明 細 書 パンヅ型の使い捨ておむつ 技術分野
この発明は、 パンツ型の使い捨ておむつに関する。 背景技術
実開平 6 — 7 7 7 1 9号公報には、 汚れた使い捨ておむつを 丸めた り、 折り畳んでお く ために使用する廃棄処理用のテープ フ ァスナを備えた使い捨ておむつが開示されている。 このテ一 プファスナを使用して汚れたおむつを丸める と、 おむつの汚れ た部位が露出しないから、衛生上から も外観上からも好ま しい。 発明の開示
前記公知の使い捨ておむつにおけるテープファスナは、 その 長さ方向へ Z字型または逆 Z字型に折り畳まれている。 このテ 一プ片を長さ方向へ伸展させる ときには、 テープ片の摘持域を 摘んで、 その摘持域が延びる方向とは反対の方向へ、 摘持域の 向きを反転させるように引張って粘着剤で止められている畳ま れたテープ片どう しを剥がし、 その後に摘持域をテープ片が延 びる方向へ引張らなければならない。 このよう に、 このテープ 片は摘持域を摘んで単純に一方向へ引張れば使う こ とができる という ものではな く、それだけに使いに く いという場合がある。 本発明の課題は、 このよう に胴周 り被覆域と股部被覆.域との いずれかに対する止着手段を有するテープ片が取り付けられて いるパンツ型の使い捨ておむつにおいて、 その止着手段がおむ つに対して仮止めされているときに、 その仮止めを解く ことが 容易となるように、 改良を施すことにある。
前記課題を解決するために、 この発明が前提とするのは、 胴 周り被覆域と、 股部被覆域と、 胴周 り開口部と、 一対の脚周り 開口部とを有し、 前記胴周り被覆域の外面に胴周り方向へ延び るとともに、 前記被覆域のいずれかに対する止着手段を有する テープ片が取り付けられているパンツ型の使い捨ておむつであ る。
かかる前提において、この発明が特徴とするところの第 1 は、 次のとおりである。 前記胴周り被覆域は、 前記胴周り方向へ弾 性的に伸長、 収縮可能に形成された部位を有し、 前記部位に含 まれる弾性部材の収縮によって前記胴周り方向において凹凸を 繰り返すギャザーが形成されている。 前記テープ片は、 前記外 面に剥離不能に取り付けられている固定テープ部と、 前記固定 テープ部に連なる可動テープ部とからなる。 前記可動テープ部 は、 基端部分と先端部分とを有していて前記基端部分が前記胴 周り方向における前記固定テープ部の一端部に連なり、 前記先 端部分が前記固定テープ部における前記一端部と向かい合う対 向端部へ向かって延びているか前記対向端部へ向かって延びた 後に折り返されて前記一端部へ向かって延びているかのいずれ かの状態にあつて摘持域を有している。 前記可動テープ部の前 記外面と向かい合う内面には前記摘持域の手前に前記止着手段 が形成され、 前記固定テープ部と可動テープ部との前記胴周り 方向における少なく とも一部の部位は、 前記胴周り被覆域が前 記胴周り方向へ弾性的に収縮することによって前記胴周り被覆 域の前記外面から離間する外方向へ凸となるように湾曲し、 前 記止着手段が前記胴周り方向へ湾曲している前記固定テープ部 および可動テープ部いずれかの前記部位に剥離可能に仮止めさ れている。
かかる第 1の特徴を有するこの発明には、 次のような好まし い実施態様がある。
( 1 ) 前記テープ片は、 前記固定テープ部の前記一端部が前記 おむつの幅を二等分する中心線寄りの内端部を成す一方、 前記 対向端部が反対側の外端部を成している。前記可動テープ部は、 前記先端部分と前記基端部分との間に形成される折曲部位で二 つに折り重ねられて、 前記摘持域と止着手段とを有する第 1可 動テープ部と、 前記基端部分を含んでいて前記第 1可動テープ 部と前記固定テープ部との間に介在する第 2可動テープ部とを 有する。 前記第 1可動テープ部は、 前記止着手段において前記 第 2可動テープ部の前記基端部分寄りに剥離可能に仮止めされ ている。 前記第 2可動テープ部は、 前記折曲部位の近傍が前記 固定テープ部の前記内端部寄り に剥離可能に仮止めされている とともに、 前記第 1可動テープ部の止着手段が仮止めされてい る部位において、 前記胴周り被覆域の前記外面から離間する外 方向へ凸となるように湾曲している。
( 2 ) 前記テープ片は、 前記胴周り方向において、 前記第 1可 動テープ部と第 2可動テープ部と固定テープ部とが Z字型およ び逆 Z字型のいずれかに折り畳まれた状態にある。
