- the cord angles 0 and 0 ′ in the two belt layers may be the same angle or different angles. Also this There may be no problem placing another auxiliary belt layer that is narrower and wider than the main belt layer.
- the circumferential reinforcing layer refers to a structural force obtained by winding a plurality of steel cords so as to be arranged substantially in the tire circumferential direction.
- a method of forming the circumferential reinforcing layer 1 to 5 steel records are aligned and formed by winding a tape material made of uncured rubber with a rubber bow I spirally in the tire circumferential direction. It is preferable to do.

- the substantially tire circumferential direction means that the inclination angle with respect to the tire circumferential direction is in the range of 0 to 10 degrees.
- the circumferential reinforcing layer is disposed so as to be provided alongside the main belt layer formed of a pair of belt layers in the tread portion. It is best to wrap around the outermost circumference of the main belt layer, but it can also be placed between the two layers of the main belt layer or on the innermost circumference of the main belt layer. You may do it. Further, the arrangement location of the circumferential reinforcing layer is not limited to one location, but may be arranged at two or more locations from the above-mentioned three locations.
- the circumferential reinforcing layer has a width Wo (deployed width) in the tire width direction that is the maximum width Wm of the main belt layer.
- the ratio WoZWm to the maximum width Wm of the main belt layer needs to be 0.5 to 0.9.

- the width Wo of the circumferential reinforcing layer is less than 0.5 times the maximum width Wm of the main belt layer, the reinforcing effect on the main belt layer is reduced, so that the end of the main belt layer is centrifugal during high-speed running. It becomes difficult to suppress the phenomenon of rising by force.
- the width Wo of the circumferential reinforcing layer is larger than 0.9 times the maximum width Wm of the main belt layer, the steel cord at the edge of the circumferential reinforcing layer is caused by in-plane bending of the belt layer that occurs during cornering. - the reinforcing cord elastic modulus Ee of the steel cord at the edge portion is measured for each steel cord included in 5% of the width of the circumferential reinforcing layer at the edge end force at the edge portion of the circumferential reinforcing layer.

Further, when the ratio RcZRs of the outer peripheral length change rate is larger than 1.3, the deformation of the center portion is increased, and delamination is likely to occur between the main belt layer and the circumferential auxiliary layer.
- the train when filled with air pressure lOOkPa The outer shape of the head portion corresponds to the outer shape of the tread molding surface of the molding die. Therefore, the ratio RcZRs of the change rate Rc of the outer circumference length at the equator of the tread portion and the change rate Rs of the outer circumference length of the shoulder portion is within the above range when the maximum specified air pressure allowed for the tire is filled. It means that the entire tread width from the equator to a part of both shoulders changes at an approximately equal ratio with respect to the outer shape of the tread molding surface of the mold. Therefore, tire durability can be greatly improved. In particular, a remarkable effect can be obtained even for a wide, low-flat pneumatic radial tire having a maximum tire width of 350 mm or more and a flatness ratio of 60% or less.

Rc = (Cc, -Cc) /Cc · · · (2)
Rs = (Cs, -Cs) /Cs · · · (3)
