Abstract

　被検査画像の欠陥部分又は差異部分だけをその位置と共に画像表示し、画像の位置合せの前処理を必要としない画像検査処理。 　コンピュータ３は、参照画像又は参照画像のフーリエ変換像を記憶部又はＣＣＤカメラ１又は２から取り込み、強度情報と位相情報を求め、また、被識別画像又は被識別画像のフーリエ変換像を記憶部又はＣＣＤカメラ１又は２から取り込み、被識別画像のフーリエ変換像の強度情報を求める。コンピュータ３は、参照画像と被識別画像のフーリエ変換像の強度情報の差分をとり、その差分した強度情報と参照画像の位相情報とによる式の逆フーリエ変換像を求め、逆フーリエ変換像を出力部又は表示部に出力する。逆フーリエ変換像により、被識別画像の画像欠陥または参照画像と被識別画像との画像上の差異を、被識別画像と参照画像の差分として抽出する。
