Abstract

Se refiere en un aspecto adicional, a un proceso para la producción de un producto orgánico y al producto orgánico producido de acuerdo con este proceso. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para una hidrólisis enzimática autosuficiente de material que contiene lignocelulosa, que comprende los pasos de (a) someter un material que contiene lignocelulosa a un pretratamiento en un dispositivo de pretratamiento; (b) poner en contacto el material que contiene lignocelulosa pretratado del paso a) con al menos una enzima perteneciente a la clase de las hidrolasas en un recipiente de hidrólisis para formar un hidrolizado; (c) separar el hidrolizado y posteriormente dividir el hidrolizado en dos partes (i) y (ii), donde la parte (i) se dirige hacia un recipiente de cultivo; (d) fermentar la parte (i) del hidrolizado con al menos un microorganismo y/u hongo capaz de producir al menos una enzima perteneciente a la clase de las hidrolasas; y (e) redirigir el hidrolizado fermentado del paso d) hacia el recipiente de hidrólisis del paso b); donde el material que contiene lignocelulosa pretratado y/o el hidrolizado se trata para eliminar al menos una sustancia que sea inhibitoria para al menos una enzima y/o al menos un microorganismo y/u hongo.
