DESIGN FOR A SKIRT-PROTECTOR.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,866, dated May 23, 1899.
Application filed April 26, 1899' Serial No. 714,588. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom. it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY HAASE, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Skirt-Protector, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
The leading feature of my design fora skirtprotector is a head having a pendent brush on the lower edge thereof, loops on the upper edge thereof, and a single row of longitudinally-striped blocks on the side face of said head along the lower end thereof adjacent to said brush.
Figure 1 represents a side elevation of a piece of skirt-protector embodying my design.
Fig. 2 represents a section thereof on line m at, Fig. 1.
In the drawings, A designates a piece of a skirt-protector, consisting of the head B, the brush C, pendent from the lower edge thereof, the loops D on the upper edge thereof, and a single row of longitudinally-striped blocks E on the side face of the head along the lower end thereof adjacent to said brush.
