- the above operation stroke is hereinafter referred to as swing injection. (At this time, the oscillating injection is performed once in this embodiment.)
- the spray 10 is raised by the spray raising / lowering cylinder 16 until a preset time and stopped, and the oscillating injection is started. At the same time as the end of the oscillating injection, the spray 10 descends to the normal position by the vertical cylinder 16.
- the above operation process is referred to as a spray elevating operation.
- the paint spraying unit 10 After the spray 10 has rotated 90 degrees from the normal position of the above-mentioned actuating unit 12 by the spray rotating unit 12, a few seconds later, the paint spraying unit 10 starts to oscillate. Start. After the swing injection is completed, the above-described spray elevating operation is performed. The above operation process is hereinafter referred to as a spray injection operation. After the spraying operation is completed, the coating section 9 moves to the right from the normal position of the central arm 2 within the set time. (At this time, the moving direction of the coating section 9 moves toward the stop position of the central arm 2. However, when the central arm 2 is at the normal position, it moves to the right.
- the spraying operation process described above is performed at this position.
- the coating section moving end sensor 19 detects the coating section 9

After finishing, the central arm 2 returns to the normal position and stops.
- the central arm 2 is fixed by the central arm fixed cylinder 15, and after a few seconds, the central arm interlocking cylinder 22 is released. After a few seconds, the central arm interlocking cylinder 22 moves to the left, returns to the normal position, and the painting section moves again and the spraying process is performed.
- the coating section 9 returns to the normal position.
- the right-hand painting, the left-hand painting, and the center painting are performed with the stop of the center bogie 1, and after the center bogie 1 runs again and stops, the same operation as described above is repeated.
- the outbound traveling of the central bogie 1 ends when the injection limit switch 21 abuts on the injection control dog 20b and the central bogie 1 stops. After that, the central bogie 1 starts traveling backward and returns to the home position, and the central bogie 1 comes into contact with the central bogie origin limit switch 14 and stops. This completes the lower painting process.
- FIG. 7 is a time chart showing a lower drying step operation.
- the drying process is performed after the lower washing and the lower coating are completed. Drying is performed by spraying warm air through the spray 10. The hot air at this time is injected while maintaining a constant temperature by the air heater 25 and the heater controller 26 arranged in the air-tank 24. Therefore, the operation is performed by omitting the spray raising / lowering operation of the coating section 9 in the lower coating stroke operation in a state in which the spray needle valve is closed (a state in which the paint jet port is closed by the needle pulp).
- the lower painting process is performed only on the outward route, but the lower drying process is performed on the return route in the same way as on the outward route.
