Abstract

Dalle comprenant un substrat (10) revêtu d'au moins un réseau d'électrodes (11) lui-même revêtu d'un réseau de barrières (17) en matériau minéral dont la porosité est supérieure à 25%, comprenant une sous-couche de base poreuse (18) qui est intercalée entre le réseau d'électrodes (11) et le réseau de barrières (17), et qui est en matériau minéral dont la porosité est supérieure à 25%. On obtient des barrières poreuses renforcées; avantageusement, cette dalle ne comprend pas de couche diélectrique spécifique; le nombre d'étapes de fabrication est limité et on parvient à fabriquer intégralement la dalle à basse température.
