている場合、中継装置 31がルータとして、送信元及び 送信先のアドレスから外部ネットワークのポート Pw及び通信装置 Tl〜Tnのポート P 1〜Ρηを選択しデータフレームを送信する。
[0050] 次に、本発明に係る電力線通信システム及び電力線通信方法の第 1実施形態を、 車両に適用した場合について、図 8及び図 9を参照しながら説明する。
[0051] この電力線通信システムでは、図 8及び図 9に示すように、分岐線 LB1〜LB4の端 部にスピーカ等の通信装置を着脱可能に接続するシガーソケット (コネクタ部) CSが 設けられ、これらシガーソケット CSが車両 Cの複数箇所に取り付けられている。この 例では、 3列シートの車両 Cに適用され、車両 Cのボンネット内に中継装置 1が設置さ れて 、ると共に、該中継装置 1に接続された分岐線 LB 1〜LB4が車両 C内に配され ている。そして、分岐線 LB1〜LB4の各端部が 2列目及び 3列目のシート STの近く で車両 Cの天井部にまで配され、それぞれにシガーソケット CSが取り付けられている 。すなわち、車室内にシガーソケット CSが均等に配置されている。
[0052] このように、この電力線通信システムでは、シガーソケット CSが車両 Cの複数箇所 に取り付けられているので、例えば車両 C内に通信装置としてスピーカを複数箇所及 び任意な位置に設置した 、場合に、設置箇所に一番近 、場所のシガーソケット CS にスピーカを接続することで、レイアウトフリーかつ多様なスピーカレイアウトを実現す
ることができる。また、車両 Cのシートアレンジなどに応じて、スピーカの配置を任意に 変更したり、スピーカの追加をしたりすることも可能となる。さらに、ドア等に近いシガ 一ソケット CSに車外のスピーカを接続することで、アウトドア等において、車外で音楽 再生等が可能になる。

産業上の利用可能性
[0055] 本発明の電力線通信システム及び電力線通信方法では、電力線の分岐点に中継 装置を備えているので、各分岐線に接続された各通信装置に対して、通信距離を最 短で構成することができ、小さな送信電力でも高品質な通信を行うことができ、漏洩 電界を小さくすることができる。また、 SN比を高くすることができ、高速伝送が可能に なる。さらに、無線で通信不可能な箇所とも電力線のみで良好な通信品質を確保す ることがでさる。

[1] 分岐点で分岐された複数の分岐線を有する電力線と、
前記分岐線に接続され前記分岐線を介してデータを送受信する通信装置と、 前記分岐点に設けられ前記データの送信を中継する中継装置と、
を備えた電力線通信システム。

前記電力線が、複数の車載機器を有する車両内に配線され、
前記通信装置が、前記車載機器に設けられて ヽる電力線通信システム。

前記分岐線の端部に前記通信装置を着脱可能に接続するコネクタ部が設けられ、 前記コネクタ部が、前記車両の複数箇所に取り付けられて 、る電力線通信システム

前記分岐装置に設けられ、接続される前記分岐線の通信周波数帯でインピーダン ス特性が最大となる高インピーダンスのヒューズをさらに備える電力線通信システム。

前記ヒューズ力 過剰電流が流れた際に溶断するヒューズエレメントと、
前記ヒューズエレメントの両端部を支持する支持端子部と、