( 3 ) 前記第 2可動テープ部は、 前記固定テープ部の前記内端 部と外端部との間において前記胴周 り被覆域の前記外面から離 間する外方向へ凸となるように湾曲している。
( 4 ) 前記テープ片は、 前記固定テープ部の前記一端部が前記 おむつの幅を二等分する中心線寄り に位置する内端部を成す一 方、 前記対向端部が反対側の外端部を成している。 前記可動テ ープ部は、 前記基端部分が前記中心線寄りに位置して前記固定 テープ部の内端部に連なる一方、 前記先端部分が前記固定テー プ部の内端部から外端部へ向かって延びていて前記粘着域が前 記固定テープ部の外端部近傍の部位に剥離可能に仮止めされて いる。 前記固定テープ部は、 少なく とも前記部位が前記胴周り 被覆域の前記外面から離間する外方向へ凸となるように前記胴 周り域方向において湾曲している。
前記前提において、 この発明が特徴とするところの第 2は、 次のとおりである。 前記外面を含む前記胴周り被覆域は、 前記 胴周り方向へ弾性的に伸長、収縮可能に形成された部位を有し、 前記部位に含まれる弾性部材の収縮によって前記胴周り方向に おいて凹凸を繰り返すギャザーが形成されている。 前記テープ 片は、 前記外面に剥離不能に取り付けられている固定テープ部 と、 前記固定テープ部に連なる可動テープ部とからなり、 前記 可動テープ部は、 基端部分と先端部分とを有していて前記基端 部分が前記胴周り方向における前記固定テープ部の一端部に連 なり、 前記先端部分には摘持域と前記止着手段とが形成されて いて、 前記止着手段が前記摘持域よ り も前記基端部寄り におい て前記先端部分の前記外面と向かい合う内面に位置していると ともに、 前記止着手段の前記摘持域寄りの部位が前記ギャザー の凸となる部位に剥離可能に仮止めされている。
これら第 1、 第 2の特徴を有するこの発明の好ましい実施態 様において、 前記止着手段は、 粘着剤であるか、 またはフック 部材とループ部材とからなるメカニカルファスナの前記フック 部材である。 図面の簡単な説明 図 1は、 おむつの部分破断斜視図。

この発明に係るパンヅ型の使い捨ておむつを添付の図面を参 照して説明すると、 以下のとおりである。
図 1 に部分破断斜視図で示されたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつ 1は、 熱可塑性合成繊維からなる不織布製の透液性内面シー ト 2 と、熱可塑性合成樹脂フィルム製の不透液性外面シート 3 と、 これら内外面シー ト 2 , 3間に介在する吸液性コア 4 とによつ て構成され、 前胴周 り域 5 と後胴周 り域 6 とからなる胴周り被 覆域と、 これら両域 5 , 6間に位置する股下域 7からなる股部 被覆域とを有する。 内外面シート 2， 3は、 吸液性コア 4の周 縁から延出し、 ホッ トメル ト接着剤 （図示せず） を介して互い に接合している。 前後胴周り域 5 , 6は、 互いの側縁部 9 a , 9 bどう しが合掌状に重なり合い、 上下方向に間欠的に並ぶ部 位 1 0において溶着して一体となり、 胴周り開口部 1 1 と一対 の脚周り開口部 1 2 とを形成している。それぞれの開口部 1 1 , 1 2の周縁の部位では、 複数条の胴周り弾性部材 1 1 a と脚周 り弾性部材 1 2 aとが内外面シー ト 2 , 3の間にあって、 これ らシー ト 2 , 3の少なく とも一方に伸長状態で接合することに よって、 胴周り方向と脚周り方向とへ弾性的に伸長、 収縮可能 に形成されている。 前後胴周り域 5 , 6では、 複数条の胴周り 弾性部材 1 1 aの下方に複数条の補助弾性部材 8が設けられて いる。 補助弾性部材 8は、 おむつ 1の幅方向中央部では、 外面 シー ト 3 とコア 4 との間、 側縁部 9 a , 9 bの近傍では内外面 シー ト 2 と 3 との間にあって、 胴周り方向へ伸長され、 補助弾 性部材 8それそれの端部が側縁部 9 a， 9 bにおいて、 内外面 シ一 卜 2， 3の少なく とも一方に接合し固定されている。 補助 弾性部材 8はまた、 胴周り方向において、 側縁部 9 aとコア 4 の側縁との間および側縁部 9 bとコア 4の側縁との間に位置す る部分が内外面シ一 ト 2， 3の少なく とも一方に間欠的に接合 している。 