Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine neue Hochtemperatur-Festelektrolyt-Brennstoffzelle, umfassend eine Elektrolytschicht zwischen zwei Elektrodenschichten, erhältlich durch ein Verfahren umfassend die Stufen: (i) Aufbringen von Elektrolytpartikeln in einer Siebdruckpaste auf ein ungesintertes Elektrolytsubstrat und Sintern der so hergestellten Struktur (ii) Abscheidung einer nanoporösen Elektrodendünnschicht über ein Sol-Gel-Verfahren oder ein MOD-Verfahren auf der gemäss Stufe (i) erhaltenen Struktur und Temperaturbehandlung der so beschichteten Struktur. Die Brennstoffzelle weist gegebenenfalls eine Elektrolytgrenzschicht auf der strukturierten siebgedruckten Elektrolytschicht auf, die über ein MOD-Verfahren aufgebracht wird.
