The invention relates with flours and/or powders manufacturing from vegetable brans, fibers or hard crushing materials to be used in nutritional industry, in health and industrial processes which require of powders manufacturing out of materials that until this moment have not been able to be processed (tires, plastics, very fibrous materials, et cetera) comprising a vertical or lateral feeding hopper wherein flakes or working material like wheat bran, rice, oat, or others, are passed through, processed material going through a forced and closed mechanic-type conduction system (worm), or piston-type pusher (hydraulically actuated, mechanically low so that it passes to a high pressure re-grinding system and thus forcing desired granulation (opposed plates-type, opposed gears, cone and counter cone, sphere and counter sphere) and material outlets.
