光 学 的 測 定 装 置 の 投 光 部 か ら は 、 制御 装 置 で 生 成 さ れ た パ ル ス 信 号 に 基 づ き 、 受 光 部 へ 向 け て 光 を 照射 す る 。 投 光 部 か ら 照射 さ れ る 光 の 照 射 範 囲 は 、 所 定 の 面 積 を 有 し 、 シ ー ト に 遮 蔽 さ れ ず に シ ー ト の 側 縁 部 の 外 側 を 通 過 す る 光 は そ の ま ま 受 光 部 に 入 射 す る 。

光 学 的 測 定 装 置 と し て C C D ( 電荷 撮 像素 子 ） カ メ ラ を 使 用 す る 場 合 は 、 C C D カ メ ラ の ア ナ ロ グ 電気信 号 を 制御 装 置 へ 送 り 、 制御 装 置 で は 、 A / D コ ン ノ 一 夕 部 に よ っ て デ ジ タ ル 信 号 に 変 換 し 、 こ の デ ジ タ ル 信 号 を 制御 装 置 の 前処理 部 で 2 値 化 す る 。 制御 装 置 の 論 理 演 算 部 で は 、 2 値化 し た 信号 に よ り シ ー ト 2 , 3 ， 4 ， 5 の 幾 何 学 的 特徴 を 抽 出 し 、 あ ら か じ め 格納 し て あ る シ ー 卜 の 輪郭 パ タ ー ン と 重 ね 合 わ せ て 比 較 判 定 を 行 い 、 シ ー ト 2 ， 3 ， 4 , 5 の ず れ の 有 無 を 判 定 す る 。
制御 装 置 は 、 左 右 身 頃 シ ー ト 2 ， 3 の 供 給速 度 と 左 右袖 シ ー ト 4 ， 5 の 供 給速度 と を 比 較 演 算 し 、 そ の 結 果、あ ら か じ め 設 定 し た 供給速 度 の 範 囲 外 に あ る 場 合、 そ れ ら シ ー ト 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 の 供 給速 度 を 設 定 範 囲 内 に す る よ う に 、 ロ ー ル の 回 転速度 を 修 正 さ せ る 制御指 令 を 駆 動 装 置 へ 出 力 す る 。
制御 装 置 は 、各 ロ ー ル の 回 転 速度 が 同 期 す る よ う に 、 各 ロ ー ル の 駆 動 装 置 の 回 転速度 を 制御 し て い る 。 駆 動 装 置 の 回 転速度 は 、 回 転 数 制御 方 式 や 電 力 制 御 方 式 の い ず れ か ま た は こ れ ら を 併 用 す る こ と が で き る 。 本 発 明 に 係 る 使 い 捨て 上着 と そ の 製造 方 法 に よ れば 、 上着 を 着 用 し た と き に 、 左 右 身 頃 シ ー ト の 内 側 縁 お よ び 上端 縁 と 左 右 袖 シ 一 卜 の 内 外 側 縁 と が 、 着 用 者 の 肌 に 接触 し な い の で 着 用 感 が よ い 。
上 着 を 自 動 化 、 か つ 、 連続化 し た 工 程 で 生 産 す る こ と が で き る の で 、 単位 時 間 当 た り の 生 産性 が 向 上 す る と と も に 、 安 価 に 製造 す る こ と が で き る 。
