Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a un método para producir biomasa que comprende proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3 a partir de microalgas individuales, y a la biomasa producida de este modo, el método para producir biomasa según una realización que suministra la etapa de cultivo de manera continua con una fuente de nitrógeno para permitir la producción de biomasa derivada de microalgas individuales que tiene un alto contenido de proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3, y como tal, la biomasa producida de este modo puede usarse eficazmente como la única fuente de microorganismos de proteínas y ácidos grasos omega-3.
