Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour la stabilisation à long terme de tronçons de voies ferrées à fort trafic agencées sur un ballast, en particulier dans la zone se trouvant sous les traverses qui sont disposées sous le tronçon de voie et qui sont raccordées à celui-ci, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau du bord inférieur de la traverse, un ou plusieurs cordons de 0,5 à 3 mm d'épaisseur, de préférence de 0,8 à 2 mm d'épaisseur, d'un agent adhésif à deux composants mélangés immédiatement avant l'emploi à 30 à 200 bar, sont extrudés à 2 à 15 bar, au moins une partie du/ou des cordons extrudés de l'agent adhésif étant dirigée spécifiquement dans la zone située sous la traverse. Le dispositif selon l'invention se différencie des dispositifs connus, par le fait qu'il comporte une tête d'extrusion munie d'un ou de plusieurs orifices de 0,5 à 3 mm, à travers lesquels les cordons de l'agent adhésif à deux composants mélangés préalablement avant l'emploi sont extrudés.
