Abstract
Se proporciona un método para preparar una biomasa que incluye proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3 a partir de microalgas individuales, y una biomasa preparada mediante el mismo. De acuerdo con el método de preparación de una biomasa de acuerdo con un aspecto, es posible preparar una biomasa procedente de microalgas individuales, que incluye altos contenidos de proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3, mediante el suministro continuo de fuentes de nitrógeno durante el proceso de cultivo. La biomasa preparada de este modo se puede usar como una única fuente microbiana de proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3.