かように形成されているおむつ 1は、 それぞれの弾 性部材が収縮するこ とにより、 胴周り開口 1 1の周縁の部位、 脚周り開口 1 2の周縁の部位、 前後胴周り域 5 , 6 における側 縁部 9 aとコア 4の側縁との間およぴ側縁部 9 bとコア 4の側 縁との間などに胴周 り方向または脚周り方向において凹凸を繰 り返す細かなギャザーが形成されている。 おむつ 1の後胴周り 域 6 には、側縁部 9 b近傍の外面に、汚れたおむつを丸めた り、 折り畳んだりするために使用可能な粘着性テープ片 1 4が設け られている。
図 2 , 3は、 図 1 の A— A線に沿う切断面を示す図と、 B— B線に沿う断面図である。 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 胴周 り方向 へ Z字型および逆 Z字型のいずれかに折り畳まれているもので 図 2ではそれが Z字型に折り畳まれている。 この粘着性テープ 片 1 4は、 摘持域 1 4 dを摘んで図 2の右方、 すなわち矢印 A が示す側縁部 9 bの外側へ向かって引張ると、 粘着性テープ片 1 4の長さ方向へ伸展させることができる。
図 2 において、 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 外面シー ト 3 に取り 付けられている固定テープ部 1 4 aと、 固定テープ部 1 4 aに おむつ 1の外側から重なってお り、 使用する ときには実質的に 変形自由な可動テープ部 1 4 e とからなる。 固定テープ部 1 4 aは、 おむつ 1の外面を形成している外面シー ト 3 と向かい合 う面のほぼ全体が接着剤 1 7を介して外面シー ト 3に対して剥 離するこ とがないよう に取り付けられていて、 おむつ 1の幅を 二等分する中心線 P— P (図 1参照） 寄り に位置する内端部 2 1 と、 その反対側の側縁部 9 b寄り に位置していて内端部 2 1 の対向端部を成す外端部 2 2 とを有する。 可動テープ部 1 4 e は、 摘持域 1 4 dを含む先端部分 2 4 と固定テープ部 1 4 aの 外端部 2 2 に連なる基端部分 2 8 とを有してお り、 これら両部 分 2 4 と 2 8 との間に形成された折曲部位 1 4 f を介して二つ に折り重ねられた状態にある第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bと第 2可 動テープ部 1 4 c とからなる。 第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bは、 先 端部分 2 4 と中心線 P— P寄りの内端部 2 3 とを有し、 第 2可 動テープ部 1 4 cは、 折曲部位 1 4 f を介して第 1可動テープ 部 1 4 bの内端部 2 3 に連なる内端部 2 7 と固定テープ部 1 4 aの外端部 2 2 に連なる基端部分 2 8 とを有する。 第 1可動テ —プ部 1 4 bは、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c と向かい合う部分の う ちで摘持域 1 4 dの手前に位置する部分に塗布された第 1粘 着剤 1 6が形成している粘着域 1 6 aにおいて、 第 2可動テー プ部 1 4 cに対して剥離可能に仮止めされている。 第 2可動テ —プ部 1 4 cは、 固定テープ部 1 4 aと向かい合つている内端 部 2 7に塗布された第 2粘着剤 1 5 を介して固定テープ部 1 4 aの内端部 2 1寄り に剥離可能に仮止めされている。 かような粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 おむつ 1 を幅方向へ伸長さ せて側縁部 9 a , 9 b とコア 4の側縁との間の部位にギャザー がない状態にして、 外面シー ト 3 に取り付けられる。 その後に 補助弾性部材 8 が収縮する と、 その部位は、 内外面シー ト 2， 3 に胴周 り方向において凹凸を繰り返す多数の細かいギヤザ一 が生じて、 胴周 り方向に収縮する と ともに、 固定テープ部 1 4 aも収縮する。 