DESIGN FOR CENTER-PIECE.

Specification forming part of Design No. 7,351, dated April 7, 1874; application tiled March 27, 187-1. [Term of Patent 14 years] To all whom it may concern lle it known that I, HENRY BERGER, 0f the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Center-Piece; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact de scription thereof, which will enable those skilled in the art to carry out the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing torming part of this specification, which drawing shows a face View of this design.

This invention consists in the design of a central button surrounded by an oval wreath ot' foliage, outside of which are ornamental shields and scroll-work, inelosed by an elongated rim of segmental bars, ornamented by a scroll supporting a spread leaf, and between each two of which bars is a spear-head eseutcheon.

In the drawing, the letter A designates the central button of my design, which is of an oval shape, and is ornamented by sunken shells a. B is an oval wreath of interspersed leaves and flowers, which surrounds the but the spear-head escuteheons l), t'orm the rim of my design, the whole being of an oblong oval shape or outline. The bars 1) are ornamentml with a scroll, F, on which is a leaf, 1:, in a spread condition.

\Vhat I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is

l. The combination of the oval wreath ll and shields U with the central button A, as shown and described.

2. The segmental bars l) and esentcheons 1*], in combination with the shields (7, oral wreath ll, and central button A, as shown and specified.
