Abstract

Un organe d'actionnement (5) permet de faire passer l'outil de raccordement (3) d'une position d'introduction à une position de serrage dans laquelle l'outil de raccordement (3) est introduit dans un logement (3) où est placé un dispositif perce-isolant (2). L'invention vise à assurer une mise en contact particulièrement sûre du conducteur. A cet effet, l'outil de raccordement (3) présente, au moins à proximité de la position de serrage, une composante de mouvement dans le sens d'introduction (x) ou dans une direction opposée à ce dernier, lorsque l'outil de raccordement (3) passe dans la position de serrage.
