Abstract

Un dispositif derouleur pour bandes de feuilles, notamment feuilles de plastique (5), comprend un arbre (2) mu par un moteur (4), un renvoi (6) avec une chambre interieure en surpression alimentant un coussin d'air et un cylindre de renvoi entraine (9). Le probleme technique consiste a supprimer les pulsations du deroulage des fragiles feuilles de plastique. L'angle d'enroulement autour du renvoi (6) est superieur a 140 . La pression de l'air dans la chambre interieure (17) de renvoi est au moins trois fois plus grande que la pression dans le coussin d'air (20). Pour mesurer la pression dans le coussin d'air (20) il est prevu un dispositif de mesure de pression (11), dont le signal de sortie sera utilise pour regler le moteur (4).
