CESTA APILABLE MEJORADA
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una cesta apilable mejorada de las utilizadas por los clientes de autoservicios y/o supermercados, del tipo de las que permiten apilarse unas sobre otras y que están constituidas básicamente por un cuerpo monopieza de aristas redondeadas y material plástico resistente que presenta una serie de orificios o vaciados, y que permite alojar en su interior los productos antes de que los mismos sean depositados en Ia caja para su cobro.
Es objeto de esta invención el proporcionar una cesta que, manteniendo una estructura y composición tales que proporcionen durabilidad y fiabilidad, sea de fácil manejo y evite al usuario realizar esfuerzos derivados del transporte de Ia misma cuando en ella se hayan depositados los artículos a comprar, dotando a Ia misma, además de un asa convencional, de un asa telescópica que permite, junto con unas ruedas situadas en Ia base de Ia misma, trasladar dicha cesta como si de un pequeño carrito se tratase, de forma cómoda y sencilla para el usuario y sin importar Ia condición física del mismo.
Es también objeto de Ia presente invención el proporcionar un sistema que a Ia hora del apilamiento garantice Ia higiene necesaria sin perjudicar dicho apilamiento, protegiendo el fondo de las cestas sobre el que descansan los artículos de los restos de suciedad acumulados en las ruedas de Ia cesta que se encaja superiormente cuando las diferentes cestas se apilan verticalmente unas sobre otras. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Existen en el mercado un buen número de cestas destinadas a su utilización en supermercados o autoservicios como medios para que los clientes transporten los productos hasta las cajas en donde se efectúa el pago.
Estas cestas suelen sustituir a los típicos carros metálicos con ruedas bien cuando éstos se acaban, cuando el cliente va a comprar un pequeño número de artículos que hacen innecesaria Ia utilización del mencionado carro o bien cuando las características del establecimiento hacen imposible Ia circulación de dichos carros.
En tales casos, las cestas usadas comúnmente se materializan en unos recipientes, generalmente de plástico de poco peso pero resistentes, a las que se las dota de una o varias asas que permiten al usuario trasportarlas por el local e ir introduciendo los artículos en Ia misma. Dichas asas quedan, además, integradas dentro de Ia propia estructura de Ia cesta de manera que no constituyan un impedimento a Ia hora de apilar las mismas, tal es el caso de los Modelos de Utilidad U8601633, del que este mismo solicitante es el titular, U9400303, U9502610, o Ia solicitud WO 98/13269.
Sin embargo, este tipo de cestas cuenta con el principal inconveniente que supone el cargar con Ia misma cuando en ella se han depositado un número de artículos elevado, Io que se traduce generalmente en un peso excesivo que en ocasiones puede sobrepasar los 20 kilogramos.
Esto supone no sólo una incomodidad para el usuario, especialmente para las personas mayores, sino un problema de seguridad, pues puede producir lesiones bien por sobreesfuerzo o bien por golpes o caídas accidentales de las mismas.
Para solucionar este problema se han desarrollado cestas que por un lado permiten su apilamiento y por otro un manejo más cómodo por el usuario, tal es el caso de Ia patente EP 1407956, que consiste en una cesta a Ia que, además de las típicas asas para transportar Ia cesta de Ia forma conocida, se Ia ha dotado de un asa de tracción y unas ruedas de forma que Ia misma pueda ser apoyada en el suelo y trasladada por el mismo sin necesidad de levantarla en vilo.
Este sistema, sin embargo, aún resolviendo el problema de que el usuario tenga que transportar todo el peso de los artículos en vilo, presenta inconvenientes importantes, como son el hecho de que las dimensiones del asa vienen determinadas por las de Ia propia cesta, al necesitar Ia misma ser integrada en el marco para no impedir el apilamiento, Io que significa que dicha asa será común para todos los usuarios, o en otras palabras, que Ia longitud de dicho asa no podrá adecuarse a Ia altura y características físicas del usuario, por Io que a un buen número de éstos Ie resultará o demasiado larga o demasiado corta. De esta forma, si se fabricasen diferentes cestas para conseguir diferentes largos de asa y por Io tanto adaptadas a diferentes usuarios, las dimensiones de dichas cestas estarían determinadas por las dimensiones del propio asa, ya que las cestas con un asa de pequeñas dimensiones para clientes de pequeña estatura deberían ser también pequeñas para poder albergar dicho asa, y viceversa, ya que para obtener cestas con asas de grandes dimensiones para usuarios de mayor estatura, las cestas deberían ser también de grandes dimensiones. Obviamente esto significaría además Ia necesidad de fabricar cestas de diferentes dimensiones para cubrir las necesidades de diferentes tipos de usuarios, Io que redundaría en un excesivo coste del servicio.
