Abstract

L'invention concerne un accéléromètre à masse mobile (5) et partie fixe (2) utilisant des variations de capacitance (3,4) pour détecter le mouvement de la masse (5), dans lequel une première série d'électrodes (3, 4) solidaires de la masse (5) est interdigitée avec une série d'électrodes (3,4) solidaires de la partie fixe (2), chaque électrode mobile (4) formant, avec une électrode fixe (3) adjacente, une capacitance variable en fonction de la position de la masse mobile (5), l'accéléromètre comprenant en outre un circuit électronique prévu pour détecter la variation d'au moins une capacitance entre masse mobile (5) et partie fixe (2) en tant qu'indicateur du déplacement de la masse mobile, et pour générer également un effort électrostatique de rappel de la masse mobile (5) dans sa position d'origine, le circuit électronique étant prévu pour générer l'effort de rappel électrostatique de manière asservie sur une mesure de déplacement précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'effort répétitif de rappel ainsi généré est spécifiquement choisi pour que son spectre fréquencé de puissance mécanique (10,20) présente une zone à puissance sensiblement nulle à la fréquence de résonance mécanique des électrodes (4) de la masse mobile (5) et/ou de la partie fixe (2).
