lie it known that EDWARD K [xusLEY JUNE-S, of Portland in the eonnty of Multnomah and State of Oregon, have invented and produced a new and original Design for an Inscription-Plate of which the following is a full, clear, and exact; description.

Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which- Figure l is a face View, and Figs 2 and 3 are sectional views, of a plate embodying my new design.

The design relates to inscription-plates designed to be applied to sidewalks at streeteorners, adapted to receive street-names,advertisements, and the like and the leading feature of the design consists in the configuration oi the plate, the same presenting n straight baek edge u. and a front edge I: that is in general in the l tH'lIlOri1Clll'\'C,lllClli;llt' further presenting selnieireular ends or side edges (2.