Estas cestas, además, presentan un inconveniente añadido, que es el de Ia falta de higiene. Efectivamente, por sus características constructivas en el apilamiento de dichas cestas las ruedas de cada una quedan albergadas dentro del habitáculo destinado a los productos de Ia cesta situada - A -
inmediatamente debajo, por Io que Ia suciedad que ha quedado alojada tanto en las ruedas como en el eje que une las mismas durante el desplazamiento de Ia cesta por el suelo del supermercado, bien quedará en contacto con el fondo interior de Ia cesta o bien caerá de Ia rueda o el eje, quedando depositada en dicho fondo. Esta suciedad de las cestas producirá un rechazo en los usuarios, que dado el tipo de productos que albergarán las cestas, generalmente de alimentación, evitarán el uso de las mismas en cuanto éstas presenten restos de suciedad.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La cesta apilable mejorada que se propone resuelve de manera eficaz los inconvenientes antes mencionados, permitiendo por un lado un cómodo manejo de Ia misma para todo tipo de usuarios y por otro el mantenimiento higiénico de las mismas, que no se ve afectado por el apilamiento.
Para ello, Ia cesta de Ia presente invención cuenta por un lado con un asa telescópica que queda perfectamente recogida e integrada en Ia estructura de Ia cesta en Ia posición de reposo por Io que no impide el apilamiento de las cestas y por otro con unos tabiques o torretas interiores situados en el fondo de cada cesta que quedan situados en Ia proyección vertical de las ruedas de Ia cesta situada por encima en el apilamiento, Io que evita que Ia suciedad de las mismas se deposite en el fondo de las cestas.
Más concretamente, Ia cesta de Ia invención cuenta por un lado con un asa pivotante convencional que no ha sido representada, del tipo de las que en posición de reposo descansa sobre el marco superior de Ia misma y queda integrado en él para facilitar el apilamiento. Esta asa, tal y como se describió anteriormente, posibilita el que un usuario transporte Ia cesta en vilo, aguantando todo el peso de Ia misma. A esta asa convencional se suma una nueva telescópica que en posición de reposo queda perfectamente integrada en el cuerpo de Ia cesta, facilitando el apilamiento de Ia misma. Este asa telescópica cuenta además con medios que permiten que Ia misma quede fija a Ia altura máxima y no se repliegue, es decir, cuando se ha desplegado en toda su longitud, quedando fija hasta que un nuevo usuario o el mismo decida plegar el asa hasta llevarla a su posición de reposo.
El asa telescópica se integra preferentemente en una de las caras laterales de Ia cesta, adosada a su pared interna o externa o incluso por el interior de Ia misma, de manera que no haya interferencia con Ia otra asa convencional pivotante.
Es posible también que el asa telescópica presente una porción abatible, concretamente su extremo libre, en cuyo caso dicho extremo, portador de Ia empuñadura, descansaría bien sobre Ia hendidura o rebajado del marco superior de Ia misma o sobre el asa convencional, permitiendo de esa forma el apilamiento.
En Ia misma cara en donde se sitúa el asa telescópica se encuentran las ruedas, y más concretamente en los vértices inferiores de dicha cara, disponiéndose en los otros dos vértices inferiores unas patas o apoyos que forman parte de un nervio perimetral y que dotan de estabilidad a Ia cesta cuando Ia misma está depositada en posición vertical sobre el suelo, es decir, en posición de reposo.
