Abstract

L'invention concerne des boîtiers pour systèmes de conditionnement d'air qui comprennent un cadre rectangulaire supérieur et un cadre rectangulaire inférieur, réalisés à partir de profilés extrudés et séparés l'un de l'autre, mutuellement parallèles, par des parois porteuses, ainsi que des panneaux pouvant être montés amovibles ou mobiles sur lesdits cadres, à l'aide d'éléments de fixation. Le profilé extrudé utilisé est sensiblement rectangulaire et ses faces ne comportent que les possibilités de fixation (1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9) nécessaires dans la réalisation de boîtiers pour systèmes de conditionnement d'air. A l'extérieur, on peut fixer des constituants structuraux tels que des portes, des panneaux, etc., de manière étanche à l'air et à l'abri des vibrations, alors qu'à l'intérieur, on peut monter des constituants fonctionnels tels que des compresseurs, des échangeurs de chaleur et des ventilateurs. Le profilé extrudé réalisé selon l'invention comporte également à l'intérieur deux canaux filetés (11, 12) qui permettent d'assembler à angle droit deux sections extrudées. L'invention concerne en outre des panneaux et des portes, ainsi que des éléments de fixation pouvant être montés de manière étanche à l'air sur la structure de base des boîtiers.
