DESIGN FOR A SKIRT-PROTECTOR.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 31,568, dated September 26, 1899.
Application filed August 30, 1899. Serial No. 729,016. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, GEORGE S. IIENSEL, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and countyof Philadeiphia,State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Skirt-Protector, of V which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
The leading feature of my design for a skirt-protector is a head, a brush pendent therefrom, a series of ribs on the face of said head above the brush, and a rib 011 said face adjacent to the upper edge thereof.

In the drawings, A designates a piece of skirtprotector, the same consisting of the head B, the brush 0 pendent therefrom, the differential ribs D on the face of said head above said brush, and the rib E on said face below the upper edge thereof, said ribs D and E extending in the direction of the length of the head.
