Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape de fond (100) pour un conteneur servant au transport de liquides dangereux. Cette soupape est reliée au conteneur par le corps de soupape (10) à travers lequel est ménagée une ouverture de passage (11) pouvant être obturée par une tête de soupape (15) qui, en position fermée, est plaquée de façon étanche contre le bord de l'ouverture de passage (11). L'invention vise à créer une soupape de fond qui garantit la sécurité passive en cas d'accidents et même en cas de longs intervalles entre les opérations de maintenance, et simplifie et facilite la maintenance. A cet effet, la soupape de fond (100) présente un ressort hélicoïdal encapsulé (21) pour replacer et maintenir la tête de soupape (15) en position de fermeture. Le ressort hélicoïdal (21) se trouve à l'intérieur de la tête de soupape conique (15) et prend appui sur la partie inférieure (19) de la tête de soupape (15) et sur l'extrémité d'une tige de guidage (13), guidée à travers un trou de passage à l'intérieur de la tête de soupape (15) et servant au guidage verticale de la tête de soupape. Cette tige de guidage (13) est fixée au niveau du corps de soupape (10) et placée au centre de l'ouverture de passage (11).
