  • the second guide member 25 is comprised of a guide block 26 assembled slidingly with the guide rail 21, a tension control fixed block 27 provided in a chamber 26a of the guide block 26 and connected with the chain 12 through a slot 26b, and a spring 28 connected with the tension control fixed block 27 and the runner block 22.

  • the rod 32 fixed on the upper surface of the runner block 22 exerts its resilience by a return force of the tension spring 31 nested in the cylindrical body 30a of the cylinder member 30.

Then, the footplate 40 can be relieved from the restriction of the guide roller 62 installed in the confinement member 60, and the footplate 40 can be slipped out of the confining box 61 owing to the restoring force of the torsion spring 42 that is mounted around the hinge shaft 24.
  • the stretching range of the footplate 40 is restricted by the protrusion 23 of the runner block 22 so that the footplate 40 can be sustained in a horizontal position.
  • the footplate 40 is gradually retracted into the confining box 61 against the elasticity of the torsion spring 42 on the hinge shaft 24, and finally is in parallel to an exterior wall of a train (FIG.7B).
  • the door 1 is fully closed, and the runner block 22 reaches higher dead point. Therefore, both side ends of the footplate 40 are fully retracted into the confining box 61, and thus the footplate 40 maintains its parallel position to the front wall of the confining box 61 owing to the intentional push by the guide roller 62.
  • the present invention has an effect in that a safety footplate of a train can prevent an accident occurring at the platform gap between a doorsill of a train and an upper edge of a platform when getting in or out a train. Further, the present invention has another effect in that a safety footplate of a train can be operated in proportion as a door of a train is closed or opened, and also can be not only operated without an installation of additional power and control apparatus, but also operated accurately without occurrence of a malfunction.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un tablier de sécurité pour train. Ce tablier de sécurité, qui comprend un élément d'interconnexion de porte exploitable selon la position d'ouverture ou de fermeture de la porte, convertit le mouvement horizontal de la porte en mouvement vertical; un premier élément de guidage relié à la porte et monté de part et d'autre du cadre de la porte pour élever/abaisser la porte selon une course prédéterminée; un second élément de guidage, monté sur le premier élément de guidage, qui donne une force de tension prédéterminée à l'élément d'interconnexion de porte; un élément cylindrique, monté de part et d'autre du cadre de la porte, qui donne une force élastique au premier élément de guidage lors des positions d'élévation/abaissement du premier élément de guidage; un tablier articulé sur le premier élément de guidage, amené dans une position de déploiement et de repli lorsque le premier élément de guidage est en position d'élévation ou tiré sur le quai lorsque le premier élément de guidage est en position d'abaissement; et enfin, un élément de confinement, monté sur le parcours du premier élément de guidage et du second élément de guidage, qui interfère avec le mouvement ascendant du tablier lorsque la porte est fermée, et qui entraîne le tablier dans une position de repli. Le tablier de sécurité pour train peut prévenir les accidents causés par le vide entre le train et le quai, plus exactement entre la marchepied du train et le bord supérieur du quai, lors de la montée ou de la descente du train. De plus, l'exploitation du tablier de sécurité peut être adaptée à l'ouverture/fermeture de la porte du train, et son fonctionnement ne requiert pas l'installation d'une nouvelle alimentation ou d'un dispositif de commande supplémentaire.