一方、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cは、 その内端部 2 7が第 2粘着剤 1 5 を介して固定テープ部 1 4 aにその内端 部 2 1寄りで剥離可能に仮止めされ、 基端部分 2 8が固定テ一 プ部 1 4 aの外端部 2 2 につながっているが、 内端部 2 7 と基 端部分 2 8 との間では固定テープ部 1 4 aから離間してお り (図 3参照）、 内外面シー ト 2 , 3 と固定テープ部 1 4 aとの収 縮に伴って、 図示の如く 内端部 2 7 と基端部分 2 8 との間の部 分が前胴周 り域 5 の外面から離間する外方向へ凸となるよう に 湾曲する。 この第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c に仮止めされている第 1可動テープ部 1 4 b もまた第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c と同じよ ;5 に湾曲する。
このような状態の第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cは、 第 1可動テー プ部 1 4 bの粘着域 1 6 aが仮止めされている基端部分 2 8の 近傍が凸となるよう に湾曲している こ とによって、 第 1可動テ ープ部 1 4 bの摘持域 1 4 dを図 2 において矢印 A方向、 すな わち側縁部 9 bの外側へ向かって引張る と、 摘持域 1 4 dの手 前の粘着域 1 6 a と湾曲している第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cの基 端部分 2 8 との間に剥離力が作用して、 第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bが第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cから矢印 B方向へ剥れ始め、 仮想 線で示された第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bの状態になる。 摘持域 1 4 dを矢印 A方向へさ らに引張れば、 やがて第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cの内端部 2 7 が固定テープ部 1 4 aから剥れるよう に剥 離力が作用して、 粘着性テープ片 1 4 を側縁部 9 bの外方へま つすぐに伸展させて、 第 1、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 b ， 1 4 c の仮止めを解く こ とができる。 このような粘着性テープ片 1 4 では、 これを伸展させる ときに、 従来技術のよう に摘持域の向 きを一度反転させて粘着剤を介して重な り合うテープどう しを 剥離させる という必要がない。 ただ し、 この粘着性テープ片 1 4が摘持域 1 4 dの向きを反転させて第 1可動テープ部 1 4 b を第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cから剥離させるこ とができる こ とは いう までもない。 また、 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 矢印 A方向へ 引張ったときに、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cが固定テープ部 1 4 aから剥れ、 その後に第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bが第 2可動テー プ部 1 4 cから剥れるこ ともあるが、 そのような剥れ方におい てもこの発明の効果を認めるこ とができる。 粘着性テープ片 1 4 を矢印 A方向へ引張ったときに、 第 1可動テープ部 1 4 b と 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c とにおいて外面シー ト 3 と向かい合う 面は、 これら可動テープ部 1 4 b , 1 4 cの内面である。なお、 図 2は、 粘着性テープ片 1 4が摘持域 1 4 dを矢印 A方向へ僅 かに引張られている ときの状態の一例である。 梱包されたおむ つ 1での第 1可動テープ部 1 4 b と、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c と、 固定テープ部 1 4 a とは、 互いに密着するよう に重な り合 う ことがある。
