Abstract

Die Drehzahl der Walzen eines Walzwerkes werden so geregelt, daß Schlingen des Walzgutes, die sich jeweils zwischen zwei Walzen befinden, eine konstante Höhe haben. Zweckmäßig dient das in Walzrichtung letzte Walzgerüst als Leitgerüst, dessen Drehzahl vorgegeben wird. Die Regelung der Schlingenhöhe erfolgt durch Regelung der Drehzahl des jeweils vor der Schlinge angeordneten Walzgerüstes. Die Erfindung wird in Walzwerken eingesetzt.
