Abstract

On améliore la synthèse d'alkaloïdes par des cellules de Catharanthus roseus cultivées en suspension en sollicitant par voie osmotique les cellules cultivées, en y ajoutant des inducteurs tels que des agents aggressifs osmotiques ioniques du type sels haloïdes, par exemple NaCl, KCl et FeCl3, ou des agents aggressifs osmotiques organiques tels que des alcools de sucre ou des acides de sucre. On améliore également la synthèse des alcaloïdes en y ajoutant des composés anti-gibbérellines et d'autres composés tels que de l'acide abscissique qui est un régulateur de la croissance végétale. On augmente ainsi les rendements d'alcaloïdes.
