DESIGN FOR CENTER-PIECE.
Specification forming pari. of Design No. 7,353, dated April 7, 1874; application filed Marsh 27, i874. [Term of Patent 14 years j To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY BER-GER., of the eity, county, and State of New York, have invented d new and original Design for a. Centerlieee; and I do hereby deelare the following to be a. full, elear, end exdet description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the nrt to make and use the se1ne,referenee being hed to the accompanying drawing forming part of this specification, which drawing shows nl face View of this design.
This invention consists in the design of a central button, surrounded by a circuler Wreath of foliage, outside of which ere ornamental shields and scroll-Work, which are inelosed by :t circular rim of segmental bers, ornemented by af scroll supporting e. spread leef, and between each two of which is a speer-head esouteheon.
In the drawing, the letter A designates the central button of my design, which is of e eirculer shape, and is ornemented by radial divisions a. B is e circular Wreath ,of inten spersed leaves and dowers, which encirelesbr surrounds the button A, and is surrounded by ornamental treeery or scroll-work, composed ehieliy of shields C. D are segmental bars, which, together with the speer-head esenteheons E, form the rim of my design, the whole being of a, circuler shape or outline. The bars D are ornamented by e. scroll, F, on which is e. leef, b, in e spree-d condition.
That I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
1. The combination of the circular wreath B end shields C With the central button A, :is shown end described.
2. The segmental bers D and eseuteheons E, in combination with the shields C, circular Wreath B, end central button A, as shown and specified.
