如图 3C所示,示出了应用在台车上的本发明的锁具的结构。在本发明中, 该旋转锁 51设置于该上、 下左前框 451、 453上。 该旋转锁 51主要包括有锁 架 511,其设置于该上左前框 451的预定位置上, 并具有一安装孔 5111 (如图 6A所示) ; 锁轴 512, 通过该安装孔 5111活动安装于所述锁架 511上, 且其 一端端部 (朝向门框内侧设置) 套装连接于一定位卡圈中, 从而将锁轴 512 活动固定在锁架 511上; 手柄 513, 其一端与该锁轴 512另一端部(朝向门框 外侧设置)连接, 并可在外力作用下带动该锁轴 512在第一旋转位置 5131和 第二旋转位置 5132之间旋转。 该锁座板 52设置于该上、 下右前框 452、 454 上, 其上具有与该锁轴 512适配的第一通孔 521 (如图 8C所示)和与该手柄 513适配的第二通孔 522, 其设置于该第一通孔 521—侧且与该第一通孔 521 连通, 且该锁座板 52—端设置有一手柄挡板 523, 与该第二通孔 522相对设 置于该第一通孔 521的另一侧。 在锁紧时, 该锁座板 52通过第一通孔 521、 第二通孔 522嵌位在锁架 511上, 此时旋转手柄 513从第一旋转位置 5131旋 转至第二旋转位置 5132, 并通过该手柄挡板 523阻挡该手柄 513继续转动而 将该锁具锁紧。
图 4A、 4B分别为该手柄 513处于第一旋转位置 5131时旋转锁正面、 背 面的立体结构示意图, 图 4C、 图 4D分别为该旋转锁的正视图和俯视图。 在 该锁架内侧表面上,邻近该定位卡圈 516外圆周位置还设置有一阻挡块 5116, 该定位卡圈 516的外圆周的一预定位置处向外延伸有一限位块 5161。如图 4A 所示,该第一旋转位置 5131为该手柄 513转动至与该锁座板 52上的第二通孔 522重合且该限位块 5161与该阻挡块 5116相接触的位置, 该第二旋转位置 5132为该手柄 513转动至与该手柄挡块 523接触的位置 (如图 3C所示) 。
如图 5所示,详细示出了该锁轴 512安装在该锁架 511上的结构。结合图 6A示出的锁架 511立体结构和图 6B、 6C示出的锁轴 512的结构, 可清晰看 出, 该锁架 511具有一与锁轴 512适配的安装孔 5111, 该锁轴 512中间部分 的外圆周形成一相对其两端的凸起,其一端还具有一与该手柄 513适配的、键 槽 5123。在安装时, 可先将该手柄 513—端通过该键槽 5123与该锁轴 512连 接, 如图 6D所示, 然后将该锁轴的一端通过该锁架 511上的安装孔 5111并 套装入该定位卡圈 516中, 然后焊接该定位卡圈 516和该锁轴 512, 实现锁轴 512与锁架 511的活动安装。在该手柄 513旋转时, 可通过锁轴 512的旋转带 动定位卡圈 516的旋转,使该限位块 5161与该阻挡块 5116互相接触。通过该 P艮位块 5161与该阻挡块 5116的配合使用,在锁具开启时候可有效防止旋转过 位实现快速开启。 并且, 如图 4A所示, 该锁架 511可为一板折弯件, 其三面 折起形成第一折弯边 5115, 另一面开放, 形成与锁座板 52适配的安装空间; 或者, 如图 6A所示, 仅有两面折起形成该第一折弯边 5115。
如图 7A、 7B所示, 示出了该手柄 513旋转至第二旋转位置 5132时的结 构。 当手柄 513由如图 4A所示的第一旋转位置 5131逆时针旋转至第二旋转 位置 5132时,该手柄挡块 523阻挡住该手柄 513的继续转动,此时门框锁紧。 反之, 在第一旋转位置 5131时, 门框可打开。 如图 8A、 8B所示, 示出了本发明的锁座板 52的正面和背面的结构。 该 锁座板 52安装在上、下右前框 452、 454上,并具有相互连通的第一通孔 521、 第二通孔 522, 其一端设置有一手柄挡板 523。 如图 8C所示, 该锁座板 52的 一对侧边进一步折弯形成第二折弯边 525,适配安装于该锁架 511上的安装空 间内。 如图 8D所示, 该手柄挡板 523为 L形结构, 其包括一外侧挡板 5231 和安装板 5232, 该手柄挡板 523通过锁座板 52前端的一切口 526安装, 该外 侧挡板 5231垂直于该锁座板 52向外延伸, 该安装板 5232紧贴该锁座板 52 背面安装固定。 较佳的, 该外侧挡板 5231上设置第三通孔 5233, 相对应的, 在该手柄 313另一端上设置有第四通孔 5133 (如图 4A所示) , 在该手柄 513 旋转至第二旋转位置 5132时, 该第三通孔 5233与该第四通孔 5133对准, 并 可在该第三通孔 5233和第四通孔 5133中安装有安全锁匙,从而提高箱内货物 仓储运输的安全性。
