Abstract

In einem mehrstufigen Verfahren zur optimalen Nutzung der Zuckerrübeninhaltsstoffe werden ein neuer Spezial-Rohzucker, Weißzucker und die lagerfähigen Nebenprodukte Melasse und Trockenschnitzel dadurch gewonnen, daß aus den Zuckerrüben zunächst ein erster Saft für die Weißzuckerproduktion gewonnen wird, anschließend ein zweiter Saft für die Produktion des neuen Spezial-Rohzuckers und abschließend ein dritter Saft für die Weißzuckerproduktion.
