DESIGN FOR VALlSE-LOCKS.

Specification forming part of Design No. 8,304, dated May 4, 1875; application filed April 19, 1875. [Term of Patent 7 years] CASE B.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, GUSTAVE BERNHEIM, of the city and State of New York, have in vented or produced a Design for Valise-Lock Cases, of which the following is aspecification:

Valise-lock cases have generally been met angular, or nearly so, and attached to a flat plate; buttheyareobjectionablein appearance.

My design is made for obtaining a more handsome and ornamental appearance in the valise-lock case.

In the drawing, Figure l is a side view of said case, and Fig. 2 is an end view.

The box-shaped base a is made with the top, as seen in Fig. 2, and the sides and ends are straight.

The corners are rounded, so as not to pre sent any sharp angles, and thereby improve the appearance; and the end portions 6 f are larger in diameter than the central portion d.
