DESIGN FOR A FIRE-BRICK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,840, dated December 20, 1898.
Application filed November 12, 1898. Serial No- 696,309. Term of patent 14 years.
To a whom, it may concern.-
Be it known that I, HARRY S. VROOMAN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Ohicago, Cook county, Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Fire-Brick, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a fire-brick, showing my new design. Fig. 2 is an end view of the same.
As shown in the drawings, my design for fire-brick is rectangular in general outline. It is formed with the upper and lower edges Ct 00 parallel and with the cross diameter of the edge a slightly greater than the similar diameter of the edge a. The vertical face I) of the brick is plane and inclines slightly inwardly from the edge a to the edge (0'.

Both ends 6 of the brick are exactly alike, are parallel, and are in the rhombic shape shown in Fig. 2.
Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is'- The design for a fire-brick, substantially as shown and described.
