Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau pour une grille d'ouverture destinée à un tube image couleur présentant une excellente limite élastique et une excellente résistance au fluage à haute température ainsi que des caractéristiques magnétiques supérieures à celles du matériau existant, un procédé de production du matériau, une grille d'ouverture ainsi qu'un tube image dans lequel est assemblée la grille d'ouverture. Une tôle d'acier à faible teneur en carbone contenant 0,05 à 2,5 % en poids de Cu, ou 0,05 à 2,5 % en poids de Cu et 0,001 à 0,4 % en poids de P est laminée à froid et ensuite vieillie entre 300 et 700 °C ou laminée à froid, soumise immédiatement à recuit entre 500 et 800 °C, laminée à froid une seconde fois et ensuite vieillie.
