本发明属于家具类日常生活用品, 寺别是涉及一种以蜂窝纸为内 芯的复合板。
背景技术
由于木材资源的日益匮乏, 人们幵发了纤维板、 复合板、 吹塑板 等替代木材的家具或建筑用板材。但现有的纤维板、复合板类板材较 重, 而吹塑板类板材因其为中空结构, 用做家具面板受力易变形。
CN2185674Y 公开了一种蜂窝纸芯夹层板, 是由面层蜂窝状芯层 组成, 具有重量轻、 强度高等优点。但用做家具面板时, 由于内部为 空心结构, .与其他构件联结时, 连接强度差, 甚至无法联结。 因此, 该技术方案的板材难以在家具类推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足, 提供一种重量轻、强度 高、 易于清洗, 且可以方便与其他部件联结一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板。
本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是:一种蜂窝纸内芯复 合板, 它包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝纸内芯、 内衬件, 蜂窝纸内芯填充于 面板与底板之间; 内衬件设于面板与底板之间, 并完全包覆或部分包 覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边。
所述复合板, 进一步还包括封边条, 封边条环接于面板边缘与底 板边缘之间, 并与内衬件、 或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接。 所述的封边条设为一条或分设为若干条,其若干条的截面形状可 以相同或也可以不相同。
所述的封边条的截面形状为 T型,其横边为圆弧型, 竖边为接插 体, 竖边的两侧面设有防脱倒刺; 内衬件的外侧边壁体设有相应的接 插槽。
所述内衬件包括包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的边角处的边角衬、包覆于蜂 窝纸内芯的侧边管边衬;
边角衬为长方形网框体, 在适当位置一体成型有联结件, 两相邻 内侧边位于蜂窝纸内芯内, 外侧边与内侧边间开有让位口;
管边衬的宽度与让位口相适应,管边衬的两端部分别设置在两相 邻的边角衬的让位口部, 管边衬的内侧边包覆于蜂窝纸内芯; 与边角 衬构成复合板的边框。
所述的边角衬和管边衬的外侧边壁体上均开有接插槽; 封条上设有相应的接插体; 封条通过接插体与复合板固定联结。

0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间, 使用的材料可以为 ABS、 PP、 PS、 PE等; 当 采用多层塑料复合板时,其复合板的厚度可在 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间, 而复合板是由 0. 1毫米至 0. 3毫米的 ASA与 0. 3毫米至 3. 5毫米的 ABS相复合所形成的复合片材。 蜂窝纸内芯可以采用单层蜂窝纸芯, 也可采用单层蜂窝纸板或双层蜂窝纸板, 或双层以上的蜂窝纸板, 当 采用双层或双层以上的蜂窝纸板时,其各层的蜂窝纸板形状和大小尺 寸可以相同, .也可以不相同, 在形状和大小尺寸相同的情况下, 则内 衬件是完全包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的周边,或包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的一 部分周边; 在形状和大小尺寸不相同情况下, 则内衬件是呈台阶状来 包覆住各层蜂窝纸板的周边的, 以适应其形状和大小尺寸的不同。 内 衬件可以采用管件或挤出型材, 也可以采用注塑件或五金件, 当蜂窝 纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸芯或单层蜂窝纸板,以及虽为一层以上的蜂窝纸 板,但各蜂窝纸板的形状和大小尺寸相同时, 包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边 的内衬件其上下分别整体与面板、底板相联接, 其相接处可以采用胶 水粘接相 I 定, 也可以采用焊接相固定; 当峰窝纸内芯为一层以上的 蜂窝纸板, 且各蜂窝纸板的形状和大小尺寸不相同时, 包覆于蜂窝纸 内芯周边的内衬件其上下分别整体或部分与面板、底板相联接, 如采 用两层蜂窝纸板, 而下层的蜂窝纸板其形状和尺寸都比上层大时, 则 内衬件与面板的联接面积比其与底板的联接面积要大,而其相接处同 样可以采用胶水粘接相固定, 也可以采用悍接相固定。在复合板的边 缘, 既可以采用封边条进行封边, 也可以直接采用完全包覆于蜂窝纸 内芯周边的内衬件来实现封边。
本发明的有益效果是,由于采用直接成型的三聚氰氨板或防火板 或塑料板作为面板和底板,使复合板可以根据实际使用要求设计出变 化灵活的各种形状, 而无须另外加工, 且易于清洗, 抗潮性强; 由于 以质轻的蜂窝纸内芯作为面板与底板之间的填充体,即作为复合板的 内芯, 使制作好后的复合板重量较轻; 由于在蜂窝纸内芯的周边完全 包覆或部分包覆有以管件或挤出型材或注塑件或五金件为内衬件,可 作为复合板的加强框架, 使复合板的强度大大增强, 同时还可增强复 合板与其它部件的连接强度; 由于在复合板的边缘, 既可以采用封边 条进行封边,也可以直接采用完全包覆于蜂窝纸内芯周边的内衬件来 实现, 使复合板的美观度和实用性大大得到增加; 而由于封边条既可 用胶水固定相联接也可用卡扣固定相联接, 增加了装接的灵活性。本 发明是一种重量轻、 强度高、 易于清洗, 造价低且美观的环保型蜂窝 纸内芯复合板。

