Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la fabrication de matériaux de construction et concerne plus particulièrement un mélange de bitume dans n'importe quelles modifications et d'une poudre minérale carbonée. Ce liant s'utilise dans la fabrication de mastics, de mélanges asphalte / béton et pour la réparation de toitures de mastic, coulées ou en rouleaux, d'isolations hydrauliques et comme substance adhésive. Selon l'invention, lors du mélangeage de bitume chauffé dans n'importe quelles modifications avec une poudre minérale d'espèces carbonées, avec une teneur globale de CaCO3 + MgCO3 pas moins de 95 %, un liant minéralo-organique est formé. Les recherches ont permis de découvrir la nature chimique de ses propriétés de liant. Elle est fondée sur l'adsorption chimique du bitume à la surface du matériau adhésif. La teneur élevée en MgCO3 augmente également la capacité adhésive pour la pierre cassée acide. La substance se distingue de ses analogues en ce qu'elle manifeste un excellent pouvoir adhésif. Elle permet de réaliser des revêtements hydrofuges, résistant à la chaleur et au gel et durables, destinés aux revêtements hydro-isolants et aux toitures. Ces revêtements résistent bien aux influences atmosphériques, au rayonnement solaire, ne sont pas toxiques et sont plus sûres du point de vue écologique que n'importe quels matériaux utilisés actuellement dans les toitures et revêtements hydro-isolants.