図 4は、丸めたおむつ 1 の斜視図である。汚れたおむつ 1 は、 図 2 において仮想線の如く長く延びた粘着性テープ片 1 4をそ の第 1粘着剤 1 6 を止着手段と して使用しておむつ 1 の適宜の 部位に止めるこ とによって、 広がる こ とのないよう に丸めてお く ことができる。 ただし、 粘着性テープ片 1 4の用途は、 おむ つ 1 を丸めるこ とだけではない。 着用したおむつ 1 の胴周 り に たるみがある場合には、 粘着性テープ片 1 4 を胴周 り に沿って 引張ってそのたるみをとることができる。
図 1〜 4 に例示の粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bの内面に塗布されている第 1粘着剤 1 6 からなる止着手 段を互いに係合 ' 離脱するフ ック部材とループ部材とで形成さ れるメカニカルファスナのフ ック部材からなる止着手段に代え るこ とができる。 そのフ ック部材は第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bの 内面に剥離不能に取り付けられる。 可動テープ部 1 4 eは、 少 なく とも第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cの部分をループ部材と して作 用する不織布等によって形成して、 その不織布等にフ ック部を 仮止めする。 また、 おむつ 1 の外面シー ト 3は、 .それに不織布 を使用するか、 または内側がプラスチックフィルムで外側が不 織布からなる複合シー トを使用する。 このよう にして得られる おむつ 1では、 これら不織布とフ ッ ク部材とを係合させるこ と によって、 図 4の如く丸めることができる。
図 5は、この発明の実施態様を示す図 2 と同様の図面である。 この粘着性テープ片 1 4では、 固定テープ部 1 4 a , 第 1 , 2 可動テープ部 1 4 b , 1 4 cそれそれにギャザーが形成されて いる。 この粘着性テープ片 1 4の場合にも、 粘着性テープ片 1 4の粘着域 1 6 aの近傍において、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cは 胴周 り域 5の外面から離間する外方向へ凸となるよう に湾曲し ているから、 粘着性テープ片 1 4は矢印 A方向へ引張るだけで まっすぐに伸展させることができる。
図 6 も また、 この発明の実施態様の一例を示す図 2 と同様の 図面である。 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 それそれが別個のプラス チヅクフィルムからなる固定テープ部 1 4 a と第 1可動テープ 部 1 4 bと第 2可動テープ部 1 4 c とからな り、 固定テープ部 1 4 aの外端部 2 2が折り返されて第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cの 基端部分 2 8に第 4接着剤 3 4を介して剥離するこ とがないよ う に接着されている。 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cは、 内端部 2 7 が折り返されて折曲部位 1 4 f を形成する とともに、 第 1可動 テープ部 1 4 bに第 5接着剤 3 5 を介して剥離するこ とがない よう に接着されている。 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cの基端部分 2 8の先端 2 8 aは、 胴周 り方向において固定テープ部 1 4 aを 越えて外面シー ト 3 に第 6接着剤 3 6を介して剥離する こ とが ないよう に接着されている。 この粘着性テ一プ片 1 4において も、 固定テープ部 1 4 aはギャザーが形成されることによって 収縮する一方、 第 2可動テープ部 1 4 cが湾曲してお り、 第 1 可動テープ部 1 4 bの摘持域 1 4 dを矢印 A方向へ引張るだけ で粘着性テープ片 1 4をまつすく、に伸展させることができる。