实施例一, 参见图 1至图 5所示,本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合 板, 包括塑料面板 11、 塑料底板 12、 蜂窝纸内芯 13、 封边条 14、 内 衬件, 塑料面板 11、 塑料底板 12为长方形, 则由此制成的复合板亦 为长方形,塑料面板 11及塑料底板 12为采用螺杆挤出成型机加工而 成的片材, 面板 11、 底板 12也可采用三聚氰氨板或防火板, 其厚度 为 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间,将塑料面板 11及塑料底板 12加工成复合 所需大小尺寸的长方形;在成型好的塑料面板 11与塑料底板 12之间 填入蜂窝纸内芯 13, 蜂窝纸内芯 13由蜂窝纸芯 133、 面纸 131、 底 纸 132构成, 蜂窝纸芯 133夹于面纸 131与底纸 132之间, 并与面纸 131、 底纸 132相粘合; 在塑料面板 11与塑料底板 12之间夹入内衬 件, 内衬件有三种: 一是处于四角的边角衬 153, 为框架型内衬件; 二是处于两相对侧边用于加强的局边衬 152, 亦为框架型内衬件; 三 是处于四个边的管边衬 151, 也可为木质支撑条; 将蜂窝纸内芯 13 制成如图 3所示形状,在蜂窝纸内芯 13的周边完全包覆上边角衬 153、 局边衬 152和边管衬 151。
边角衬 153为长方形网框体,在适当位置一体成型有联结件 154, 两相邻内侧边位于蜂窝纸内芯内,外侧边与内侧边间幵有让位口 155; 管边衬 151的宽度与让位口 155相适应,管边衬 151的两端部分 别设置在两相邻的边角衬 153的让位口部 155, 管边衬 151的内侧边 包覆于蜂窝纸内芯 13; 管边衬 151与边角衬 153构成复合板的边框, 其外侧壁上开有接插槽;
封边条 14截面形状为 T型, 其横边 142为圆弧型, 竖边为接插 体 141, 接插体 141的两侧面设有防脱倒刺; 封边条 14环接于面板 11边缘与底板 12边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条 14的接插体 141 卡入边角衬 153、 边管衬 151的接插槽中, 封边条 14在复合板的周 边起修饰美观的作用, 为此构成一张完整的复合板。
在制作过程中, 面板 11、 底板 12可以采用单层塑料板或多层塑 料复合板, 也可采用三聚氰氨板或防火板, 并按复合所需的形状、 尺 寸直接加工成形,其形状可以为长方形, 也可为正方形或圆形或椭圆 形, 也可为三角形或多边形或异形, 当采用单层塑料板时, 其板厚度 可在 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间, 使用的材料可以为 ABS、 PP、 PS、 PE等; 当采用多层塑料复合板时,其复合板的厚度可在 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之 间,而复合板是由 0. 1毫米至 0. 3毫米的 ASA与 0. 3毫米至 3. 5毫米 的 APS相复合所形成的复合片材;蜂窝纸内芯 13采用单层蜂窝纸板, 蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯 133、 面纸 131、 底纸 132构成, 蜂窝纸芯 133 夹于面纸 131与底纸 132之间, 并与面纸 131、 底纸 132相粘合; 内 衬件其上下分别整体与塑料面板 11、 塑料底板 12相联接, 其相接处 可以采用胶水粘接相固定, 也可以釆用焊接相固定。 . 实施例二, 参见图 6至图 8所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合 板, 它包括塑料面板 21、 塑料底板 22、 蜂窝纸内芯 23、 内衬件 252、 内衬件 251, 与实施例一的不同之处在于, 它的封边条由二条相对的 封边条 241和二条相对的封边条 242拼接而成,封边条 241和封边条 242的截面形状不相同,且封边条 241为胶水粘接相固定,封边条 242 为 扣相固定。
实施例三, 参见图 9所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 与 实施例一的不同之处在于, 它由塑料面板 31、 塑料底板 32、 蜂窝纸 内芯 33、 内衬件 35组成。 参见图 4、 图 5, 内衬件 35将实施例一中 的边角衬 153、 边管衬 151和封边条 14熔为一体, 其截面形状为网 框型, 外侧边呈圆弧形; 包覆在蜂窝纸内芯 33的周边。
实施例四, 参见图 10所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 与实施例一的不同之处在于, 它由塑料面板 41、 塑料底板 42、 蜂窝 纸内芯 43、 内衬件 45、 封边条 44组成; 内衬件 45截面形状为口型, 包覆在蜂窝纸内芯 43的周边; 封边条 44环接于面板 41边缘与底板 42.边缘之间, 其固定方式是将封边条 44的上下形成弯折, 其弯折处 分别贴靠在面板 41边缘、 底板 42边缘上, 并用胶水粘在面板 41边 缘、 底板 42边缘和内衬件 45上。
实施例五, 参见图 11所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 与实施例四的不同之处在于, 它由塑料面板 51、 塑料底板 52、 蜂窝 纸内芯 53、 内衬件 55、封边条 54组成, 封边条 54环接于面板 51边 缘与底板 52边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条 54用胶水直接粘在面 板 51边缘、 底板 52边缘和内衬件 55上。 实施例六, 参见图 12至图 14所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复 合板, 它由塑料面板 61、 塑料底板 62、 蜂窝纸内芯 63、 边角衬 65、 边管衬 66和封边条 64组成。
蜂窝纸内芯 63由二层蜂窝纸板构成, 上层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯 633、 面纸 631、 底纸 632组成, 蜂窝纸芯 633夹于面纸 631与底纸 632之间, 并与面纸 631、 底纸 632黏结相固定; 下层蜂窝纸板由蜂 窝纸芯 635、 面纸 634、 底纸 636组成, 蜂窝纸芯 635夹于面纸 634 与底纸 636之间, 并与面纸 634、 底纸 636黏结相固定; 上、 下层蜂 窝纸板之间采用黏结相固定。
