Abstract

Dans les soupapes à commande électromagnétique proposées comportant une tubulure d'admission du carburant entourée d'une bobine magnétique et servant de noyau, une partie au moins de la soupape est entourée d'un revêtement en matière plastique dans lequel est enrobée une prise de raccordement électrique. Selon la forme de la prise de raccordement électrique, différents outils de recouvrement de la soupape par extrusion sont cependant nécessaires. Avec la nouvelle soupape, on effectue, en même temps que le recouvrement par extrusion de la bobine magnétique (4), un moulage par injection de la prise de raccordement électrique (21) et on produit ainsi une pièce d'un seul tenant en matière plastique moulée par injection. Pour différentes formes de la prise de raccordement électrique, un seul outil de recouvrement de la soupape par extrusion suffit, ce qui permet une plus grande souplesse dans la chaîne de montage. La soupape peut être employée comme soupape d'injection pour les systèmes d'injection de carburant.
