  • This invention relates to a stroller or baby carriage with controlled steering wheels that make the stroller or baby carriage more easily steerable.
  • strollers or baby carriages have essentially two types of drive, i.e. with fixed wheels in which change of direction takes place by pressing on the handle bar to raise the front wheels and allow turning the vehicle by hinge pinning on the rear wheels, and with pivoting wheels in which change of direction takes place by applying steering torque with the arms, that is by holding back the carriage by one part of the pushing bar and pushing on the opposite side thereof.
  • Both solutions require physical effort. In the case of strollers or baby carriages of the twin type, the effort is still greater and guidance more difficult.
  • the general purpose of this invention is to remedy the above mentioned shortcomings by making available a stroller or baby carriage in which direction is controlled by means of an active steering device.

With a damping effect, said springs draw apart to have a balance point with the wheels in straight- line running position and have the purpose of making the steering smoother and less sensitive to favor greater comfort for the occupant of the stroller.
