Abstract

L'objectif de l'invention est de produire des farines et/ou des poudres à partir de sons, fibres ou matériaux difficiles à triturer pour être employés dans l'industrie alimentaire, pour la santé de l'homme et dans des processus industriels où il est nécessaire de fabriquer des poudres de matériaux qui, jusqu'à présent, n'ont pu être traités à cause de leur coût de traitement élevé (jantes, plastiques, matériaux très fibreux, déchets, résidus organiques, etc.). L'installation se compose d'une trémie d'alimentation verticale ou latérale où l'on fait arriver des fragments ou matières de départ telles que du son de blé, de riz, d'avoine ou autres, puis on fait passer cette matière vers un système mécanique (vis sans fin) d'acheminement forcé, ou en poussant la matière à l'aide d'un piston par exemple (actionné hydrauliquement, mécaniquement, pneumatiquement ou par l'énergie d'électroaimants) afin de pousser de force la matière vers un système de trituration fine à haute pression pour obtenir la granulation désirée, par exemple un système de type à plateaux opposés, à engrenages opposés, cônes et contre-cônes, sphères et contre-sphères), le matériau trituré étant finalement déchargé.
