Abstract

Une couverture piquée est munie de chambres piquées remplies dont un premier groupe est disposé dans la zone marginale (R) de la couverture. Vers le centre de la couverture, le premier groupe est délimité, au moyen d'une couture de base (A), d'un second groupe de chambres formant une zone du profil de corps (K). L'allure de la courbe de la couture de base (A) s'appuyant sur les proportions du corps humain couché donne obligatoirement, lors de l'usage de la couverture, une ''cave de couchage'' adaptée à la forme du corps du dormeur. Des coefficients d'isolement plus homogènes apparaissent pendant l'usage de la couverture. Ceci augmente notablement le confort de la couverture.
