Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de produits de confiserie, tels que des dragées à base gomme, des bonbons et des produits similaires, avec ou sans fourrage. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à former un cordeau profilé (4) de pâte formant le produit de confiserie et à cisailler ou couper ledit cordeau dans une direction transversale de celui-ci, par utilisation d'une chaîne supérieure et inférieure (15, 16, 17). La présente invention concerne également le système qui permet de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé et les produits de confiserie produits selon ce procédé.
