[13] 請求項 12において、該低硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部に凸部を設け、該凸部を 高硬度側の発泡合成樹脂に向って倒し込んで該高硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部 に重ね合わせることを特徴とする車両用シート製造方法。
[14] 請求項 13において、該高硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部に、前記凸部が係合可能 な凹部を設け、該凹部内に該凸部を倒し込むことを特徴とする車両用シート製造方 法。
[15] 請求項 12において、前記仕切り溝を、低硬度側の発泡合成樹脂が高硬度側の発 泡合成樹脂に乗り上げるように傾斜させることを特徴とする車両用シート製造方法。
[16] 請求項 12において、前記低硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部を高硬度側の発泡合 成榭脂の縁部に係合させる方法として、
該低硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部に凸部を設け、該凸部を折り返して前記仕切り 溝に入り込ませることを特徴とする車両用シート製造方法。
[17] 請求項 12において、前記表皮を固定するのに先立ち、前記低硬度側の発泡合成 榭脂の縁部又は凸部を高硬度側の発泡合成樹脂の縁部に又は凹部に接着すること を特徴とする車両用シート製造方法。
[18] 請求項 12の方法により製造された車両用シート。
