DESIGN FOR A CHAIR-SEAT.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,619, dated June 4, 190:1.

Application filed April 27,1901. Serial No. 57,889. Term of patent '7 years.

Be it known that LI IENRY B. MoREIs,a citizen of the United States, residing at Michigan City, in the county of Laporte and State of Indiana, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Chair-Seats, of which the following is a specification.

In the drawings, Figure 1 shows atop plan view of a chair seat with my design applied, and Fig. 2 shows an edge view.

The leading feature of my design is the circular seat having the four striped pent-angular figures A with their acute angles arranged at the center of the seat and the four striped triangular figures 13 arranged between the four pentangular figures. Two of the pentangular figures have narrow parallel stripes running in the same direction, while the other two have narrow parallel stripes running in a direction at right angles to the stripes of the pentangular figures first mentioned. The small triangular figures have narrow parallel stripes arranged at an angle to the stripes of the pentangular figures. Each pentangular figure and each triangular figure has one curved side.

I claim The design for a chair-seat, substantially as herein shown and described.
