Definitions
- the invention relates to a device housing for air conditioners.
- housings used to construct the most diverse Device types known.
- the ones that are usually on the market Standard device housings have a number of options Functional components, cladding, panels, walls, etc. on the to be placed in a wide variety of locations within the housing, see e.g. EP-A-427 626 and WO-A-8100443.
- air conditioners there are many heavy components housed, e.g. Compressors, heat exchangers or fans. It must be possible to combine all these components together or alternatively in one Housing.
- the housing is airtight to the outside. The exit of the conditioned air from the air conditioner should take place at a precisely defined location and not through leaks e.g. on the case edges. It is therefore necessary that the design components on the outside of the housing, e.g. Have panels or doors installed airtight.
- the inside of the air conditioning technology should be the usual Functional components can be universally attachable. It must be possible that Screw the air conditioner up and / or down with air ducts. Furthermore, it should be possible for the fully assembled air conditioning housing are to be hung on the hook of a crane via a hanging device.
- the vertical outer surface of the extruded profile according to the invention is used for the airtight attachment of design components, such as doors, panels etc.
- a hammer head groove channel is used, in which hexagon nuts for screwing doors, door hinges, panels, etc. or their fastening devices can be inserted.
- a groove for inserting a sealing profile Seen from the outside corner behind the screw groove is a groove for inserting a sealing profile that seals the construction profile airtight against the doors or panels.
- the remaining three areas are used to attach functional components.
- hammer-head groove channel On the horizontal inner surface there is a hammer-head groove channel into which hexagon nuts can be inserted to screw components together.
- hammerhead groove channel To the right or left of the hammerhead groove channel is another screw channel in which self-tapping screws can be screwed in perpendicular to the surface for fastening components.
- the profile On its vertical inner surface , the profile has a screw channel for screwing tapping screws perpendicular to the surface.
- two are different Variants of the profile used for the upper and lower frames.
- the lower profile receives a greater height than the upper profile, so that Height: width ratio of the lower profile about 2: 1 and that of the upper Profile is about 1: 1.
- the profile used below then has the Hammerkof screw groove on its horizontal outer surface at a distance from the Outside corner, which allows the between the corner and the Groove channel surface as a design surface for attaching decorative Elements can be used. This also ensures that long-pile carpet or the like does not open the doors difficult because the doors are at a sufficient distance from the floor swing up.
- the screw channels in the horizontal outer surface that are on floor may fall away if the device is not on a hollow Screwed to the bottom.
- the profile used for the construction of the upper frame can additionally via an opening for hanging a crane hook above the Have inner corner on which the housing or the entire assembled Air conditioner can be raised.
- the inside corner is light beveled to facilitate the insertion of the crane hook.
- Air conditioning housing can be used universally and it can in it all components required in air conditioning technology without large Attach effort.
- the extruded profile is in long sections, for. B. made of aluminum in a maximum of two different variants for the upper and the lower Frame made.
- the profile can be of the required length be cut to size so that housings are in every conceivable Have dimensions made.
- the profiles only have the mounting options that are required when building Air conditioning housings are actually needed and are therefore inexpensive to manufacture have the greatest possible stability because that there are no unnecessary recesses or the like. Therefore, the required stability can be achieved with a minimum of material can be achieved.
- a rubber lip or a can be placed in the outer sealing groove Rubber sealing profile to be introduced, the one to be attached to the outside Housing parts hermetically seals against the frame.
- This double wall in the edge area is ideal for in therein recesses fasteners for attaching the Provide panels and doors on the frame.
- This can e.g. Snapper be attached to the profile and with a hook in a recess engage in the double wall of the panel.
- this snapper consists of two parts, one part in the hammerhead groove channel can be attached to the vertical outside of the profile and with the second part is connected via a compression spring.
- the first, in Hammer head groove channel attached part has a guide pin, while the second part has a hook.
- the second part is in inserted the hammerhead groove channel and from this in a horizontal Direction leads.