如上所述,当需要打开台车的门框时,顺时针旋动手柄 513至第一旋转位 置 5131,锁轴 512和与之结合的手柄 513能通过锁座板 52上的第二通孔 522, 即可打开台车门框。 与此同时, 在顺时针旋动手柄 513至第一旋转位置 5131 时, 圆环形定位卡圈 516上的限位块 5161被锁架 511上设置的阻挡块 5116 所阻止, 无法继续顺时针旋转, 可有效防止旋转过位而实现快速开启。 反之, 当逆时针旋转手柄 513至第二旋转位置 5132时候,通过手柄挡板 523的阻挡, 以及在对准的第三通孔 5233和第四通孔 5133中安装假装安全锁匙和通过啮合 装置 40的配合而有效实现门框的锁紧。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业应用性
根据本发明的一方面,通过一旋转锁与锁座板的配合,方便快捷的实现对 台车门框的有效锁止,并且,当打开台车门框时,由于阻挡块与限位块的存在, 手柄旋转到第一位置时无法继续同方向旋转, 从而实现快速开启。 同时, 由于 手柄与手柄挡板的通孔配合能用外加的锁具实现对台车前框的进一步锁止,进 一步保证了货物的安全性。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种台车锁具, 安装在台车的相邻的第一门框和第二门框之间, 其特 征在于, 该锁具包括:
旋转锁, 设置于该第一门框上, 其包括有
锁架, 设置于该第一门框预定位置上, 并具有一安装孔;
锁轴, 通过该安装孔活动安装于所述锁架上, 且其一端端部套装连接 于一定位卡圈中;
手柄, 其一端与该锁轴另一端部连接, 并可在外力作用下带动该锁轴 在第一旋转位置和第二旋转位置之间旋转;
锁座板, 设置于该第二门框上, 其包括有
第一通孔, 与该锁轴匹配;
第二通孔, 与该手柄匹配, 并设置于该第一通孔一恻且与该第一通孔 连通;
手柄挡板, 与该第二通孔相对设置于该第一通孔另一侧。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该锁具还包括一设置 于该第二门框的门框立边上的门框啮合装置,该门框啮合装置与该第一门框的 门框立边通过一啮合导向槽啮合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该第一门框的门框立 边端部边沿具有圆弧压型角, 而该啮合导向槽也具有相匹配的圆弧压型角。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 在邻近该定位卡圈外 圆周位置的该锁架内侧表面上还设置有一阻挡块,该定位卡圈的外圆周的一预 定位置处向外延伸有一限位块。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该第一旋转位置为该 手柄转动至与该第二通孔重合且该限位块与该阻挡块相接触的位置,该第二旋 转位置为该手柄转动至与该手柄挡块接触的位置。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4或 5所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该锁轴 上设置有一与该手柄尺寸匹配的键槽, 该手柄一端通过该键槽与该锁轴连接。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4或 5所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该手柄 挡板由外侧挡板和安装板构成,并通过该锁座板前端上的切口安装固定,该安 装板紧贴该锁座板背面设置, 该外侧挡板垂直于该锁座板向外延伸。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该手柄挡板的外侧挡 板上设置第三通孔,而该手柄另一端上设置有第四通孔,在该手柄旋转至第二 旋转位置时, 该第三通孔与该第四通孔对准。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的台车锁具, 其特征在于, 该第三通孔和第四通 孔中安装有安全锁匙。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的台车锁具,其特征在于, 该锁座板的一对侧边 形成有第一折弯边,且该锁架的三个侧面进一步折弯形成第二折弯边,而另一 面开放, 形成与锁座板适配的安装空间。