この発明において、 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 プラスチ ヅ ク フ イルムゃ不織布、 織布、 これらのう ちの少な く とも 2つをラ ミ ネー ト したシー ト等によって作るこ とができる。 しかし、 好ま しい粘着性テープ片 1 4において、 固定テープ部 1 4 aにはポ リエチレ ン、 ポ リ プロ ピレ ン、 ポ リ エステル等の非弾弾性的な テープが使用され、 可動テープ部 1 4 eにはこれらの非弹性的 なテープの他に、 ウ レタ ン等の弹性的なテープも使用される。 固定テープ部 1 4 aと可動テープ部 1 4 e とは、 1条のテープ を折り重ねて作るこ ともできる し、 複数条のテープをつなぎ合 わせて作るこ ともできる。 これらテープの厚さは、 1 0〜 1 0 0 ミ ク ロ ン程度であるこ とが好ま しい。 固定テープ部 1 4 aが 取り付けられるおむつ 1の胴周 り域において、 図示例では補助 弾性部材 8の収縮によって固定テープ部 1 4 aの寸法を縮めた が、 補助弾性部材 8 に代えて胴周 り方向に伸縮性を有する内外 面シー ト 2， 3 を使用するこ ともできる。 ただし、 その場合に は、 内外面シー ト 2， 3 を胴周 り方向へ伸長させた状態で、 外 面シ一 ト 3 に対して粘着性テープ片 1 4 を取り付ける。 粘着性 テープ片 1 4 を取り付ける部位は、 図示例の他に、 胴周 りの適 宜の部位を選ぶこ とができる。 粘着性テープ片 1 4のう ちの第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bに対する第 1粘着剤 1 6の塗布域は、 摘 持域 1 4 dの手前のごく 限られた部位にのみ設けるこ とが可能 で、そのような粘着性テープ片 1 4は伸展させるこ とが容易で、 しかも粘着剤 1 6の使用量が少な く てすむという他に、 摘持域 1 4 dを摘んだ指先を使って伸展させた粘着性テープ片 1 4 を 速やかに止着できる というメ リ ヅ ト もある。 粘着性テープ片 1 4は、 補助弾性部材 8 と重なるよう に外面シー ト 3 に取り付け ることによって湾曲の程度を顕著なものにすることができる。 図 7 もまた、 この発明の実施態様の一例を示す図 2 と同様の 図面である。 この態様の粘着性テープ片 1 4 も固定テープ部 1 4 a と可動テープ部 1 4 e とからなる。固定テープ部 1 4 aは、 内端部 2 1 が外端部 2 2へ向かって折り返されている。 可動テ ープ部 1 4 eは、 折り返されることな く胴周 り方向へ延びてお り、 基端部分 2 8が固定テープ部 1 4 aの内端部 2 1 に第 7接 着剤 4 7 を介して剥離するこ とがないように接着される ととも に、 内端部 2 1 よ り も中心線 P— P (図 1参照） 寄り において 外面シー ト 3 に第 8接着剤 4 8 を介して剥離するこ とがないよ う に接着されている。 可動テープ部 1 4 eの先端部分 2 4は、 非粘着性の摘持域 1 4 d と、 摘持域 1 4 dの手前に塗布された 第 1粘着剤 1 6 が形成している粘着域 1 6 aとを有し、 第 1粘 着剤 1 6 を介して固定テープ部 1 4 aに剥離可能に仮止めされ ている。かかる固定テープ部 1 4 a と可動テープ部 1 4 e とは、 第 1粘着剤 1 6 と第 7粘着剤 4 7 との間においてほぼ同じ長さ を有している。 固定テープ部 1 4 a と して内外面シー ト 2， 3 よ り も剛性の高いものが使用されている と、 固定テープ部 1 4 aは、 内外面シー ト 2 , 3が収縮する と固定テープ部 1 4 aも 僅かにギャザーが生じて収縮するが、 これらシー ト 2 , 3ほど には収縮するこ とがなく、 胴周 り域 5の外面から離間する外方 向へ凸となるよう に湾曲する。 