边角衬 65整体为长方形框体, 其高度为上层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸 芯 633的厚度相同; 其两外侧边部的凸设于蜂窝纸内芯 63外, 高度 为蜂窝纸内芯 63整体厚度相同; 边角衬 65与边管衬 66构成复合板 的边框, 其外侧壁上开有接插槽; 封边条 64环接于面板 61边缘与底 板 62边缘之间,其固定方式是将封边条 64的接插体 641卡入边角衬 65、 边管衬 66的接插槽中, 形成完整的复合板。
实施例七, 参见图 15、 图 16所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝氏内芯复 合板, 它由塑料面板 71、 塑料底板 72、 蜂窝纸内芯 73、 内衬件 75、 组成, 与实施例六的不同之处在于, 它没有采用封边条, 而是由内衬 件 75直接作为边缘。
实施例八, 参见图 17、 图 18所示, 本发明的一种蜂窝纸内芯复 合板,它包括塑料面板 81、塑料底板 82、蜂窝纸内芯 83、内衬件 852、 内衬件 851, 与实施例一的不同之处在于, 它的封边条由二条相对的 4 000852 封边条 841和二条相对的封边条 842拼接而成,封边条 841和封边条 842的截面形状相同。
工业实用性
本发明一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝纸内芯、 内衬件、封边条, 蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间; 内衬件设于面 板与底板之间, 包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边; 封边条环接于面板边缘与 底板边缘之间, 并与内衬件或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯相联接。其结构简 单, 可以大批量工业化生产, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征在于: 它包括面板、 底板、 蜂窝纸内芯、 内衬件, 蜂窝纸内芯填充于面板与底板之间; 内衬件设 于面板与底板之间, 并完全包覆或部分包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的周边。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征在于: 它还包括封边条, 封边条环接于面板边缘与底板边缘之间, 并与内衬 件、 或内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯固定相联接。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征 在于: 所述的封边条的截面形状为 T型, 其横边为圆弧型, 竖边为接 插体, 竖边的两侧面设有防脱倒刺; 内衬件的外侧边壁体设有相应的 接插槽。 ..
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征在于: 所述内衬件包括包覆于蜂窝纸内芯的边角处的边角衬、包覆于蜂窝纸 内芯的侧边管边衬;
边角衬为长方形网框体, 在适当位置一体成型有联结件, 两相邻 内侧边位于蜂窝纸内芯内, 外侧边与内侧边间开有让位口;
管边衬的宽度与让位口相适应,管边衬的两端部分别设置在两相 邻的边角衬的让位口部, 管边衬的内侧边包覆于蜂窝纸内芯; 与边角 衬构成复合板的边框。
5. 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征 在于 :: 在边角衬和管边衬的外侧边壁体上均幵有接插槽;
封条上设有相应的接插体; 封条通过接插体与复合板固定联结。
6. 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征 在于: 在边角衬和管边衬构成复合板的边框, 其中一对边外侧边壁体 上开有接插槽; 封条上设有相应的接插体; 封条通过接插体与复合板 固定联; 另一对边外侧边壁体为平面; 封条粘接固定。
、. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征在于: 所述内衬件还包括局边衬, 局边衬为长方体, 在蜂窝纸内芯侧边局部 开有若干个凹槽, 局边衬镶嵌在蜂窝纸内芯侧边的凹槽内。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板, 其特征在于: 所述的蜂窝纸内芯为双层结构, 面板、 第一层蜂窝纸、 隔板、 第二层 蜂窝纸、底板依次粘接; 内衬件的厚度可以为 层蜂窝纸厚度, 联接 在面板与第二层蜂窝纸之间。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于: 所述的面板、 底板为三聚氰氨板或防火板。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于: 所述的面板、底板的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形 或多边形或异形。
11. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征 在于: 所述的封边条与面板边缘、 底板边缘及内衬件或与面板边缘、 底板边缘、内衬件及蜂窝纸内芯的相联接为胶水固定相联接或卡扣固 定相联接。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝纸内芯复合板,其特征在于: 所述的内衬件为管件或挤出型材或注塑件或五金件。