Estas ruedas se presentan además preferentemente sin un eje común que las una, eliminando de esa forma Ia posibilidad de que en el mismo pueda quedar adherida suciedad que dicho eje recogerá cuando se encuentre en rotación al desplazarse Ia cesta por el suelo con Ia ayuda de las ruedas y que luego caerá sobre una cesta inferior en el apilamiento. Por otro lado, para preservar las condiciones higiénicas de las cestas, éstas están dotadas en su interior, en correspondencia con al menos dos vértices, y más concretamente aquellos bajo los que se sitúan las ruedas, de unos tabiques o torretas interiores en forma de L que forman una especie de habitáculos con las paredes de Ia cesta y que están destinados a quedar situados sobre Ia proyección vertical de las ruedas de Ia cesta encajada superiormente en dicho apilamiento con el fin de que Ia suciedad que haya quedado depositada en las ruedas de Ia misma no caiga en el fondo de Ia cesta inferior, sino a través de dichos tabiques o torretas hacia un orificio pasante que queda enmarcado entre los mencionados tabiques y las paredes de Ia cesta.
Estos orificios pasantes podrán situarse bien únicamente en aquellos vértices en los que interiormente existe tabique o torreta, o bien en todos los vértices de Ia cesta, con el fin de mantener las condiciones higiénicas si un usuario apila una cesta a Ia inversa respecto de otra, es decir, que si las ruedas de Ia cesta superior no queden alineadas verticalmente a los tabiques o torretas de Ia inferior Ia suciedad de dichas ruedas no caiga al suelo de Ia cesta inferior, sino a través de dichos orificios hasta el suelo.
Gracias por Io tanto a Io anteriormente descrito se consigue una cesta apilable de fácil manejo y comodidad para el usuario y que garantiza Ia higiene necesaria.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar Ia descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado Io siguiente: La figura 1.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva superior de Ia cesta apilable mejorada en Ia que puede verse tanto el asa telescópica en dos posibles posiciones como una de las ruedas que permiten el desplazamiento de Ia cesta.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva inferior de Ia cesta apilable mejorada en Ia que pueden verse tanto Ia parte posterior del asa telescópica como una las ruedas que permiten el desplazamiento de Ia cesta.
La figura 3.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva superior de Ia cesta apilable mejorada en Ia que pueden apreciarse tanto los tabiques o torretas interiores como los orificios situados en el fondo de dicha cesta.
La figura 4.- Muestra un detalle en perspectiva de Ia parte inferior de Ia cesta, en Ia que se aprecian tanto los orificios del fondo de Ia cesta y las patas como las ruedas de Ia misma.
La figura 5.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de una de las guías del asa telescópica y un detalle de Ia misma.
La figura 6.- Muestra una vista lateral de Ia cesta apilable mejorada en Ia que puede apreciarse el apilamiento de una cesta sobre otra, así como Ia posición de las ruedas sobre los tabiques o torretas interiores.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A Ia vista de las figuras reseñadas, puede observarse como Ia cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) de Ia invención se estructura básicamente a partir de un cuerpo monopieza de forma prismática de material resistente, como por ejemplo plástico o similar, que presenta una serie de orificios o vaciados
(2) en todas o algunas de sus caras y cuyas aristas generalmente se encuentran redondeadas.
Al igual que las cestas convencionales, y aunque no se ha representado en las figuras para mayor simplicidad de las mismas, Ia cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) de Ia invención cuenta en su parte superior con un asa pivotante que en posición de reposo descansa sobre el marco o borde (3) superior de Ia misma y queda integrada en él gracias a una hendidura o rebajado (4) que presenta dicho borde (3) para facilitar el apilamiento de una cesta sobre otra.
Además de esta asa convencional pivotante, Ia cesta (1 ) de Ia invención cuenta con un asa telescópica (5) con su correspondiente empuñadura (6). Dicha asa (5) se sitúa en una de las caras laterales de Ia cesta (1 ), adosada a su pared interna o externa o incluso por el interior de Ia misma, y en general en aquella cara en Ia que no se produzcan interferencias con el asa pivotante convencional.