特に図示例のよう に固定テープ 部 1 4 aが胴周 り方向へ間欠的に塗布された接着剤 1 7 によつ て外面シー ト 3 に取り付けられている と、 接着剤 1 7 と 1 7 と の間において凸となるよう に湾曲しやすい。 可動テープ部 1 4 eは、 摘持域 1 4 dの手前に形成された粘着域 1 6 aが湾曲し ている固定テープ部 1 4 aに仮止めされている。 かような粘着 性テープ片 1 4は、 摘持域 1 4 dを矢印 A方向へほぼまつすく、 に引張るだけで可動テープ部 1 4 e を固定テープ部 1 4 aから 剥離するこ とができる。 剥離後の可動テープ部 1 4 eは、 第 1 粘着剤 1 6 を使用しておむつ 1 を図 4のよう に丸めた り、 着用 したおむつ 1 の胴周 りのたるみをとつた りするために使用する ことができる。
図 8 は、 実施態様の一例を示す図 7 と同様な図面である。 こ の場合のおむつ 1 における粘着性テープ片 1 4の固定テープ部 1 4 aは、 間欠的ではな く て連続的に塗布された接着剤 1 7 に よって外面シー ト 3 に固定されている。
図 5〜 8 に例示された粘着性テ一プ片 1 4は、 図 1〜 4 に例 示のおむつ 1 と同様に、 第 1可動テープ部 1 4 bに塗布されて いる第 1粘着剤 1 6 をメカニカルフ ァスナのフ ヅ ク部材に代え るこ とができる。 フ ック部材を有する第 1可動テープ部 1 4 b と向かい合う可動テープ部または固定テープ部は、 ループ部材 と して作用可能な不織布等で作るこ とによって、 第 1可動テー プ部 1 4 bを剥離可能に仮止めすることができる。
図 9 は、 この発明の実施態様の一例を示す図 8 と同様な図で ある。 ただし、 このおむつ 1 では、 粘着性テープ片 1 4 に代わ るテープ片 1 1 4が使用され、 そのテープ片 1 1 4が可動テ一 プ部 1 1 4 eのみからなる。 この可動テープ部 1 1 4 e は、 基 端部 1 2 8が第 8接着剤 4 8 を介して外面シー ト 3 に剥離する こ とがないよう に接着されている。 可動テープ部 1 1 4 eの先 端部分 1 2 4は、 摘持域 1 1 4 d と、 摘持域 1 1 4 dの手前に 形成された止着手段であるフ ック部材 1 1 6 とを有し、 フ ック 部材 1 1 6 を介して外面シー ト 3 に剥離可能に仮止めされてい る。 フ ック部材 1 1 6 が仮止めされる部位の近傍において、 外 面シー ト 3は外方に向かって凸となるよう に湾曲している。 外 面シー ト 3は、 フ ック部材 1 1 6 の仮止めが可能となるような 不織布で形成されている。 この発明に係るおむつでは、 止着手段を有してお り胴周 り方 向へ延びているテ一プ片がおむつの外面に取り付けられた固定 テープ部と、 固定テープ部の一端部に連なる可動テープ部とか らな り、 可動テープ部の先端部分には摘持域と摘持域の手前に 位置する止着手段とが形成されている。 可動テープ部は、 その 止着手段を胴周 り被覆域の外面から離間する外方向へ凸となる よう に湾曲している部位に剥離可能に仮止めされているから、 摘持域をテープ片の長さ方向へ引っ張るだけで、 可動テープ部 のその仮止め解く ことができる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 胴周り被覆域と、 股部被覆域と、 胴周り開口部と、 一対の 脚周り開口部とを有し、 前記胴周り被覆域の外面に胴周り方向 へ延びるとともに、 前記被覆域のいずれかに対する止着手段を 有するテープ片が取り付けられているパンヅ型の使い捨ておむ つにおいて、
前記胴周り被覆域は、 前記胴周り方向へ弾性的に伸長、 収縮 可能に形成された部位を有し、 前記部位に含まれる弾性部材の 収縮によって前記胴周り方向において凹凸を繰り返すギヤザ一 が形成されており、
