Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу производства этанола, включающему стадию предварительной обработки лигноцеллюлозного растительного сырья, которая включает стадии, представляющие собой деструктурирование лигноцеллюлозного растительного сырья, с последующим разделением, с одной стороны, целлюлозы (C6), которая затем может быть гидролизована (и ферментирована для производства этанола), с другой стороны, гемицеллюлоз, которые затем могут быть гидролизованы, и лигнинов, отличающемуся тем, что гидролиз целлюлозы и гемицеллюлоз проводят последовательно в соответствии со следующими стадиями, представляющими собой: i) проведение ферментативного гидролиза целлюлозы с помощью по меньшей мере одного фермента в течение первого периода с целью получения промежуточного гидролизата; ii) добавление гемицеллюлоз в указанный промежуточный гидролизат; iii) продолжение ферментативного гидролиза смеси до получения конечного гидролизата в конце всего периода ферментативного гидролиза.