El asa telescópica (5) es además susceptible de presentar una porción abatible, concretamente su extremo libre, en cuyo caso dicho extremo, portador de Ia empuñadura (6), descansaría bien sobre Ia hendidura o rebajado (4) del marco superior (3) de Ia misma o sobre el asa convencional, permitiendo de esa forma el apilamiento.
Concretamente, para este ejemplo de realización y tal y como puede observarse en las figuras 1 , 2, 5 y 6, las ramas laterales telescópicas
(7) del asa (5) discurren por Ia pared externa de Ia mencionada cara, es decir, desplazándose por Ia misma gracias a Ia existencia de sendos carriles guía
(8) por los cuales discurren cursores (9) a modo de tope con que cuentan las respectivas ramas telescópicas (7) en su extremo inferior, limitando el desplazamiento vertical del primer tramo de dichas ramas telescópicas (7) y evitando posibles basculamientos o movimientos laterales de las mismas. Tanto el carril guía (8) como los cursores (9) a modo de tope se encuentran protegidas por dos protuberancias longitudinales (10) situadas una a cada lado de cada carril (8) con el fin de evitar que, en el caso en el que el asa (5) se sitúe externamente y por Io tanto los cursores (9) asomen por el interior de Ia cesta (1 ), como sucede en el ejemplo práctico de realización mostrado en las figuras, los artículos o paquetes que se introducen en Ia cesta obstruyan dichos carriles (8), interfieran en los mencionados cursores (9) o dañen los mismos. Asimismo, dichas protuberancias evitarán que cualquier objeto como por ejemplo Ia ropa del usuario obstruya dichos carriles (8) en el caso de que el asa (5) se sitúe internamente y los cursores (9) asomen por el exterior de Ia cesta (1 ).
El asa telescópica (5) cuenta además con medios que permiten que Ia misma quede fija a Ia altura máxima y no se repliegue, es decir, cuando se ha desplegado en toda su longitud, quedando fija hasta que un nuevo usuario o el mismo decida plegar dicho asa (5) hasta llevarla a su posición de reposo, momento en el cual Ia misma queda totalmente integrada en el cuerpo de Ia cesta (1 ), quedando alojada Ia empuñadura (6) de dicho asa (5) en el marco o borde (3) de Ia cesta, Io que facilita el apilamiento de una cesta sobre otra.
La cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) de Ia invención se complementa con unas ruedas (11 ) situadas en correspondencia con los vértices inferiores de Ia cara lateral que alberga el asa telescópica (5), independientes entre sí de forma que no existe unión entre ellas a través de un eje, sino que los ejes de cada una quedan albergados dentro de un pequeño habitáculo (12) protector que forma parte de un nervio perimetral (13) situado en Ia base de Ia cesta (1 ) y en cuyos otros dos vértices sufre un ensanchamiento que da lugar a sendas patas o apoyos (14) que dotan de estabilidad a dicha cesta (1 ) cuando Ia misma está depositada en posición vertical sobre el suelo, es decir, en posición de reposo. Por último señalar que, tal y como puede verse en el presente ejemplo de realización, en correspondencia con los vértices bajo los que se sitúan las ruedas (11), Ia cesta (1) cuenta en su interior, sobre Ia base o fondo de Ia misma, con tabiques o torretas verticales (15) en forma de L que definen un pequeño habitáculo junto con las paredes laterales de Ia cesta. Además, se observa como en el ejemplo práctico que puede verse en las figuras se muestra una posible realización en Ia que cada uno de los cuatro vértices inferiores de Ia cesta cuenta con un pequeño orificio pasante (16), que en el caso de los vértices que cuentan con los tabiques o torretas verticales (15) dichos orificios pasantes quedarán enmarcados por los mismos.
De esta forma, cuando Ia suciedad de las ruedas (11 ) de Ia cesta (1) encajada superiormente se desprenda no se depositará en el fondo de Ia cesta inferior, sino que caerá al suelo a través de los habitáculos definidos por los tabiques (15) y de los orificios (16).