前記テープ片は、 前記外面に剥離不能に取り付けられている 固定テープ部と、 前記固定テープ部に連なる可動テープ部とか らなり、 前記可動テープ部は、 基端部分と先端部分とを有して いて前記基端部分が前記胴周り方向における前記固定テープ部 の一端部に連なり、 前記先端部分が前記固定テープ部における 前記一端部と向かい合う対向端部へ向かって延びているか前記 対向端部へ向かって延びた後に折り返されて前記一端部へ向か つて延びているかのいずれかの状態にあって摘持域を有してお り、 前記可動テープ部の前記外面と向かい合う内面には前記摘 持域の手前に前記止着手段が形成され、 前記固定テープ部と可 動テープ部との前記胴周り方向における少なく とも一部の部位 は、 前記胴周り被覆域が前記胴周り方向へ弾性的に収縮するこ とによって前記胴周り被覆域の前記外面から離間する外方向へ 凸となるように湾曲し、 前記止着手段が前記胴周り方向へ湾曲 している前記固定テープ部および可動テープ部いずれかの前記 部位に剥離可能に仮止めされていることを特徴とする前記使い 捨ておむつ。
2 . 前記テープ片は、 前記固定テープ部の前記一端部が前記お むつの幅を二等分する中心線寄りの内端部を成す一方、 前記対 向端部が反対側の外端部を成してお り、 前記可動テープ部が、 前記先端部分と前記基端部分との間に形成される折曲部位で二 つに折り重ねられて、 前記摘持域と止着手段とを有する第 1可 動テープ部と、 前記基端部分を含んでいて前記第 1可動テープ 部と前記固定テープ部との間に介在する第 2可動テープ部とを 有し、 前記第 1可動テープ部は前記止着手段において前記第 2 可動テープ部の前記基端部分寄りに剥離可能に仮止めされてお り、 前記第 2可動テープ部は前記折曲部位の近傍が前記固定テ ープ部の前記内端部寄りに剥離可能に仮止めされているととも に、 前記第 1可動テープ部の止着手段が仮止めされている部位 において、 前記胴周り被覆域の前記外面から離間する外方向へ 凸となるように湾曲している請求項 1記載のパンヅ型の使い捨 ておむつ。
3 . 前記テープ片は、 前記胴周り方向において、 前記第 1可動 テープ部と第 2可動テープ部と固定テープ部とが Z字型および 逆 Z字型のいずれかに折り畳まれた状態にある請求項 2記載の 使い捨ておむつ。
4 . 前記第 2可動テープ部は、 前記固定テープ部の前記内端部 と外端部との間において前記胴周り被覆域の前記外面から離間 する外方向へ凸となるように湾曲している請求項 2 または 3記 載のパンツ型の使い捨ておむつ。
5 . 前記テープ片は、 前記固定テープ部の前記一端部が前記お むつの幅を二等分する中心線寄り に位置する内端部を成す一方. 前記対向端部が反対側の外端部を成しており、 前記可動テープ 部は、 前記基端部分が前記中心線寄り に位置して前記固定テー プ部の内端部に連なる一方、 前記先端部分が前記固定テープ部 の内端部から外端部へ向かつて延びていて前記粘着域が前記固 定テープ部の外端部近傍の部位に剥離可能に仮止めされており 前記固定テープ部は、 少なく とも前記部位が前記胴周り被覆域 の前記外面から離間する外方向へ凸となるように湾曲している 請求項 1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
6 . 胴周り被覆域と、 股部被覆域と、 胴周り開口部と、 一対の 脚周り開口部とを有し、 前記胴周り被覆域の外面に胴周り方向 へ長く延びるとともに、 前記被覆域いずれかに対する止着手段 を有するテ一プ片が取り付けられているパンツ型の使い捨てお むつにおいて、
前記外面を含む前記胴周り被覆域は、 前記胴周り方向へ弾性 的に伸長、 収縮可能に形成された部位を有し、 前記部位に含ま れる弾性部材の収縮によって前記胴周り方向において凹凸を繰 り返すギャザーが形成されており、
前記テープ片は、 前記外面に剥離不能に取り付けられている 固定テープ部と、 前記固定テープ部に連なる可動テープ部とか らなり、 前記可動テープ部は、 基端部分と先端部分とを有して いて前記基端部分が前記胴周り方向における前記固定テープ部 の一端部に連なり、 前記先端部分には摘持域と前記止着手段と が形成されていて、 前記止着手段が前記摘持域よ り も前記基端 部寄り において前記先端部分の前記外面と向かい合う内面に位 置しているとともに、 前記止着手段の前記摘持域寄りの部位が 前記ギャザーの凸となる部位に剥離可能に仮止めされているこ とを特徴とする前記使い捨ておむつ。
7 . 前記止着手段が粘着剤である請求項 1〜 6のいずれかに記 載の使い捨ておむつ。
8 . 前記止着手段がフック部材とループ部材とからなるメカ二 カルファスナの前記フヅク部材である請求項 1 〜 6のいずれか に記載の使い捨ておむつ,。
