Abstract

Fabricar harinas y/o polvos a partir de salvados vegetales, fibras o materiales de difícil trituracion para hacer empleada en la industria alimenticia, en la salud y en procesos industriales que se requiera fabricar polvos de materiales que hasta el momento no han podido ser procesados (Llantas, plásticos, materiales muy fibrosos Etc. ) y que se componen de una tolva de alimentacion vertical o lateral donde se hacen llegar las hojuelas o materiales de trabajo como salvado de trigo, arroz, avena, u otros, pasando el material en proceso a un sistema de conduccion forzada y cerrada tipo mecánico (tornillo sin fin), o empujador tipo piston (accionado hidráulicamente, mecánicamente bajo para que pase a un sistema de remolido a alta presion y así forzar la granulacion deseada (tipo platos opuestos, engranes opuestos, cono y contra cono, esfera y contra esfera) y salidas del material.