Según Io expuesto anteriormente, gracias a las características de Ia cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) de Ia presente invención, se consiguen notables mejoras en Ia comodidad y el manejo de este tipo de cestas a Ia vez que se permite el apilamiento de las mismas y se garantiza Ia higiene necesaria.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1a.- Cesta apilable mejorada del tipo de las utilizadas en autoservicios o supermercados, que se estructuran a partir de un cuerpo monopieza generalmente de forma prismática de material resistente, como por ejemplo plástico o similar y que presentan una serie de agujeros o vaciados en todas o algunas de sus caras, que cuentan en su parte superior con una o más asas pivotantes integradas en el marco o borde superior de Ia misma y con unas ruedas situadas en Ia cara inferior, caracterizada porque cuenta con un asa telescópica (5) situada sobre una de las caras laterales de
Ia cesta (1 ) que permite trasladar Ia misma de forma cómoda y sencilla para el usuario.
2a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5) se sitúa adosada a Ia pared externa de una de las caras de Ia cesta (1).
3a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5) se sitúa adosada a Ia pared interna de una de las caras de Ia cesta (1 ).
4a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1) según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque Ia cara de Ia cesta (1) sobre Ia que se sitúa el asa telescópica (5) cuenta con carriles guía (8) por los cuales discurren los cursores (9) a modo de tope con que cuentan las respectivas ramas telescópicas (7) del asa (5) en su extremo inferior, limitando el desplazamiento vertical del primer tramo de dichas ramas telescópicas (7) y evitando posibles basculamientos o movimientos laterales de las mismas.
5a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 4a, caracterizada porque a cada lado del carril (8) se sitúa una protuberancia longitudinal (10) a modo de protección para evitar tanto Ia obstrucción de dicho carril (8) como los golpes o interferencias con los cursores (9) a modo de tope.
6a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5) se sitúa en el interior de una de las caras de Ia cesta (1).
7a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicaciones 2, 3 ó 6 caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5) se sitúa en una de las caras mayores de Ia cesta (1).
8a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5), en Ia posición de plegado, queda totalmente integrada en el cuerpo de Ia cesta (1), quedando alojada Ia empuñadura (6) de dicho asa (5) en el marco o borde (3) de Ia cesta para facilitar el apilamiento.
9a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque el asa telescópica (5) presenta el extremo portador de
Ia empuñadura (6) abatible.
10a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque las ruedas (11) se sitúan en correspondencia con los vértices inferiores de Ia cara que alberga el asa telescópica (5) y porque las mismas son independientes entre sí.
11a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1) según reivindicación 1a, caracterizada porque Ia cesta (1 ) cuenta en su base con un nervio perimetral
(13) en dos de cuyos vértices sufre un ensanchamiento que da lugar a sendas patas o apoyos (14) que dotan de estabilidad a dicha cesta (1 ) cuando Ia misma es depositada verticalmente sobre el suelo.
12a.- Cesta apilable mejorada del tipo de las utilizadas en autoservicios o supermercados, que se estructuran a partir de un cuerpo monopieza generalmente de forma prismática de material resistente, como por ejemplo plástico o similar y que presentan una serie de agujeros o vaciados en todas o algunas de sus caras, que cuentan en su parte superior con una o más asas pivotantes integradas en el marco o borde superior de Ia misma y con unas ruedas situadas en Ia cara inferior, caracterizada porque en correspondencia con al menos dos de sus vértices cuenta en su interior, sobre Ia base o fondo de Ia misma, con sendos tabiques o torretas verticales (15) en forma de L de manera que en el apilamiento las ruedas (11 ) de Ia cesta encajada superiormente queden situadas en Ia proyección vertical del habitáculo formado por dichos tabiques (15) y las paredes de Ia cesta (1 ).
13a.- Cesta apilable mejorada (1 ) según reivindicación 12a, caracterizada porque al menos en cada uno de los vértices inferiores de Ia cesta (1 ) en donde Ia misma cuenta con los mencionados tabiques o torretas verticales (15) presenta un pequeño orificio pasante (16), en cuyo caso dichos orificios (16) quedarán enmarcados dentro del habitáculo formado por dichos tabiques (15) y las paredes de Ia cesta (1 ).
