Ie it known that I, ANNA Ii. MAY, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Carpet or other Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had more particularly to the accompanying drawing, illustrating the same and forming part hereof.

The leading feature 0f mydesign is aehintzstyle rose-pattern ornamented with damask and lattice work.

My design may be applied to Brussels, velvet, XVilton, ingrain, or other carpeting in such colors or combinations of colors as taste shall designate.