- a hinge in the hammerhead groove channel can be used to attach a door the vertical outside of the construction profile. From At the top or bottom, a pin then engages in a hole in the top or bottom Narrow side of the double wall.
- the horizontal inner surface A has approximately one in the middle Hammer head groove channel 1, in the hexagon nuts for fastening Compressor, fan, heat exchanger etc. can be inserted.
- a screw channel 2 for Screwing in self-tapping screws on which other components are attached can be.
- the screw channel 2 of the profile attached above can attach the heat exchanger connection, for example.
- the vertical inner surface B has a screw channel 3 on which again components can be attached or, in the case of the profile, that forms the lower frame (Fig. 2) for fastening the floor panel serves. Furthermore, the vertical inner surface can be opened via an opening Attach a crane hook 4. This opening is above the Attached inner corner 5, which is preferably bevelled to insert the To facilitate crane hooks in the opening 4. Because this opening is only at the top used profile makes sense, if two different Embodiments of the profile are produced, this hanging opening on lower profile can be omitted.
- the horizontal outer surface C has two screw channels 6, 7 for Screwing in sheet metal screws. These can in turn be used for two different embodiments of the profile in the lower profile are omitted, since this side faces the floor and the screw channels do not are absolutely necessary. These are available in the upper profile Screw channels for fastening components or one above the Air conditioning unit running air duct.
- the vertical outer surface D is used to attach design components, such as. Doors, panels, etc. To do this, it has a Hammer head groove channel 8, in the hexagon nuts for fastening Door hinges, snap connections for panels, etc. are introduced can. Since the outer walls of the air conditioner should be airtight, it is necessary to seal them against the construction profile. For that is one Sealing groove 9 is provided, into which a rubber sealing lip is inserted can be. Coming for two different versions of the profile upper and lower frames are used, so it is convenient to use the Version for the construction of the lower frame below the Hammer head groove channel to make longer than the version for the upper one Frame so that the doors and panels are slightly removed from the floor can be attached and thus the floor cleaning easier and the doors can be opened more easily if e.g. shaggy Carpet or similar is laid in the room.
- This extension can be designed as a design surface 10 and over visible ribs, corrugations, Lettering or other decorative applications.
- a screw channel 11 is located approximately in the middle under the horizontal inner surface A, the second 12 approximately in the middle under the horizontal outer surface C.
- the profile can then on predefined locations of the vertical outer surface and drilled through this The hole is screwed at right angles to a second section of the profile will.
- air conditioning unit housings according to the invention can be used upper and lower rectangular frame and load-bearing side walls construct that can be used universally in air conditioning technology Fastening options for all components used and the design components that are airtight on the outside have them attached, which can be opened by means of holding devices and hinges or are to be exchanged.
- Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a panel 14, the top and lower construction profile 15, 16 is attached.
- the panel is all-round double-walled on the outside, with the double on the inside Wall 17 via a projection 18 at the location of the seal groove 9 inserted sealing lip 19 has.
- the Hammerkopfnutkanal 8 des lower profile can also be inserted below in rubber sealing profile 20 be in which the panel engages with a bracket 21 and thus completely decoupled from structure-borne noise.
- a snap 22 is provided at the top of the profile, which snaps into a recess 23 the double wall 17 engages and detailed in the following Fig. 4 is shown.
- Fig. 4 a two-part snapper can be seen, the first part 24 over has a guide pin 25 and on a hex nut in Hammer head groove channel 8 of the construction profile is screwed tight.
- the second part 26 of the catch is with the guide tabs 27 in the Hammerkopfnutkanal 8 inserted in the construction profile, so that only the hook 28 protrudes from the hammer head groove channel.
- the second part is So can be moved in the horizontal direction and is e.g. held at a distance by a compression spring.
- a recess 23 of the Panels become a frame 29 for more effortless attachment of the panel used, in which the guide pin 25 and the hook 28 engage.
- the second part of the catch 26 pressed towards the first part 24 and snaps into the frame 29 a. This is due to the pressure spring attached between the two parts Panel locked with it.
